I really feel scammed out of my money as I paid out of pocket for a dental cleaning service. In all my previous services that were paid through insurance I received a fluoride cleaning. In this last experience I spent over $150. If I can find my receipt I will update this post, but the dentist took a really long time to see me. Which is fine by me I get it... when he finally got to see me he literally spent 5 minutes to look at my teeth and the dentist assistant flossed my teeth. No fluoride whatsoever. I was their last patient and you can tell he was rushing to close the place....I'm not a person to argue or debate but when I notice these things. I know not ever come back and support these places. Another thing I should mention is the dentist told me my insurance was not going to pay for my wisdom teeth to be removed, so he recommended me place to go to. Whatever right , maybe this is not totally his fault. At the same time I have been a patient of his for 15+ years. I called my insurance company and they said they do cover my wisdom teeth to be removed. Just please do your due diligence always. I put to much trust in my dentist and that's my fault . ‍

They also said I was seen by the dental hygienist, even though I asked the lady polishing my teeth if I was still going to see the dental hygienist and she said no. Really unfair.

My dentist providers don't really evaluate me or ask about my dental concerns. They just clean my teeth. I asked about my dental concern or it doesn't get addressed. I was getting my dental cleaning and examination every 3-4 months per year at my previous dentist, had mentioned this from the beginning. I was told it was not a problem. The receptionist was suppose to address it with my insurance, my guess is she never did. Now they want me to pay out of pocket if I'm asking for my final routine cleaning for the year. The receptionist today didn't try to address my concern, just said I needed to pay out of pocket. She didn't care if I canceled my appointment or just didn't return anymore. I asked to speak to the office manager, I was told they were not there and neither were the dentist. I'm no longer interested in continuing care with this establishment. Will be looking for another dentist.
