I have known Tina for the past 15 years, and have used her services on 3 separate occasions: once when buying, and twice when selling our homes. Tina did an excellent job during all transactions, keeping us updated on the status and helping smooth out some huge issues that arose with the sale of our last house; the purchase was severely delayed due to the failure of the lending bank to do their job and losing the file for almost a week, with the lending officer lying to us multiple times. Tina was able to connect all parties so they could come to an expedited resolution, saving the purchase of my new home, which was dangerously close to falling out of escrow due to the delay. Not only did she do everything possible to get the problem resolved (we were buying out of state, so it was a real feat to keep it all organized), but Tina worked all day and night until it was done. She was keeping in almost hourly contact with all parties of both of my transactions (selling my home in CA, buying my home in KY), and was able to get both transactions organized to close on the same day, despite the fact that there was a 3 hour time gap between the regions. Wow, I don't know what we would have done without Tina. Being a first time home buyer, we really didn't know what to expect. Within 24 hours of meeting Tina, we saw about 9 properties and put in an offer on the house that we eventually bought. It wasn't that we were in a hurry to buy a home, we just fell in love with it. Once we were in escrow, Tina insisted that we go down to the county and get as much information as possible on the property. We found an open investigation on the property about having an illegal pool enclosure. Digging a little deeper, we found that the pool was not even permitted. We thought it was crazy that someone would have an unpermitted 10,000 gallon in ground pool. Lucky for us the pool was professionally done and the sellers were able to produce all the documents to prove it. We still didnt feel comfortable going ahead with the sale unless the pool was permitted so Tina played hardball. She put a lot of pressure on the seller to clear up the illegal pool enclosure and retroactivley permit the pool. All of this happened in just little over 30 days and we got everything that we wanted and all in our budget. We could not be happier with everything Tina did for us.
