I got a call yesterday saying my dads hearing aids had been paired and I coud pick them up today . I asked what time they would be open and was told 9am. After driving 15 minutes and sitting in lines of cars through 10 traffic signals on El Camino Real, I pulled into a space in front at 10:15, The door was locked and no one was there. Either they are so busy they are running staff from one location to another or they can't keep their hours straight. My advice DON'T GO THERE UNLESS YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. CALL BEFORE YOU LEAVE. I asked her why they couldn't have told me this prior when we were in contact multiple times and i was specific about it and she was not apologetic at all. I called and spoke with Jan - she was extremely helpful and pleasant. I then met with Dr. Nesbitt who subsequently suggested what I should do and fitted me with custom musician earplugs. Doctor refused to provide hearing test screening after I was honest & up-front about possibility of not being able to afford hearing aid. Save yourself time & money and go elsewhere.
