Took a bag of blanked to get washed and the lady that worked there was really helpful. She helped me identify which size washer was best, showed me how to get a card to purchase time and when it was ready to put into the dryer, she checked in on me because I wasn't sure if I should load them in separate dryers or one super large one. I think I saw three washer sizers and two dryer sizes. Went early this morning and dropped off my wash, got breakfast, came back and loaded the dryers. Did my grocery shopping next door while it dried at HMart and then walked back to pick up our clean, dry blankets. They sell detergent and dryer sheets, but I brought my own. read more

Plaza laundromat is terrible. It's 2 blocks from my house, but I rather drive 15 mins to another laundromat In Little Ferry. The machines here are old, the dryers don't close. When I came back the doors were opened, she said you put too much clothes in it. Meanwhile, it's their faulty latch. I'm surprised they are not out of business from terrible management. Floors are dusty, ceiling fans are dirty and it's not on when it's hot. The lady managing this place is rude. read more

Worst of the worst. Customer service wack. I needed to wash my clothes in cold water and the machine is pouring hot water. I tell the guy and said "it's ok, just dry them on low tumble ". Say what?! Is this guy joking? He wouldn't do anything about it, so I immediately stopped the machine and asked him to switch to another machine at no charge because of the issue. He refused to so I had to pay again. read more

Pleasantly surprised by the service, Laundry was done by the Wash and Fold staff. They went over instructions and came back clean and neatly folded. I have my own home laundry and never used this service before. Now that I have moved and no longer have washer and dryer in myapartment I will continue this wash and fold service. Found this hidden gem by accident and would most likely come back again! It's open seven days a week 7am-11pm but last wash is at 930pm. There's free parking below and meter street parking is also available. Clean facility and friendly staff! There's also wash & fold service. There's also vending machines and WiFi that works really well. This place requires cards to use the machines so bring cash to load the card. -$2.50 machine which is great for 2 baskets of laundry -$4.25 machine which great for 4 baskets of laundry -$5.75 machine for 6 baskets of laundry -$7.75 machine for 8 baskets of laundry - 25 cents per 8 mins for their dryers read more

The workers are rude and don't know how to talk to people. The parking lot is under the laundromat, but is always blocked by cars. The prices went up. It was a cheaper option previously, but it's no longer worth the trouble. read more

Great laundromat. All my family's ski jacket etc...wash right there.No more expensive dry cleaning. Quality work and great staff! We drop off our blankets and bedsheets. Never can seem to get all the dog hairs out when we wash it at home. Not a problem any longer!! Thank goodness. read more

Love this laundromat. It's is open til 11pm with last wash being at 9:30pm. My clothes always smell a lot cleaner coming here instead of laundromats in my town. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Their machines seem fairly new and well maintained. There's also a bunch of restaurants around while you wait for your laundry. read more

First time going here and there is an old man who works here and he is the absolute sweetest!, was super helpful in showing me How to use the card system they have and just attentive in case I needed help again, amazing service and he really seems to know how to handle clothes as he helped me divide up my cloThes portion into the dryers so they'd be done quicker and I'd be out! read more

Let's get one thing clear. Overall, it's a pretty good place to come for your laundry. I have been coming here for two years, from 2013~2015. The people who works here are nice, limited English, but very nice and my laundry comes back very clean, neatly folded and even underwear and socks in a separate bag. However... After having the ability to do the laundry at a rent, I came back here last week for the first time after 9 months. Over the months, they have raised their minimum weight to 15 lb, which used to be 10 lb of laundry for $10. Now, it's 15 lb for $15. Which is not an issue at all. Mine was only 9 lb - the employee who remembered me from the past, told me that the minimum weight has gone up. And I told him that I just noticed it, and I will be back with more laundry. He was kind enough to tell me that since I wasn't aware, it's okay, this time. Next time, 15 lb minimum. I told him thank you and left the laundry at their care. Today I went to pick it up and paid a different guy $20 and he gave me only $5 back. I told him that I was told to pay only $10, he told me that the minimum is $15.00 I told him that another guy with glasses told me that this time $10 will be fine, but he just gave me $5.00 change back and said, "$15.00 for 9 lb is not a bad price to pay" It's not the matter of $5.00. Hell, I'd pay them $5 tip if they accepted. But to charge me $15.00 AFTER I was promised for $10, and telling me that paying more than what i promised is still good, because $15.00 is not a bad price? I don't think they will care as much, but I am sorry. You lost a customer. I have told my friends to come here because they were always so nice and friendly, but. I am never coming back here. Clean space and male/female toilets. Many choices of 4 washer sizes with costs from small $2.50 to $7.75. FREE parking underneath with high ceilings I was able to park my SUV with a 14 foot kayak on the roof. Korean owned, but acceptable English spoken, no Spanish spoken. Was looking for a laundromat with machines big enough to fit new California king sized covers (did not anticipate how truly monster sized they are...still love my new bed!) this place is big and clean, and most importantly not crowded. I successfully washed and dried two loads of duvet covers/sheets in under 1 hour. Will definitely come back! read more

Poor English is one thing, poor customer service does not require that much verbal communication. Just moved back to the area and had my whole house newly renovated with new appliances, but my new dryer does not have enough room to fluff up a goose down comforter. So I came to this laundromat because the space is big and the machines looked descent on Yelp. I brought quarters because I haven't been to a laundromat for decades and did not know the machines only accept a store card. The Korean woman asked me if I have her store card and surprised that I only needed $2 worth of quarters, then demanded to take $10 worth of my quarters and dollar bills in my hand. Huh? Then she shoved me with a card. There was no communication, only hostile body language. So I went about to start a wash and then washed my hands in the restroom while she was hovering behind my back the entire time. When I returned to the machine, she had put the basket on wheels away from the washer where I left it. read more

I have 2 washer and dryers right on my floor of my coop apt building and it's very convenient - only I can only fit a small amount into each washer. Here, I was about to load about 6 loads-worth into one washer and one dryer and be done with my entire laundry in less than two hours. Love this place! I've been to another laundromat in the area and wasn't that impressed but this place is great! I'm looking for cleanliness, machine quality, price and availability in a laundromat and this place has it all! It's located on a corner with its own parking lot. The lot is underneath and kind of small but there's plenty of metered parking around. When I walked in, I immediately was impressed with its cleanliness. It was really immaculate. There was a man wiping down the machines, picking up lint and trash, organizing the magazines on the table... cleanliness check. The machines look up to date and new. Not like other places that use masking tape to hold on the door. They have a couple industrial size washing machines and dryers. I'd estimate that the small machines are a little less than half the size of the industrial machines. They work really well. The dryers actually dry your clothes in a reasonable amount of time. Machines check. LEAVE YOUR QUARTERS AT HOME! I brought my usual ziplock bag-o-quarters only to find they use an Easy Card system. You load your card at one of two machines located on either side of the facilities. They take bills only. Their prices are $5.75 for large washer, $2.50 for small washer, $.75 for 10 min in a large dryer and $.25 for 8 minutes on small dryer. Prices check. No need to wait for a machine here. There are plenty to go around and not that many people. I went on a Friday night and there were only about 2 or 3 other people. Availability check. While you wait, you can use their wifi, read one of their magazines, watch tv on 1 of 3 TVS, whatever... it's very quiet and peaceful. Almost as good as doing laundry at home. read more

I'm so upset with this place!!!! I was a customer there since I was pregnant with my daughter. Now she is almost 6 y.o. For all those years we didn't have any problems with an old man who works there. He is always polite and peaceful. But starting this year there is a women who works in the laundromat sometimes. She told me that she is an owner sister. Every time I go to wash my clothes she picks on me and humiliates me and my family. I hope she is not racist against me! Last time me and my husband came earlier to take our clothes from washers and place it to drying machines. When the washing machines stoped, we were taking the clothes out and we heard that this women screamed on us to take our clothes from the machine close to her. What kind of business is that???!!!! I payed a lot of money for using their service! Hello??? I came a few minutes before the machines stoped to be polite and prevent waiting line for these machines. How dare you are to treat your customers like that!!! And that is not only one incident. I'm telling you, that every time when I see her there, she tries her best to make my life miserable! I suggest you lady to take off your imaginary crown and take a class to learn good manners. Also, it would be nice for you to remember that racism is not supported in USA. Be careful with that!!! I never saw her treating Korean people, the same how she acted with us. I will never come back there. Great laundromat! I live in Ridgefield and there are plenty of laundromats around there but I like this one because it's big, never too crowded, and they have different size washers and the big mega load to was comforter sets. Another plus they have plenty of seating while you wait unlike every other laundromat I have been to. I will continue to only come to this one. read more

Great place. I do about 8-9 loads of laundry in about 2 hours ! I find it be affordable and the equipment in efficient.

My washer/dryer recently broke and I had to go here twice over the course of a few weeks. All I can say is -- thank God for the WIFI. I work from home 2 days a week and was able to work and even have a conference call all while at the laundromat. The guy running it is really nice, and everything is pretty efficient. read more

Came here to do my huge pile of laundry instead of my apartment building which is usually crowded and all the good machine are taken. It was surprisingly empty, big, clean, and very well air conditioned. The machines were all new and good and their prices were actually cheaper than my apartments prices. They also have a bunch of TVs and free wifi with decent speeds. Wish I knew about this place sooner, because I'm actually moving in 2 weeks. :( read more

I've been going there since they opened. I do my own laundry & In general would rate this business 60/100. Not all the washers/dryers are available for use.The owners,put tape or fill them up with bags with clothes, in order to limit their use. This creates congestion during the weekends & people are lining up to get a machine. When you try to communicate with the employees/owners they pretend that they do not understand. (Once I was present when they were communicating perfectly with an American who was doing service in a few machines). I guess, that's their system, so people do not " bother" them. A year ago, I dropped off for laundry & fold service. The guy lost all our underwear. I was furious & complained but they were not apologetic . Last week, I dropped off again , 3 loads, giving them my own detergent, chlorine & softener. When I picked up, I found other people's clothes in my bags. As if this wasn't enough aggravation, 2 days later I realized that they had lost my pants . When I returned the clothes & complained, the woman told me that they have video & can prove to me that there were no black pants !!! These people are rude, with no respect, not accepting responsibility for their mistakes, using bad practices & treating customers bad. Someone has to teach them that this is America, where service to the customer is number one for a business to continue existing. Their mentality doesn't belong here. They are only respecting their own ethnicity, treating the rest of the customers inappropriately. read more
