I love that they send text notifications when your clothes are ready. No guessing, no surprise trips, no "hope the shirt is finished" anxiety. They keep you in the loop like pros. Prices are reasonable, especially for the level of service. Everything I've brought in has come back clean, pressed, and handled with care -- no weird creases, no missing buttons, no mysterious odors. Just solid work from a team that clearly knows what they're doing. Plus they're close to Coral Springs, which means I don't have to drive across the county just to look presentable. Convenient, reliable, and friendly -- honestly, what more could you ask for from a dry cleaners? If you want a place that treats your clothes right and doesn't make you feel like you're gambling with your wardrobe, this is it.

I asked them repeatedly to listen to what I was asking which was "O left without my clothes and are they still there. The rude employee hung up on me. I am heading back there to see if my clothes are there and to retrieve the clothes that I just dropped off. I will not pay for rude service from anyone regardless if they speak good English or not. Worst experience ever.

My recent visit to this dry cleaner's left me feeling extremely disappointed. I had been here a few…read moretimes before to get alterations done to my pants because the seamstress had done such an amazing job; it had been some time since I had been back. Recently, I received new work pants that required alterations and hemming. When I first walked in, I was disappointed to see there was a new seamstress working there, but since I had such excellent customer service last time, I decided to give her a try. She measured my pants and I told her I wanted all five pants, to be fitted. She measured me and told me they would be ready by Saturday, which gave her a week to complete. On Friday, I received a text message confirming the pants were done. I picked up the pants and tried them on when I got home. The pants did not meet my expectations or match the description. I went back to the shop and explained the situation to the seamstress. She looked at me with an upset face and began to shake her head. She was arguing with me, suggesting that I should have provided a clearer explanation to what I wanted. I told her I did not mind paying a difference. I just wanted the pants completed correctly. She continued to shake her head and told me she wasn't sure if they were going to charge me. She told me to try the pants on again and began to measure. She asked, in a stern voice and with a look of displeasure, and asked if these measurements were better. I showed her a picture of how I wanted the pants to fit, emphasizing that I preferred them to be more fitted. She placed some pines on the pants and left the fitting room without a word. I walked out of the fitting room and walked toward the cashier. The lady in front was gathering my information when she came and started telling her the prices. She then started arguing with the cashier over a price disagreement because the cashier did not understand how she was trying to price the pants. She began to raise her voice at the cashier (because she appeared to be frustrated), but I intervened and clarified the pricing she was trying to explain. I paid for the pants to be fixed, and she told me they would be done by Saturday, which would be a week. Saturday came along, and I did not hear a word from anyone. Monday and Tuesday passed without any communication, so finally I called the business. I explained to the man who answered the phone that my items were past due, and I hadn't received any text or phone call from anyone. He stated they normally would not do that, but he would check if it was ready and hung up on me without any notification. I never received a call from anyone; when I tried to reach them again, I received no response. Finally, the business sent me a text two weeks after she promised to fix my pants, saying that my items were ready for pickup. Let me tell you that even after trying on all of my items, they were still messed up. Some of the hems from the pants are noticeably shorter than the others. It looked like some of the pants appeared to have remained unfixed. I paid for a service twice, but neither time did I receive the necessary results or fixes. Both times I was measured, I even brought my work boots in to be measured properly. I wouldn't mind paying for a good service; sometimes there are miscommunications, but no one should have to pay for or deal with someone with poor customer service and subpar work, especially with their price points. My work pants are messed up and the company I work for won't replace them, so I would have to come out of pocket to buy new pants (the work pants are not cheap). I have to walk around work for 10 hours a day with mismatched and unfixed pants. I am not one to leave reviews, but the seamstress was so rude and did such a poor job.

You can select from numerous letter-sizes or send a message with your measurements. Since everything is handmade, adjustments can be made to fit each size. If I remeember correctly, I think the piece I bought was marketed as a top/dress but I wore it as a beach cover up. I loved the lime green colour and the light material. Although the lime green was the primary colour, the other colours toned it down so it was not overly dramatic. It was perfect for a windy day on a boat. On the website, prices are clearly marked and depending on how much you spend, free shipping is offered. Along with the dress pictured, I also ordered a comfie ankara print romper, which I gifted to my sister. She loved it. Deborah makes one of a kind pieces that can complement any body, for any occasion. She can also turn your visions into an incredible outfit. She is a talented seamstress and creative fashion designer. I highly recommend her.

Fantastic service!…read more Deborah absolutely slayed my high waist pants. I'd bought some African material and intended for someone else to make my pants but was not successful. I got on Yelp and searched for someone else and came across Deborah's business page. Even though she didn't have any reviews, the pictures on her page caught my attention. From the moment I called to yesterday when I picked up my pants, she has always been pleasant and attentive. She is a true professional and expert seamstress as sometimes she simply eyed what needed to be done and it was a perfect fit during the fitting. If you do not know what you want made, her shop has some pre-made African attire. While that is her specialty, that is not all that does. I have seen some pictures where she has designed and made prom dresses. She is the real deal!!! I will certainly be back. I am already scouting new material to get something made for my son and I. SN: I am leaving this review for the person like me who may be looking for a seamstress, comes across her page and would like to know their experience. In a nutshell, YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY!!!

This past weekend I was trying on the dress I got for my best friend's welcome party for her destination wedding. The zipper got stuck, then it broke, and my panic for having a new dress for this occasion in under a week set in. I used Yelp assistant to put in a request to local alterations spots and let them know I had a broken zipper off the track of a formal dress and I needed it fixed before Tuesday. This request was sent on a Saturday afternoon, so to be honest I was not very hopeful of any replies but Carolina replied right away. Her studio is right by my apartment so she told me to take my dress in right then to see if it could be fixed. She fixed the zipper on the spot, and when we actually tried on the dress we realized that I did not fit. Welcome to my nightmare. She had the brilliant idea to alter the dress and add fabric on the sides to give me the inches I needed. The result is essentially a custom dress that I am obsessed with, and at a great price. I am definitely going to keep Carolina on speed dial for any of my alterations needs as she is super sweet, detail oriented, and very well priced. Her studio is located in a blue building on Mediera and there is street parking right in front. Thank goodness for both request a quote and Carolina for saving my dress fiasco.

Issue with my diaper bag was that the front pull tab was missing and because the pull tabs on all the zippers are identical with company logo on it, I wanted them to match. So I had them take pull tab from the inside zipper to place on the missing front pull tab zipper and use a generic pull tab for the inside zipper where no one will really see it. Ok so they did everything according to how we discussed but not in a clean neat manner. The nails he used to nail down the gold plating on my sandals are silver?! You'd think gold nails would be used so it'll blend in nicely so that really annoyed me. Next annoying rant was my diaper bag looked really dirty it had lint all on the bottom from sitting on the shelf and had dirt stains on the sides! I dropped this bag off in like new condition. I had to go home and hand wash the dirtiness off my bag. I was charged $25 in total for the fixtures. Which I wouldn't have mind if they actually paid more attention to details and handled my items as if they were their own. Poor negligence definitely don't recommend this place. Go elsewhere.
