What was supposed to be a one day installation turned into an absolute nightmare due to the fact that the staff of this company are complete idiots and have decided to break walls without my consent, rip off alarm sensors, have no idea how to program any of their blinds, and are completely reckless. They also can not keep appointments , I was stood up countlessly. On top of that I had to pay out of pocket to get all of these things repaired due to their negligence and stupidity. LA Blinds still owes me $350 and and I do not expect to get it as my calls are now being dodged. Never pay them cash as you will be robbed like I was. I have worked in home repairs for 20 years as a real estate investor and have rarely seen this level of terrible. They will waste your money, time and give you poor quality product. The black out blinds I ordered did not reduce the light in my room. I ended up putting up extra blackouts to do the job. No apologies from LA Blinds after $3500 sunk into junk.
