(rent is getting crazy out there) We had a similar experience like Jennifer M and were able to buy a home in about 6mo. Courtland has alot of expertise in negotiating deals and was able to get the seller to agree to a 30 day close for a VA loan, after asking for a ridiculous 18 day close. He was able to cover all our fee's and get 6mo HOA paid in advance. We ended up getting our full deposit back and only needed to pay $1200 out of pocket working with Movement Mortgage to close this deal. We were in a tough housing situation and living in a small 225ft master bedroom for me and my family. Thanks again Court for coming to the rescue! We now have alot more room, live in a safe community and my daughter can go to the same school without interruption.

Just recently, on a Black Friday of all day, when people are either full from their Thanksgiving or busy shopping for the upcoming gifts to give, I got a text from Sonny: "A while ago you were looking at some homes on one of our websites. I wanted to see if you were simply looking for fun? Or possibly thinking about making a move sometime in the future? -Sonny Agarwal w/ Big Block Realty North" It didn't make any sense to me because it's not only a random day in years that I heard from this person, but it's one of the busiest days imaginable. I didn't think much of it and I seriously thought I could get some peace by not responding. After all, it could be Spam. It doesn't stop there, and I've been getting texts frequently (11/26, 11/27, 11/30, 12/4, 12/6, 12/9 (today)). I don't know if this is desperation of them looking for homebuyers or their business process is out of this reality, but I wouldn't imagine working with them in the future. Their timing is just bad. How many people are planning to buy a home while already spending a lot of their money on the Holiday seasons, and their home is already decorated with lights and such? It's not a good time to think straight

We recently relocated from Orange County to Oceanside. We had been looking for the right house for 2 years with a different broker. We were almost ready to give up. That's when we sat down to discuss what we were looking for with Eric. He quickly grasped what we were trying to find, answered our questions confidently, competently, without reservation and with complete clarity. He surpassed every one of our very high expectations. Eric immediately put our minds at ease every step of the way. He didn't waste any time in helping us find exactly what we had been looking for all along. He lined up many great places for us to visit, educated us more and more with regards to property and process and gave us his full support and attention at all times. He was very responsive and answered all our texts, emails, & telephone calls almost immediately. Moreover, he would call us (phone call with a voice! Unheard of these days!) to give us a "heads' up" when a document was on its' way so we'd be ready. If we let a signature slip by us, he'd was immediately on top of matters, taking good care of us, making sure everything got done correctly. He made us feel like we were his only clients. His calm demeanor coupled with his superior knowledge kept everything under control at all times, which was beyond priceless, considering my husband's radically LONG list of very specific demands and requirements. When we found what we were looking for, Eric helped us write a strong and solid offer, which was accepted. After that, he went on to expertly handle every detail. He got us the house we really wanted with a tough negotiation with the seller. Eric delivered exactly what we wanted, with a charismatic smile that lights up a room. Classy indeed. We would definitely work with him and only him again. We thank you again for everything, Eric!

Then thankfully i was connected to Garrett and Brooke from a trusted friend and colleague of mine who said Garrett was the guy i needed to talk to for buying or selling a home. Immediately my experience with Garrett and Brooke were different. They took time to learn about my wife and I, what we were looking for, how they could best help us achieve our goals, and investigated previous offers we had lost on to get an idea of the type of home we were looking for. We mainly worked with Garrett for showings/offers and as first time buyers it was great having someone so knowledgeable lead us in the right direction. Garrett was always incredibly responsive, flexible, and helpful with all of our (many) questions. His time and expertise in the field was great because he was also able to quickly connect us with other service lines that were needed to complete the transaction, all of whom i would also recommend. The first day we looked at houses, we put an offer in on the first of 5 we saw that day, and with Garrets guidance, the help of Brook with making our offer/letter look elegant, we were able to get our offer accepted. During the next month and beyond Garrett helped us with every step of the closing process. I highly recommend this team for ANY of your real estate needs!
