Dr. Djeu was the most fair, transparent, knowledgeable, and truly cared about giving me a great smile in the most efficient and safe way. He was detail oriented, never made me feel rushed, and even had trays remade for me halfway through at no extra cost because he wanted my smile to be absolutely perfect. At the end of treatment, Dr. Djeu chose a retainer that best fit my needs and again didn't change any of the treatment costs even though I needed a more specialized product. His staff was always respectful and on top of my care. They verified all insurance codes prior to my treatment to ensure I did not have any surprises. They even gave me a refund due to insurance covering more than they anticipated- I've never had a medical/orthodontic office give me money back! After completing my time at Dr. Djeu's office, I left feeling cared for, respected, and had a perfect smile! I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone wanting orthodontic work!

Everyone at this office is super nice and I have no ill will, but I want to share my experience to…read morevalidate anyone having the same feelings. I came in for a cleaning and the dentist told the assistant to run my xrays through AI. This immediately set off alarm bells for me, as I expect a trained dentist to be able to identify cavities with their eye and not rely on AI, which we know makes mistakes. AI said I had 4 cavities, which I thought sounded like too many because I'm diligent about my dental hygiene. But I went ahead and got two of them filled. On one of the fillings the dentist kept drilling and drilling, and despite being numbed, I could feel it. I raised my hand to say I could feel it and he just stopped and started filling it. I was like - if I hadn't raised my hand, would he have just kept going? I then had persistent pain in the tooth for a week (there was zero pain before) so I went to another dentist for a second opinion. Turns out the dentist had not adjusted the filling to my bite correctly, so the way I was biting was inflaming the nerves in my tooth. Adjusting fillings to bite is Dentistry 101, so why wasn't that done? The new dentist also said he drilled so close to my nerves that I was almost in a root canal situation. Fortunately not, but wow, that really scared me. He also said I only needed one other filling, he didn't at all see this 4th filling I was told I needed. I saw another review on here of a man who was told he needed 7 fillings and then a second opinion said he only needed 4, so this isn't a one-off instance. It seems like this place prioritizes making as much money as possible, and therefore wants to sell as many procedures as possible, regardless of negative health impacts. I was also forced to buy a $30 prescription toothpaste, what a rip-off. They also push their in-house orthodontist heavily on people. I'm happy with my teeth even though they're not perfect, so I was not thrilled about the dentist unprompted telling me all the ways I could make them better with their orthodontist. In this economy?! I'm happy I found another dentist who doesn't put money first.

I'm actually surprised at all the 5 stars reviews for this place. I initially booked my first…read moreappointment with them because of all the positive reviews. Upon arriving there, the front desk individual didn't even bother looking at my account and made me sign all the paperwork that I already did ahead of time. I didn't want to argue with her and make a bad impression for my first visit, so I just redid them all - just for her to look at my account after I handed her the papers and say, "Oh! Somebody wrote a note here saying you already did it!" I got pulled to the back by an assistant (?), she never introduced herself or what role she did. She did a fantastic job with the x-rays and cleaning though! A lady named Kim walked in next, no clue what her role was either. She spoke to me about cleaning and flossing as if I were a 5 year old child. I'm a petite woman who is on the younger side, but cmon. As someone who's worked in healthcare for over 5 years, this was the worst bedside manner I've ever seen and experienced in my life. Dr. Nguyen was the next person in the room and spoke about 5 words to me then left. I am interested in doing Invisalign but they do consultations only on Wednesdays and Fridays with the last appointment being at 4pm. Nothing on Saturdays. That's difficulty for someone who works an 8-5 job and cannot get off. Overall, I was unimpressed with this visit and will be debating with coming back.

After being out of the country for three months, I returned to find that my account had been sent to collections without a single call, email, or attempt to reach me. When I arrived for my appointment on 11/7/2025, I was told I only had two options--pay the remaining balance in two large payments immediately or have my braces removed. No effort was made to discuss the issue beforehand or work out a reasonable solution. The entire interaction felt rushed, unsympathetic, and focused more on money than my well-being. This experience left me feeling blindsided, dismissed, and extremely dissatisfied with the office's professionalism and communication. I would not recommend this practice based on how poorly this situation was handled.
