Washing machines do not fully load with water and therefore do not rinse the clothes properly. When I let them know the machine is eating my quarters they said it wasn't their problem. The place is filthy and workers do not clean up after themselves. I will not be returning. Rather spend my money in a more clean accommodating place. Save yourself the time. The washers and dryers are filthy. Go somewhere else.

He said nobody in the area lets you use just the dryer. So I left and found on Tonnelle Ave a place named laundromat @ Fairview . The woman there was so nice she let me use her card and and charged me only 1.50. Needless to say I gave her a HUGE tip. Please never go this place, use the one in Fairview.

He then threatened me over the phone. Losing a frequent customer during the global pandemic is not the most sound business structure.

You need to buy a card to and fill it with fund to use the machine. The card cost $2 (non refundable) and if you deposit $20, there is a $3 bonus. It's CASH ONLY! The smallest machine starts at $5.74 but that also includes Free drying time too. I haven't been in a while so I was little confused about ho much drying time you get but it various depend on the size of the washer you use. The staff is usually friendly and the machines are easy to operate and clean. The bathroom didn't have any soap on my last visit. I hope they fix that.

Here's the new pricing: Washers: X Large - $6.29 Large - $5.29 Regular - $3.29 Dryers: 30¢/6 mins 5¢ more on the dryers with one minute less drying time. I hope they know I can go back to Xtra Kleen a few blocks north, right? To make things worse, last wash is 1 hour earlier Mon-Fri (8pm) and 3 HOURS EARLIER on weekends (6pm) their busiest days. It's like they don't want to stay in business. Their hours were all over the place during the COVID restrictions, there's no excuse for not getting back to their previous hours unless it's because they don't want to pay their staff. Oh, and we're back to not having a tv anymore. This blows.
