I was in an accident and living in a rehabilitation facility while I heal. Unfortunately some complications kept me from being able to get my laundry done this week and I was quickly running out of clothes. I called Grace's just to simply ask if they offer a pick up and delivery service, which they do. I expected a couple days turnaround and potential he not even a pick up until the following day. Not only did they pick up my laundry within the half hour, but they had it returned to me only a few hours later. I don't know if they could check that quickly every day, but I'm incredibly appreciative of not only their speed of service but the friendly attitude and smile in which it was delivered. Anyone can do your laundry, but not everyone will do it because they appreciate you. This is a fantastic local business that will proudly earn you as a customer.

(It also cuts down on the competition you may experience at the other large laundromat in town.) -had a non-urgent question about my laundry card, and Customer Service replied the next day and graciously gave me a credit remotely via web site chat. The cons: -The seats are awkwardly close together. -The Wednesday evening that I went, the attendant, though nice, spoke almost no English, so I couldn't get help for a question regarding the laundry card machine. -The biggest downside for me is the limited number of settings on the washers. You can't select combination of options that is not in the 8 common presets, such as heavy soil warm water, or normal cold wash. There's no option at all for an extra wash or extra rinse. I use all these settings pretty regularly. Anyway, it seems my laundry has come out decently clean as far as I can tell.

She is accommodating, makes chit-chat and picks up and delivers at home. This is also the comparatively more inexpensive deal in the neighborhood. All the shirts and trousers come back (!) after being cleaned exactly as instructed - light starch, no starch, more starch, stiff as a cadaver, whatever.
