So, I sent an email to get a rough estimate on the services I required. I received an immediate reply from John. I couldn't believe my eyes...He was hundreds of dollars less then some other quotes so, I decided to book him for my locksmith needs. He arrived at my house on time, which was a pleasant surprise. He went right to work and when he was done it was clear his 37 years of experience and his attention to detail was what I received. No jigs, just good old fashioned know how and precise measurements and skill. My bill was exactly as quoted. I also asked for a couple extra things for him to look at. He said they were a quick fix and just did them and didn't charge me extra...GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I highly recommend Always Available Lock Service... Thanks John!

The gentleman simply took photos of his friends key and with the use of the KeyMe app, was able to obtain keys for his friends house, without his friends knowledge. This means is if you do not have a patented key to your home, someone can take a picture of your key and obtain a copy without your knowledge.

I got locked out of my apartment, and they sent a technician who drilled out my lock and replaced my door handle. Before he started the work, I was quoted approximately $425. While I already felt that price was extremely high, I agreed because I had no other option. Once the work was finished, he presented me with a final bill of $891. When I asked how the price had nearly doubled, he gave a vague explanation about the doorknob. I told him I didn't understand how it had gone from the quoted amount to almost $900, and that it was a lot of money. His response was simply, "It is what it is." He then told me he would remain at my door until he received confirmation that I had sent the e-transfer. For context, I'm a young woman who lives alone, and this happened at around 11:30 p.m. I didn't feel comfortable arguing about the price in that situation and felt completely taken advantage of while I was in a vulnerable position. The following morning, I called the company and spoke with a supervisor, who said he needed a day to look into what happened and would call me back. It's now been two days, and I haven't received any follow-up. I've also tried calling the company multiple times, but no one answers. If you're considering using this locksmith, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere. My experience left me feeling misled by the pricing, pressured into paying far more than I was quoted, and completely ignored when I tried to resolve the issue afterward.
