Their machines are top notch, Heubsch brand with reasonable prices- $2 for a small load, $3.50 for a medium and $4.50 for a large load. Dryer time is 7 min per quarter. They sell detergent, bleach, and softener at reasonably high prices, as can be expected for any laundromat. If you forget your detergents, there's a Family Dollar nearby where you can buy for much cheaper. I had a suit dry cleaned through their services recently. They ship the suits off to a site in southern Bergen County, but since I had my order in during the daytime, I had it the next day. This is faster than most same-day places! Overall I would highly recommend Grace's laundromat. Especially since most of the other ones in the area look pretty grimy and not well maintained. Great hours, great staff, clean place, and if you come early, there's a bagel store next door so you can grab breakfast while you wait. Great laundromat!

Small machines are $3.69 and the largest machine is $7.19. Dryers are $.49 for 10 minutes. I haven't washed clothes in laundromat in years so I don't know what's costly or not. I will continue to use this place if I have a lot of loads or have to wash bulky items. The attendant was friendly.

I use their pick up and delivery service. If you have to share laundry facilities in your building…read moreor in your complex, you know that this can be risky. They can be filthy. God knows what people put in the washers and dryers that others have to use. So I started using pick up and delivery laundry service two years ago and tried at least three in the Hackensack area. This company just gets it. They get that the customer needs to be able to count on them to do what they say they're going to do and to be available in case they need to contact someone. It sounds simple, but you'd be surprised how many companies cannot do the simplest things. For instance, I live in a high rise building that will not allow me to bring my stuff downstairs and leave it for a pickup of any kind. Some laundry services cannot deal with that. They cannot get out of the truck, go upstairs, and get my laundry. Rochelle Park Laundry comes in, gets in the elevator, comes to my apartment, and picks up my laundry and drops it off exactly as they promised. No mishaps or confusion. The exact kind of service I request is done -- wash, dry, fold, hangers -- it's all done, and better than I would have done it myself. So worth the cost -- which is minimal for what you get. Really. Highly recommend.

Pros: Clean, well-maintained laundromat. -There's a good…read morenumber of machines, and I like how the machines are grouped and labeled by size so you don't have to waste time searching around for the right one. -It seems the washers are pretty fast and efficient. -Very convenient parking--you can park in their lot, and the door is right in front of you. -The restroom is very clean. -The prices may be a tad high during regular times, but there are several times for discounts, and the Wednesday all-day discount on all washers is one of the best deals in town, especially with the larger washers. (It also cuts down on the competition you may experience at the other large laundromat in town.) -had a non-urgent question about my laundry card, and Customer Service replied the next day and graciously gave me a credit remotely via web site chat. The cons: -The seats are awkwardly close together. -The Wednesday evening that I went, the attendant, though nice, spoke almost no English, so I couldn't get help for a question regarding the laundry card machine. -The biggest downside for me is the limited number of settings on the washers. You can't select combination of options that is not in the 8 common presets, such as heavy soil warm water, or normal cold wash. There's no option at all for an extra wash or extra rinse. I use all these settings pretty regularly. Anyway, it seems my laundry has come out decently clean as far as I can tell.
