I can't recommend Sophie enough! She did a tremendous job helping us buy our home in the highly competitive San Diego market. From the very beginning, she fought for us every step of the way and made sure we were in the best position to get our offer accepted. She kept us focused throughout the entire process, stayed on top of every detail, and always kept us informed. Her dedication, professionalism, and determination made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. We had the best experience having Sophie as our realtor. She is the perfect combination of personable and professional. Sophie stuck it out with us even though it took us over a year to find the right property. Sophie gave us some insight into location and neighborhoods that we found very helpful. Sophie also had a great relationship with other realtors which is always helpful when competing for properties. During the escrow process, Sophie was a big help in keeping everything on track and running smooth. Just can't say enough great things about Sophie Dragg and our experience in purchasing our new home. read more

I've been working with Sophie for several years in finding a piece of land. The process was incredibly arduous but Sophie didn't drop me as a client! We finally found and closed on a parcel in Encinitas that took 3 months. She was so good and sharp with seeing anything that could potentially went wrong. I couldn't have happier than I was with the way Sophie Dragg handled the sell of my property in Bankers Hill S.D. From start to finish, she was fantastic. I've dealt with lots of realtors in my life, and trust me, they're are good ones and they're are not so good ones. SOPHIE IS A GREAT ONE! Some will get your listing and forget about you. Sophie promoted my property so aggressively and professionally. All the while keeping me informed along the way. The market is tricky right now, I'm convinced my property wouldn't have sold so quickly, and smoothly, at a great price, if it wasn't for Sophie. She can handle properties anywhere, but she lives in Bankers Hill, and knows that area very well. She is definitely a Bankers Hill expert. Don't waste your time, and extra monthly mortgage payments, with an average realtor. I highly recommend Sophie, who by the way, I had never met before I walked into an open house she was working, just a few months ago. Sincerely, Dave (a very happy client of Sophie's. read more

Sophie made our dreams come true. You see we always wanted to move back to the beach. But we would have to sell our place and that did not happen with the previous agents we hired. But Sophie not only was able to sell our home she also helped us secure our new place. We would only list our place if we could get the place we found because it was a perfect fit for us. Well she got that contingency offer accepted so she had 30 days to get into escrow on our place. And she did it!!! She was great at helping us through the roller coasters of selling a place and all the hassles. She also didn't want us to take a low offer even though that could mean no commission for her if we didn't get a better offer. So she definitely cares more about her clients then a commission. We are in our beach place enjoying your ocean views Thanks to Sophie! read more

Sophie was great to work with. Her opinions were sound and she gave me a thorough overview of her marketing strategy. My 2 BR 2 BA Laurel Bay condo in Banker's Hill was vacant for FOUR days and she did all the required screening that allowed me to be very comfortable with my new tenant. read more

We tried selling our house 5 different times with 5 different agents within the last 5 years. All different price points. All different markets. All different marketing strategies. No success with any of the agents. Yes we got some offers here and there. But really low ball offers. I met Sophie about 2 years ago. It was right after we just did an unsuccessful auction with our house so I decided to put the house up "For Sale By Owner". That is how Sophie found me. But at that time I was really just over trying to sell the house anymore. But Sophie was very persistent. She contacted me every 3-6 months just to check in. Well about 6 weeks ago Sophie contacted me. And I told my wife, Sophie just texted me. So we started talking about selling our place again. Our goal was always to move back to Laguna Beach. But we had strict requirements. Be under $2M. Ocean view. Walking distance to the beach. A lot of street parking for us and guests. 3 bedroom minimum. It's very hard to get all of this in Laguna. But we found the perfect place and told Sophie, ok we will list our house with you. But on the condition that this Laguna condo will take our offer on the contingency that we sell our Bonsall house. The sellers accepted our offer but only gave us 30 days to go into escrow. So the pressure was on for Sophie. But she knocked it out of the park. Not only did she find a buyer for our Bonsall house, but instead of us opening up escrow within 30 days. We actually closed escrow on both properties within that time period. My wife and I could not be happier. She made our dreams come true! read more

Sophie reminded us of every inspection deadline, was open to answer any question at any time of the day, was supportive of our requests, was open and flexible on the strategy we wanted to pursue as sellers and buyers. She executed the process of selling our home very quickly and was very open about the communication between buyer/seller and was very patient and kind throughout each stressful stage. We are happy we chose her as our agent. Thank you Sophie for selling our home and buying a new one :) We love it. read more

*** SOPHIE DRAGG 5 Stars Plus!!! *** Without a doubt Sophie is the best in the industry! I started out as a FSBO and after realizing that I did not have the time, knowledge and experience needed I made a decision to hire an agent. After receiving tons of cold calls from agents, I selected a few of them for interviews to represent and list my property. SOPHIE immediately stood out from the competition! Her knowledge and experience was evident in every step and question of my interview. What I liked the most about SOPHIE was her selling skills! She was/is professionally persistent and was always closing the deal during the interview! And that my friends... is key with an agent, that they can close the deal from any angle with results. Needless to say, we went into escrow within 3 days of listing the property and the entire closing transaction was smooth as she had answers to my questions before I even asked. Additionally, what I admire about SOPHIE, is that she is not afraid to get dirty (assisted me with a pest control problem) and that she went above and beyond the expectation of an agent. This was vital to me as I am a retired Navy with the property listed in Chula Vista and my residence in Chicago. We all have many friends that are agents and I selected SOPHIE over all of them! *** SOPHIE IS THE NUMBER #1 CHOICE FOR ALL YOUR REAL ESTATE NEEDS!!! *** read more

Sophie was amazing to work with I actually met her thru a listing that popped up on Zillow- I work in the mortgage business and know alot of realtors so was a little hesitant at first but after talking to her we really connected she is the SWEETEST person I have ever met! Sophie walked us thru every step of the way -when we didnt get the 1st house we tried getting she fought for us the entire time thru that process even followed up with that seller just incase the 1st person fell out of escrow. When we found our dream home she was onit!! she even helped my seller because it was a For sale by owner (no agents) Sofie helped me sell my house in 21days! Sophie was amazing; very professional and did exactly everything she said she was going to do she answered any questions we had thru out the process and even advised on things that would not be in our best interest (which I LOVED the most) In stressful times of moving; selling and buying we need all the professional help we can get and Sophie was it all! She is now part of our family and I will be recommending her to anyone that is in need read more

As a first time home buyer I was incredibly nervous about starting this overwhelming process. I was especially concerned about working with a realtor, as I worried they would be pushy and over opinionated. As a people pleaser I didn't want that kind of relationship to over shadow my own wants... then Sophie magically appeared. Wow, it was instantly like shopping with a knowledgeable friend. She made my entire (large Hispanic opinionated) family feel comfortable. I also chose to start this process at THE WORST most competitive time and she helped me navigate the whole thing. She was SO responsive and made herself available, in the end her tricks of the trade and professionalism made the difference and I just moved in to my DREAM townhouse. It was everything I was looking for, and Sophie minimized stress and acted quickly to make sure I got what I wanted. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Sophie. She was so patient with us since we were super picky when looking for a new home. She was very responsive, proactive and knowledgeable. When we finally found a home of our dreams she made the transaction go very smoothly, always informed us about what's happening and what's coming next. She was available to us anytime we had a question or concern. She also recommended a great loan officer we ended up going with and couldn't be happier. We had been casually looking for a condo in the Bankers Hill area for about two years. The truth is, getting approached by realtors was always our least favorite part. Then, one day, we visited an open house Sophie was hosting in the building we eventually bought in. We only talked to her for a brief while at the open house, but she has such a kind demeanor and respectful tone, we never felt like she was trying to sell us something. There was no act. She was just a solid human being. We kept in touch over the years and when we were ready we decided Sophie would be our realtor for both the sale of my current condo and the purchase of the new. Sophie was incredibly knowledgeable and so pleasant to work with. She was always available to answer any concerns or questions and if she didn't know the answer she would find out and get back with us almost immediately. We have been extremely pleased with Sophie and want to thank her for everything. read more
