I told the insurance company I didn't care what they told her but I was not accepting hearing aids from this lady when it takes her over three months to even submit the order. Went to the new company appointment was told they couldn't do anything because A&M submitted an order after the insurance company contacted her. Another big mess I have to clean up because of A&M Hearing!! M, if and when they come! Instead of having to deal with A&M, I rescheduled another hearing test with a new company, went home and called the insurance company and told them exactly what I thought of A&M and they needed to cancel the order from A&M immediately so that I could go have my hearing tested and AIDS ordered from a legitimate company not someone who comes in when they want and submit paperwork when they want!

Faulty HEARING DEVICES! Was sold Signia Hearing Devices, that lasted EXACTLY 7 DAYS! Left device,…read moreno matter how high I set the volume, the sound came through like I had cotton in my ear, not even clicks when volume changed up or down! The Right device, I could hear out of when it would stay on! Device would make a clicking noise then shut off and back on by itself. When I answered phone with the 'BlueTooth' app., the Right device would shut off and I would have to turn back on AFTER I FINISHED THE CALL! Called HearUSA and was told to come in, 'Sounds like they need to be cleaned!' Cleaned after only 7 days? Ok. Went into office, rude receptionist! She took devices into back to cleaned. When that didn't help with the volume in left device, it's now my phone and the Signia App's fault. Deleted, reinstalled and connected. As she was adjusting app, right device turned off and this time, did not turn back on! Said an appointment had cancelled at 4pm, I could go home, connect devices to charge, and come back in 2 hours to start paperwork to return for repair! WTHeck? Not over 7 days old and instead of issuing new, they want to repair? I Drive 35 miles, 1 way, just to start paperwork to repair? Receptionist said no other option! With no other choice, I drove home! As I was driving, I got a text from HearUSA that I did not respond to while driving. Then, I got a telephone call. Hearing devices don't work and I got rid of my headphones when I got the hearing aids. So I let it go to voicemail. I guess Brandon the tech was informed that I left upset. Brandon said if I came back in, he would work me in a little earlier. Well by the time I got home and I turned around and drove back into Lancaster. It's now after 3 PM. Brandon change the tubes, nothing. Brandon changed the speakers, nothing. Brandon hooked the left device up to his computer and seemed surprised that he couldn't hear anything out of it. Even though that's what I was saying was wrong with the left 1. He took both aids into the back room, not sure exactly what he did, when he came back, he said he had contacted the manufacturer and that he would send the devices back in and new ones would be issued. I said no, you will get me the new ones and then I will give you back the faulty ones. Brandon said that they put a rush on order and a two day delivery. Since this was the Monday before Thanksgiving, he told me not to be surprised if I didn't get them until Friday, but as soon as they arrived, he would call me!! In the mean while, I can have my left device set at 15 (the loudest setting) and basically hear nothing through the device. I continue to wear it just to get use to it. The right device makes clicks and turns off and sometimes back on, when it wants! Well, Wednesday came and went so did Friday. It's now Monday afternoon and still no call! I cannot hear telephone calls WITHOUT REMOVING the DEVICES! The way it's going, it will be the first of the year soon and since I'm changing insurance companies, benefits will start over. HearUSA can keep their Signia Hearing devices and I will happily go someplace else! Do yourself a favor and NOT GO TO HearUSA! Update: Lancaster, Ca HearUSA office finally called me back with update! Why couldn't they bill the kaiser insurance if they wanted to get paid so bad. My son was seen at kaiser panorama city instead and this place is still trying to collect money. I called the place right now too, it's Friday and it's closed. What kind of community facility closes on Fridays. I'm going to consult with an attorney. Horrible experience at this place! This is clearly fraud. Update: I filed a complaint with Kaiser for referring me to a place that commits fraud and they reimbursed me for the $60 this place ended up charging me for a legitimate cancelation excuse. Kaiser apologized and told me they will make sure not to contract with this place anymore! If you were referred to this place by your medical doctor, file a grievance or complaint with them and they might be able to pay the fees, reimburse you or stop contracting with small talk therapy so they can stop charging people illegally. Life happens people need to cancel and the least that can be done, is to give people an opportunity to reschedule once without charging them any fees! I'm happy Kaiser listens and they will follow up and file appropriate complaints with the state licensing board.

The aids were provided by the Veterans Administration but the audiology clinic was closed due to coronavirus. I called around and luckily found this Beltone store open on its one-day-a-week schedule. The fellow who answered the phone said he could replace the tubes that day and to just drop by. Unexpectedly, he said the service was free because I was a veteran. I drove down the BLVD until I found it, masked up and went inside. The lady at the desk took them into the back room, and shortly I popped them back into my ears. I offered to pay but she said no. I offered to order a pizza for her and the audiologist but that offer was also declined. So, on Yelp, a big THANK YOU for helping me out!

She is not only my primary physician but has also seen both my of two younger kids. She is capable of treating over a virtual appointment, in person, and so forth. I cannot expresss how much she seizes to amaze me and I look forward to her future growth in the medical field.
