He also had the best prices since he installs himself and cuts out any middlemen so I went with him. I was very happy with the whole process. He promptly came to show me my options and came to install exactly on the date he promised. The whole process was stress-free and everything went according to plan. It has now been a few weeks and the blinds look great and work perfectly. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again if I ever need window treatments.

Rafael responded the next day before my appointment time, which I was impressed, considering what I had to deal with the day before. He showed up well prepared with his swatch samples and also a shade sample. Gave a free estimate and allowed me to take my time with my decision. After a week I called him with my order which took only a few days and my instillation was done the same day. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

I recently had Elite Decor install beautiful plantation shutters throughout my home, and I couldn't…read morebe happier with the entire experience! From the very first phone call, JC was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They scheduled a free in-home consultation within a couple of days, and the consultant arrived right on time, listened carefully to what I wanted, and offered fantastic suggestions without any high-pressure sales tactics. He took precise measurements and helped me choose the perfect style, color, and finish that complements my décor perfectly. The installation crew was just as impressive. They showed up on the exact day promised, laid down drop cloths to protect my floors, and worked efficiently and neatly. The shutters were custom-made and fit every window like a glove--no gaps, no adjustments needed. The quality is outstanding: solid hardwood, smooth operation, and that classic, elegant look that instantly elevated the whole house. What I appreciated most was the attention to detail. They even adjusted the tilt rods exactly how I wanted them and made sure I knew how to clean and maintain everything properly. The pricing was fair and transparent--no hidden fees or surprises on the final bill. Honestly, it felt like a premium service at a very reasonable cost. I've already get compliments from everyone who visits, and the difference in light control, privacy, and insulation is night and day. I recommend Elite Decor to anyone looking for plantation shutters (or any window treatments, really). They're true professionals who take pride in their work, and it shows. If you're on the fence, go with them--you'll be as delighted as I am! Thank you for transforming my home!

We used the Yelp AI which helps connect you with companies in your area. There you can add some details about your project and your information is sent out. High Point Interiors was the first to reach out! They responded so quickly, it was great! They were very kind and answered a lot of our questions via chat messages through Yelp. Really made me feel comfortable with them which is very important. Once we decided to go along with the project, they did not hesitate in coming out and showing us what they offer. They also took their own measurements and gave us ideas of what would look and work better. (We needed the guidance) We were told it'll take about 7-10 days to get the supplies ordered but it was even quicker than that! My husband got the call that they were ready to come out and install the blinds right on day 7 and we couldn't believe it! They came out and installed the blinds very quickly. They were even kind enough to throw out the old ugly blinds we had. We opted for zebra blinds and they look GORGEOUS!! Really makes a world of difference aesthetically. They really did a heck of a job and the pricing is extremely reasonable. It was the best quote we got in between the companies we were suggested to. They require a 50% deposit so they can order the material. And you can pay with check, zelle, or credit card. The remainder of the balance is due at the end when the job is done. Very grateful for High Point Interiors and definitely recommend using them for all your window needs!
