Love them they do a great job the service pick up and bring your items back clean but very pricey overall the experience is good

Clean All Cleaners has the quickest service, because they do everything in-house. If you don't already know, most dry cleaning places send all materials out to a wholesaler for cleaning. Pretty much you are going to a middle man when you drop off your clothes. AND, most likely they are coming here for service. Simple solution, cut the middle man out and go straight to the source! So far I have been happy with this place as they are very quick to get my dry cleaning done for me, and more importantly, they do it right. The staff is helpful and if you ask for special requests they can accommodate. FYI: Only bad thing is they charge a fee for using credit card. They call it "Non Cash Adj", and it's about 4%. NOTE: They also do tailoring here, but I have yet to get anything done yet. read more

This is not a bad place, but they rarely have my clothes ready when they say they will. Every time I have walked in and asked for same-day service, they tell me they can do it. When I stop by later that day to pick up my items, they say they aren't ready. For this reason, I've stopped going here. The service is good though, and I would come back if they could stick to their schedule. read more

Here are my two biggest gripes with this place: No parking Non-removable stickers placed on garments If you don't mind stickers being placed on your garments for sorting purposes, then you might like this place a lot more than I do. They have a small service location at 1 meadowlands plaza. The date to pick up was given as 8.30 am Friday. They close here at 10 am. It's a office location. When I went to pick my clothes, the girl said it hasnt arrived yet from main location. And it will come on Monday. On talking to her she said that it's very common and people here dont mind when their clothes come in late. Hello !!! But I do mind. I have plans for weekend. I can't wait till Monday. I need it before weekend as mentioned in the receipt. The girl even says I can't do anything about it. Well then I would say if u can't deliver as promised then close the shop. Not only do they do same day service, they are true miracle workers when it comes to stains. I had an oil stain on my favorite white blouse and Clean All Cleaners was able to remove the stain without leaving any residue. The best in the business! Highly recommend. read more

I wish I could give these guys a zero. I just started working in the area and was attracted to how cheap their prices were for men's clean and press shirts. I dropped off 12 button downs (each upwards of $60) and got back 11. I didn't realize it until I got home. Went back the next day to find out what happened and got the runaround. "Are you sure?" "We'll look into it." "Could have been a mix up". Over the next two weeks I went back four times. The shirt never "showed up", they didn't pay for the shirt they lost, didn't give me any sort of refund and didn't even offer me store credit. I would've accepted any of those. All I got was the owner is looking into it. The guy working behind the counter has a smile on but he's full of sh*t. It's a shame because I wear business casual daily and need my suits dry cleaned at least once a month. They not only lost out on my business after this but all my coworkers I told too. I love them. They can do same day dry cleaning if you come early. They alway do a good job. They can do pick up and delivery's (for local people) and there price is reasonable, and the people are nice. On time I drop off. But, I did't have time to pick it up and I needed my clothes to catch a plane. They dropped it off to me. They are amazing! read more

Have been using them for years as they are contracted by my employer (based @ Teterboro Airport) for all of their business cleaning needs. Never been let down by their fast turn-around, the impeccable results and also Joe's attention to detail. Once I had a dress cleaned that had a belt attached - when the dress was returned I thought I had just left the belt in a drawer at home but Joe made a separate trip out to my office to drop off the belt when it was found that week. If I could give this cleaning service 0 stars I would. The absolute worst dry cleaner I have ever used in my entire life. Brought 2 expensive shirts for them to be cleaned, when they were returned, there was still marks in the areas I told them to focus on, as well as almost more than half of the buttons cracked, if not exploded off. I'm not sure what these people are thinking, when they open a business and try and honor their customers because this is definitely not the place. They then have the nerve to tell me they do not have buttons to replace them, and that I need to go get more! Will never use them again in my life, and neither should anyone that wants a quality cleaning. read more

I needed to get an alteration done with a dress because it was a bit loose on me. I came in and tried on the dress, and the seamstress began to pins on the dress to adjust it the way I wanted it. The next day I receive a call during work from the cleaners, I believed it was an urgent call either my dress ripped, it can't be altered, etc. I call back and the seamstress asked me if my dress is going to be worn to go out or for intimacy? I said it is to go out in, she says I wanted to make sure you knew it wasn't lingerie because she believed it was a baby doll dress. First of all the dress I came in to get altered is a satin dress with a lingerie bodes on the top. It is very clear it is not lingerie. Second, baby doll lingerie the whole bottom is see through which my dress wasn't. Neither of those things matter because it's none of the seamstress' business if my dress is lingerie or not. Why does she care? Why did she care enough to call me during work hours? At first I didn't think of anything of the situation, but after I realized I'm a paying customer coming for a service. I did not come here for advice. After this happened, the business lost me as a customer. read more

I ordered this dress that was baggy in the waist area so I brought it here and they did an amazing job! I needed it for the nxt day and the dress was finish the same day I dropped it off! the women who helped me was Marlene, she was so nice and helpful and knew exactly what I wanted! By far the best dry cleaner in the area. They go above and beyond to make sure that all stains have been removed. They were able to remove oil stains from my wife's favorite silk blouse that was not able to be removed from our previous dry cleaner. Also, I have a 3 month old daughter and was gifted a Burberry onesie that is dry clean only. Instead of using harsh chemicals that could cause irritation to my daughters skin, Clean All is able to Wet Clean dry clean only garments. They explained the process to me and it is the safest, most environmentally friendly process available today (no other cleaner I have been to has this technology that I know of; in fact I did some research and only 3% of cleaners in the US have spent the money to employ this type of machinery). Even though I've never posted a review before, I felt the need to post regarding a recent experience with Clean All where they went above and beyond what was required. While at work, I realized I had a huge split down the seam of my pants - you could not miss the split, especially because I was wearing gray pants and a light blue dress shirt tucked in. With a big meeting in the afternoon, I knew I had to do something quickly. I called Clean All to ask if had a tailor on-site and explained my dilemma. The owner let me know it was not a problem and told me to come right in. Even though they were incredibly busy, I came in and was told to wait in the owner's office (because I had no pants) while they sewed up the split for me. The owner offered me a cappuccino while I waited and 5 minutes later I was on my way with my pants fixed. I profusely thanked the owner to which he responded "anything for a customer." Well I've only been a customer for approximately 2 months because I'm new to the area, but it was great to experience such awesome customer service and they certainly have a customer for life.
