The staff let her rebook without ever telling her the original charge stood and that she'd be paying out of pocket for a second appointment. No warning, no explanation, nothing. When I called to address it, the owner Cindy called my mother a liar. Said my mom never mentioned a doctor's appointment and tried to frame the whole thing as a "mother daughter miscommunication." I was trying to be cordial and understand the situation. Instead she argued with a paying customer, defended her staff without hearing us out, and then had the nerve to text me afterward saying I was talking over her. You do not call your customers liars. You listen, you assess, and you handle it with professionalism. That did not happen here. The masseuse Mandi was great and actually addressed my mother's concerns with care. But Cindy was short and dismissive with my mother in person and then turned around and did the same to me on the phone. My mother has been through a lot. This was supposed to be something special for her. Instead we paid twice for one service and were treated like the problem. She asked about my issues and areas of concern. Chelsea's technique is great. She quickly found the issues I had mentioned and spent a good amount of time focusing on them.
