Infectious disease control failure. Elder abuse. Medication mismanagement. Title 22 violations…read more The facility accepted my family member for admission despite being unequipped to meet his medical needs, including mandated isolation due to highly infections disease. Upon arrival, the facility was unable to provide required IV antibiotics. Additionally, the facility placed the patient in a shared room with a shared bathroom, violating Title 22 § 73623, despite his infectious status requiring isolation. I observed the facility to be in a filthy and unsanitary condition. Staff falsely claimed that internal "protocols" allowed for the sharing of bathrooms for infectious patients. The facility cannot override the law with invented protocols. Isolation was required. Due to this neglect, we were forced to immediately remove the patient and return him to the hospital to ensure his safety. Complaints have been filed with California authorities.

The nurses that worked with my father were very nice to me and reassuring through one of the hardest times of my life. I would like to special mention Brenda who seemed always available to talk even after hours. She picked up all my phone calls in the late evening and helped. The physical therapy team were extremely nice and patient with my father through this whole process. I would say our time at ridgeway was successful. It could use a little redecoration but the people are what make Ridgeway a good place.

I would absolutely recommend a friend or other family member to this facility!

If God isn't there then what was , She lit up when she stary with Mother love, Always protect your loved ones from darkness and soulless people when they are at that age. She died in Peace with Gods light. Cost of Sunrise with a caviler attitude rip off dont leave your loved ones there. Eight thousand dollars a month, Theres a place in hell for this place.

Disgusting! Sunrise Villa is NOTHING like that though! This is a fancy pants place! When you walk in you are blanketed by the amazing smells of the delicious food from the kitchen, and the dining room has chandeliers, cloth napkins, crystal glasses, and table service with huge menus for every meal! It's literally like a fancy restaurant for every meal for the residents! That cannot be beat! The entire place is immaculate, with no dirt or bad smells anywhere that we can detect, and that's a huge plus. Just the idea of assisted living usually conjures up negative things but Sunrise Villa creates a whole different experience, a wonderful one. My folks have only been there for one month, having come from a beautiful hilltop home on sonoma Mountain, and they are both already saying they are happy there. There are tons of amazing activities scheduled all day long, and their amazing two bedroom apartment gives them a living room, a bedroom, and an extra bedroom for my father's computer and office. On top of all that, Grace, who helped us through every step, is the most kind, loving, understanding, and patient person to help your family through this difficult time. She is amazing! Thank you Grace! Sunrise Villa is not cheap however, and you'll need plenty of money in order to stay there, but it's definitely worth it, and they have created an assisted living facility that takes the sting out of the painful family process that leads to the need for it. I recommend it highly, if you can afford it.

Ruby made it a point to develop a warm and joyful rapport with her. My mother said that out of all the places I could've chosen, this was the one. Ruby and the staff addressed her needs from the time she entered and was able to transfer from her wheelchair until she was totally bed-bound. The atmosphere was homey with smells of cooking and cheerful attitudes of the caregivers. Ruby or Chris, her husband, would promptly answer all my questions, either in person or by text or email, even when they were out of town. They and the staff were very conscientious about procedures and medication administration. They communicated well with physicians, home health nurses, therapists, and clergy. I felt that my precious mother was in good hands and never worried about her care. There is a special place in my heart for all they did for my mother and I will be forever grateful. I highly recommend Sonoma Oak Tree Place Board and Care.

I cannot say enough about the exceptional care I received here at Petaluma Post Acute Rehab!! I…read morewould definitely give them 10 stars. The care here is exceptional. Every person I dealt with, from the people who clean the rooms to the CNA's to the Nurses and to the Administration treated me with the utmost respect and were dedicated to my well being and to my recovery from a serious emergency operation to my L2-S1 lumbar spine that came close to causing permanent damage. Their attitudes were always cheerful and they all went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and pain free and always with a smile on their face. They were always there- day or night to help me. My training by the Occupational Therapists really prepared me to be able to transfer to my home and be safe. I live alone, and they helped figure out how to do my laundry, how to cook, and how to shower on my own. Spinal cord surgery has its challenges when healing and they dealt with them exceptionally well. I am not allowed to Bend, Lift (more than 5 lbs( or Twist (BLT) They taught me how to function at home alone without doing any of those. It has been a safe and easy transition thanks to them. The incredible training and support of the Physical Therapy team and especially Caleb was top notch and extremely professional. When I arrived at Petaluma Post Acute Rehab, I could barely walk. I was unsteady and weak. With their extraordinary care and attention I was able to leave walking over 2 miles a day with certainty and safely. I really had to learn to walk again and through their knowledge and support I was able to make progress quickly. The food was also good and healthy. I was able to get snacks between meals and when I started to be more active and walking more I was able to get some extra when I needed it. I was amazed that the food was that good in a hospital like setting. The Nurses were of the very highest quality. They took exceptional care of me. They went out of their way to explain all the medications I was. on and made sure that my pain level was always managed. They were always there for me 24 hours a day with their warm and caring presence. They supported my when I wanted to get off the heavy Narcotics I was on and made that a painless transition. After such a major operation on my spinal cord, I felt very vulnerable and the care I was given totally made me feel so safe and so cared for. The Administrator Haley McLaughlin is one of the most professional and sweetest hard working, caring people I have ever met in the HealthCare field. She is a total professional and her energy and smile and caring lift you up every time you see her! She made sure I had everything I needed and encouraged me all the time! The Head Of Admissions- Nick was equally caring and attentive and even made sure I got home when my ride bailed on me. He is also helping me get a friend transferred there. I am now safely at home, living on my own and healing beautifully. I will never forget my stay there and all the incredible people who took the very best care of me. If you need to go to a facility like this I can tell you that there is absolutely none better! I thank them all with all of my heart!!
