Order food took over a hr to be delivered , pizza was ice cold ! Called in to see when food was sent out was told it was on the way after 40 minutes, only like 8 minutes away . Customer service was helpful . But the delivery sucks ass

Tomato Pie was delicious. Just enough tangy and sweetness from the homemade tomato topping and crispy crust. I had it two days in a row.

New ownership making lots of changes to upgrade quality of food and service. No PORK served on premise. Daily pizza selections are delish. Try out the Grandma Pizza and Taco Slices are my favorite. Halal Steaks are juicy as 100% ribeye is sliced daily. Always Fresh Never Frozen. Burgers are almost half of pound of fresh beef. Halal Chicken Fingers and Chicken Cheesesteaks are marinated and dressed to order. Yummm... Tried newly added Salmon Burger and Falafel Burger too...

Mild buffalo platter $8.50 Chicken cheesesteak $7.50

*First online order : it was easy peasy @740pm -Due to it being my first order online with Sorrentos Pizza I contacted them to make sure it went through. Called them twice, no answer.. But I guess third times a charm. If I didn't call, who knows when my order would've gone in. Order placed @747pm -Order was incorrect: receipt clearly has what I ordered but, but my green peppers were missing *Chicken cheesesteak was good, fresh bread, creamy and meaty *buffulo chicken platter: fries was nasty cold, chicken was ok.. Had better - meal delivery @842pm $$$21.00$$$ food, tax and tip

Pizza we ordered for my cousin's party... it was simply delicious!!

The pizza here is to die for. Whenever I visit my family in the Olney section of Philadelphia, this is my first choice to order pizza. I recently tried their rib platter and was blown away. The ribs were so juicy, the meat was literally falling off the bone... yummy!!! I devoured the crust on the pizza, which is unusual since I normally don't eat pizza crust! TWO thumbs UP for the food, great service, and super fast delivery. I have no complaints!! Update: July 30, 2015: Placed an order for two cheese steaks and the food was just as good as the first time we went. This will definitely be our go to spot in Olney.

Delivery arrived within the estimated times given. Pizza was at a good temperature but the mozzarella sticks were on the colder side, seemed under fried. Pepsi was ice cold which I appreciate. The delivery guy was short on the phone but ended up friendly in person. This was my second attempt ordering since a couple months ago I ordered and my order was never put in. I'm satisfied after retrying.

I wish I could tell you about the quality and taste. But it never arrived. The driver apparently delivered to an unknown location?

I really wish they would put garlic bread in their menu because I would be here more often! Maybe something for Paulie to consider? Anyway, if you haven't grabbed a slice from here, you're missing out. Do it grab a slice! The moots is very cheesy and garlic not greasy at all. The Freddy pepperoni is a must with the hot honey. I went different today and got the regular pep. It was good but go for the squared Pep with hot honey, the Mootz or sausage ! (Came here to say Hellboy² is my fav. )

I had the Mootz pizza, it was so immaculate that I had a dream about it today... a whopping 449 days after I had that pizza. I searched through a dozen pizza shops on Yelp and looked through pics of their interiors before I was able to figure out that it was Paulie Gee's that I ate at so I could write this review. I'm not a cheese pizza guy, but I can appreciate a really good one. If you enjoy a quality cheese pull (IYKYK) and garlicky goodness then get the Mootz... in fact get 2 bc that one slice is going to be gone way too fast. If I'm EVER in Philly again I'm bee-lining (or is it v-lining?) straight to Paulie Gee's to get 2 slices of the Mootz.

Pizzeria Beddia is my top recommendation for a pizza dine-in experience in Philadelphia, and my…read morego-to spot for a memorable night out in Fishtown. While I might choose another place for takeout, when the goal is a night of pizza, wine, great atmosphere, and authentic neighborhood vibes, this is usually where we end up. The space is bright, industrial, airy, and thoughtfully designed but unforced. White walls, warm wood, considered lighting, and a floor plan with real breathing room. The vibe recalls Bucktown, Wicker Park, Williamsburg, and Greenpoint: design-forward but genuinely local. There's a great bar, and booths near the kitchen with glass windows that let you watch the staff. Our three-year-old was mesmerized, and the staff was warm and playful, smiling and waving while they cooked. A small detail, but memorable. The crowd feels local. Good music, friendly people, hip but never pretentious. It's just a fun place to be with great service, too. The food is outstanding. We usually order the chicories caesar with grana padano and breadcrumbs, and the lettuce salad with shaved vegetables and creamy oregano dressing. For pizza, we love the arrabbiata (the Angry pie) and tomato pie with sausage and pickled chilies. My wife enjoys the ice cream. A note on bringing kids: I don't think this is a family restaurant, but if your kids are curious and well-behaved, it's absolutely worth bringing them earlier in the evening. We've gone around 4:30 or 5:00 on weekends and always felt comfortable. One time, our daughter had a full meltdown, and we were mortified, but the staff couldn't have been cooler. They packed everything to go, kindly and without any judgment. That kind of grace is hard to fake, and it genuinely stuck with us. Pricing is fair for the quality of the food and the experience. Places like this can seem overrated or overpriced, but this one doesn't. It offers real value for a memorable night out. The whole restaurant feels like a microcosm of Philadelphia's progressive, creative side. There's real ambition behind it, but it still feels human and grounded, nothing sterile, nothing corporate, nothing over-engineered. Just smart people building a cool neighborhood place that others actually want to spend time in. Oh, and make a reservation. Great spot, Joe. We'll be back soon. Thank you!

We walked in…read morewithout a reservation on a Tuesday night with hopes of being seated (Philly is still covered in snow, so our hopes were high) and got a nice little table in the corner right away. The hostess took our coats (a nice touch!) and then a rotation of two servers explained the specials and we ordered. I love that the menu is on the shorter side and they rotate the pizza offerings, so even if you're visiting on a regular basis, you'll always be able to try something new. Additionally, when a menu is only about 2 pages, you know everything on those two pages is top notch, as was the case at Pizzeria Beddia. This evening we got the meatballs (didn't take a photo, was too excited, but they were HUGE and excellent) and the beef, pork and veal balls with a rich red sauce was outstanding. Came in an order of 2 but one was plenty for each of us. The Pizza we got had potatoes on it, and we added sausage per the servers recommendation, and it was cooked perfectly and all of the flavors blended so well together. We are so lucky to have an amazing (and nationally recognized!) pizza spot in the neighborhood and it's always nice when you can walk in without a reservation from time to time.

I'm a native NYer who loves his pizza and living in SF, really good, NY style pizza is hard to come by. While this place is "fast food," it's always hot and fresh tasting and exactly what east coast pizza should taste like. After a long day of working in Philly, this is one of my go to cravings. The space is large and bright and the service is fast and friendly.

EXCELLENT LATE-NIGHT STOP! MUST TRY!…read more We walked in about an hour before closing on a Thursday night--never an ideal entrance. You know the look. The polite smile that says "it's fine" while the eyes say "it is absolutely not." Totally understandable. No one loves a near-close order. I even acknowledged it out loud--apologized, explained we weren't from the area, and that we were just trying to grab a quick bite because it was one of the few places still open. She said it was okay. Her face said otherwise. Fair enough. Here's where it turned around. The pizza came out hot, fresh, and legitimately impressive. Not "good for late night" good--just plain good. Every bite was fresh, the ingredients tasted clean, and the pizza clearly hadn't been rushed or phoned in despite the timing. Hunger probably helped, but even factoring that out, this was a standout. Honestly, I was kicking myself for not ordering an extra one to go before leaving the city. That's how good it was. We did try to get drinks, but were told the soda machine was down. The nozzles were off, so I'm guessing it was a cleaning/end-of-night thing. I won't ding them for it--though let's be real, tossing nozzles in sanitizer isn't exactly a marathon. Still, not a deal-breaker. Restaurant was clean, but of course, they were near closing. I tipped her a few bucks for staying late, and left genuinely satisfied. Bottom line: the food carried this experience completely. If you're visiting Philadelphia and need a reliable, fresh, late-night bite, &Pizza is absolutely worth the stop. Sometimes the places you expect the least end up delivering the most. I plan to 100000% return (and it'll probably be near closing time again, too)

Fortunately, I got booked on a flight out the next morning and found a hotel in the city. Other than running to a drug store, my only other time leaving my hotel was to grab dinner at Pizzeria Vetri across the street. I enjoyed the food, the service, and the ambiance. I was immediately seated upon arriving to Pizzeria Vetri. I was asked if I wanted to sit at the bar, at a table, or at the pizza counter. I chose the pizza counter so that I could watch staff making pizzas. As I was there on my own, the serving staff continued to stop by and check on me. The menu includes neopolitan pizzas (12" feeding 1-2 people) and metro pizzas (28" feeding 3-4 people). They make pizzas, calzones, antipasti, and salads. I chose a Neapolitan-style pepperoni pizza consisting of pepperoni, tomato sauce, mozzarella, and fresh oregano. It was quite filling and absolutely delicious! They also sell pizza kits so that you can make your own pizza at home. Pizzeria Vetri was created to celebrate the art of authentic pizza making. They aimed to create simple food made exactly the right way using the best and freshest ingredients served in a space where all are welcome.
