The aids were provided by the Veterans Administration but the audiology clinic was closed due to coronavirus. I called around and luckily found this Beltone store open on its one-day-a-week schedule. The fellow who answered the phone said he could replace the tubes that day and to just drop by. Unexpectedly, he said the service was free because I was a veteran. I drove down the BLVD until I found it, masked up and went inside. The lady at the desk took them into the back room, and shortly I popped them back into my ears. I offered to pay but she said no. I offered to order a pizza for her and the audiologist but that offer was also declined. So, on Yelp, a big THANK YOU for helping me out!

It was purchased at a different audiology department. Audiology Associates sent the hearing aid out for repairs and contacted the previous business where it was purchased to get the most up to date records. The staff communicated regularly with my mother-in-law and kept her informed during the entire process. The hearing aid was fixed a week sooner than expected. It was very easy to make the appointments. Once the new settings were dialed in they told her she could come in any time without an appointment for any type of adjustments. I can't say enough about how wonderful it is to work with such a professional and friendly business.

She has a cozy office near the hospital, where she truly goes above and beyond for her patients. I brought my dad here as he had been struggling with hearing loss for a while. Ginny helped him find the perfect pair of hearing aids, despite all the obstacles we faced with insurance. She did everything she could to make it happen. Not only did she restore my dad's hearing, but she also went out of her way to support us during his surgery late last year. When his hearing aids weren't ready in time, she graciously provided a pair of loaners so he wouldn't go without--especially important for his brain surgery, where hearing was critical. Since then, every time we visit for adjustments or to troubleshoot my dad's "technical difficulties," she greets us with a smile and treats us with such care. Ginny has truly made a difference in our lives.
