( I used them previously to replace my main heater a few years earlier). The men called me an hour ahead of time to verify I would be available to meet them at the house. ( that was so helpful bring my wife couldn't be home and I was at work also). I met them at the time they said they would be there and resolved my heater issue! Great service and the price was extremely reasonable and fair. I would totally recommend them for any heater or a.c. Repairs or new installation. They go beyond where everyone else does. Something does not add up. I think the gas dispenser is altered. My car only has 14 gallons, do the math. Be careful!

It was very suspicious, seemed like he wanted me to be distracted so I can put everything in my purse without seeing. However, when I looked t the receipt, I saw 72 dollars charge on it. I was surprised, I turned my car on and because the employee was covering the screen from the I reversed the vehicle and guess what!! Like I thought, the screen said $62.00. I contacted Marks for Firewood…read more First off Mark was very rude on the phone, We discussed price and he said he could deliver on Saturday which was the next day i said OK great and he just hung up. So i wasn't sure if he was actually coming till he called the next day saying he was ready to drop off. His price seemed a little high but he did offer to deliver on a weekend and since we were completely out of wood why not. We were definitely short changed on the amount of wood we received by about 25%. AND the majority of the wood was unusable, un-dried wood. It would drip sap while burning and would not stay lit. spoke to a neighbor today about where to get better firewood and he laughed saying ohhhh yea i saw Mark delivering to you, hes always short and its not dried. Needed to have service work done on our furnace right after the storm because it went out. We were…read moretold because we don't buy oil from them every year because we keep the house cool and don't need to the service call would cost double what it normally does. The person doing the service work quoted one price for the part that was needed but when the work was done and they called the office the part now magically cost almost twice as much. Can you say price price gouging because the temperature is dropping. Stay away from this company if you don't use a lot of oil.
