This is the worst place to get a smog check. Today my dad and brother went to smog their car they got there at 9:30 after they were told to be there by 10:00 when they got there they asked for Edgar whom is the person in charge of the place. No professionalism what so ever they had a huge line but Instead of taking the next in line they would skip around all he did was be in his phone cursing talking with a very filthy mouth disrespecting women. After more then an hour and a half we hadn't even been asked if they can help us so then we noticed that three workers along with the main guy in charge Edgar were all gone to so we looked around for them and notice they were behind the building smoking weed. I do not recommend this place at all I hope all the people that go there get better service than my dad and brother did. read more

Came in today at 4:20pm and the guy said they were closed. Hours of operation say 8:00am-6:30pm. It clearly looked like they didn't want to do their job as they were already partying and drinking there. How professional! A friend highly recommended this business to me and with a coupon in hand, I ventured off into Fontana. I was impressed that they were open on the dot of their posted hours. I decided to go there like 2months ago because I had a coupon for a good deal, I went on Sunday the first time because the website said they were open, which they were not. so I took it the following day on a Monday after work .when I got there everything was pretty much closed up and I wasn't rushing to get there before they closed at 5 p.m. The employee there looked at me and basically said they were close to come back tomorrow in which I replied, look I took me over an hour to get here, don't you close at 5 ? in which he said, yeah we do... I looked at my watch and it was 4:52 p.m. He asked me what year my car was I said it was a 94 Nissan Sentra and he said Oh it needs a separate test as well it'll take too long and I have things to do so he basically said screw you new customer I don't care about your business. Apparently this guy was the twenty something year old owner..Pffff, I would usually go off on people like this but that was a long time ago so I politely backed out and left I hope the owner knows that his employees are finding new customers away for their personal agenda. I will never go back there again I don't care how cheap their prices that's the worst thing you can do to a new customer. you should be going out of your way to get new business instead of making them feel unimportant! screw that guy and screw this place get your act together or go out of business. Went to get my truck smogged on Wednesday and was the hottest day of week the owner name Edgar had his waiting room area so cold I didn't wanna leave and also had given me a free soda not only did his workers perform my smog very quickly I was unaware it was a tire shop so I also had rotated my tires and fixed a leak in one I had for months I highly recommend this place as I was treated very nice and actually ordered 2 tires for my vehicle and told him I would be back to get on my day off he advised if I needed a ride to work that they can drop off my car nearby very good company fast service and clean facility read more
