Glad I didn't listen to these reviews - So I called sonobello Tysons corner & spoke to Lane. She immediately connected with me we spoke like 2 old friends, it didn't feel like a sales transaction it felt like I was being heard. I explained my urgency 2 do the procedure if the cost was right in 2 weeks. What I like about Lane is she didn't make any promises but said she would do her best to accommodate me. We spoke about my areas & went over expectations and the cost- She is on it.. and truly Knows how to connect with people - She is literally an Asset to sonobello because I am not an easy sale. But her delivery was more of a "this is what we do at sonobello " fat removal . I Proceeded to book all my areas with no hesitation. She found the time I needed, kept calling to see if different times worked. Her demeanor is admirable and just overall great communication. Day of surgery I met with Nicky the LPN & she was very warm and welcoming yet another awesome employee ! I can't say enough about the staff at Tyson's corner! They are happy people. Dr Allison was the cherry on top ! His bed side manner is outstanding I felt at ease chatting with him he knows how to defuse your anxiety ! He explains everything and expects ! One key thing is he doesn't rush you - he literally sits there and We talked so you can be comfortable pre -op visit ( remember those old fashioned doctors that really built a rapport with patients) that's him -You will like him instantly! Im so annoyed how much of my time was wasted. I went to the Silver Spring pilot office today for an initial consultation. The scheduling team scheduled my appointment for one day and told me another. The receptionist told me she was Sono Bello and that I was not on her schedule but she would see me anyway. She did not look me up in her system to see the scheduling error. I called the scheduling team and they acknowledged their error and called the receptionist, Wendy, to tell her. I waited an hour and then walked down the hallway to ask Wendy how much longer I would need to wait. She was talking and laughing with the Nurse in an office with the door open. The Nurse told me I would have to wait a minute. Ten minutes later I walked out. No regard for personal time. read more

I wish i never saw the tv ad. There scheduling is a joke i was kept waiting for a hour and a half with no excuse or apology. When i was finally seen the surgeon and nurses all give you contradicting information. These dysfunctional people even go as far as to give u brochures that have incorrect or as i was told out dated info in them. I don't believe i was told the direct truth at any point through this process. All i can do now is pray that the outcome won't require me having to spend more money to fix. I'm one week post op just had my apt today and my disappointment continues. They now tell me that the garment i need and was to pickup today was never ordered. Yet another unprofessional oversight. I had a 9am appt at Sono Bello and apparently, similar to the other reviews left on them, they still haven't figured out how to properly schedule their appts because I didn't get called back until 10am. I was also a little annoyed because their websites say that services start at 1395 but that's basically for someone that really doesn't need surgery because they base the price on your BMI. So when I thought I could get 3 areas done for about 4K, after they priced everything it was close to 7K! I felt a little uncomfortable with their business model, it kind of felt insincere? It's a little too fast food-ish for me. I think plastic surgery is a very serious thing and after reading their reviews online, I'm going to continue seeking other consultations until I am satisfied. Worst place to go for surgery. They are very unproffessional in that place. The manager Amy has no integrity she is disrespect and lies with a straight face. If you book an appointment make sure to check it 3 times before going in or when you get there they may say you dont have an appointment booked. Save your money or go somewhere else. Results are poor. Only go if you are already skinny. The pictures on TV are fake so dont pay attention to that. The doctor I used rushes because he has so many back to back surgery and enough time is not given to you. To be honest I am very skeptical person. This location is a great location in an office building on the first floor near Tyson's Corner. There was no pedestrian traffic when I arrived. I parked my truck and went inside were I was greeted within seconds of entering. The young ladies up front were very cordial and friendly. The waiting room was very clean, bright, and modern. A video of procedures was playing on a wide screen TV up front and the young ladies were very interactive with me and answering questions as I completed my medical background information. The Patient Care Consultant, Mursal Zamanzada, greeted me shortly after I turned in my paperwork. Very beautiful, informed and customer friendly. She took a few minutes to examine my paperwork and go over my history. Mursal was extremely cordial and personable. After I answered her questions on my medical history, she and I discussed my problem areas, expectations, and desired timeline. She knows her stuff, she told me about her certs and about the doctors and then she pointed out that their facility was rated as the best in the company for customer service the previous year. "I can see why" She explained everything and discussed cost and was not pressuring me to do anything. When they say free consultation with no pressure to buy or get anything done, "ITS TRUE". Mursal provided me with great information and feedback on what areas would be good. She emphasized that the procedure will work, but there is still work that I would have to do. She explained that because I had a previous surgery, I had to wait six months before I could do anything. She was more concerned about me than a sale. Simply put, they are crooks. Out of curiosity, I had a consultation with them around Spring of last year. The "consultant" was a very good sales woman, I have to say. I decided that perhaps I would have the procedure, and put down the mandatory $1000 down payment, being aware that the balance (about $5500) was not refundable, should I decide not to have the procedure, with the latest date for a decision being the time of the preop appointment. My preop with the surgeon was in September. On the day of that appointment, the clinic called to ask me to move up my appointment to an earlier time that day. I was unable to do so due to prior commitments. So I rescheduled for a few weeks later. I did not realize then that they went ahead and collected from my credit card the $5000+ for the procedure, without informing me! I kept my subsequent appointment with the surgeon and decided to not go through with the procedure. Upon leaving the office, I spoke with the receptionist to let her know, so as to avoid being charged. She said that I needed to speak with a manager, but the manager was busy at that time. After waiting for an inordinate amount of time, I decided to leave and left a message with the receptionist asking the manager to call me. I went about my business, and forgot about the issue until I received my credit card bill. After reaching out a few times again, the receptionist (I think) eventually called me back to tell me that I was being emailed a refund form to fill out and return to the office, which I promptly did. I also notified my credit card company to issue a stop payment for that amount as it was inappropriately charged. It is now almost 6 months later, and I have still not heard back from the office, despite leaving multiple messages explaining the situation. The credit card company tried to rectify the matter, but never received any reply to their inquiries. I called once more today and spoke with the always very nice call center representative (Lisa) to explain the situation, and she said she will send an urgent message to the office to contact me right away. Of course, she could not give me a time frame in which I would be contacted, and could not tell me how to escalate the matter further. I gave her a deadline of Monday, March 30, before I notified my lawyer, to deal with the situation. The rest is to be seen. But given such a flagrant display of dishonesty, not sure how they can continue to operate. read more

I have always wanted to do this body altering procedure since I had my son 21 years ago. My funds would never allow me, I decided to pursue this matter by saving a little money each year. I laugh and made jokes about the degrading attire for the procedures but all and all my whole Sono Bellow Team Members in McLean, VA were there for ME. Truly, the entire time from walking into the McLean Office meeting with Ms. Sarah Levitt up until my surgical liposuction procedure was completed. I received emailed from some of the team members after my follow-up appoint when I appreciated them in the office and they emailed me to thank me after I PRAISED them for an AWESOME job/experience I had. My procedure took placed on Saturday, 28 Oct 17, this was a weekend, and I return to work that Monday, 30 Oct 2017. I was a little sore, but it was expected, as I was constantly informed before and during the entire procedure. THIS WAS A FIVE STARR event. After almost 1 week from my procedure, I lost 4 pounds and can really see the shaping of the mid-section of my body taking its form. I had a great experience with my procedure from beginning to the end. My procedure consisted of the Upper and Lower bra roll, the waist, and the upper and lower stomach. At first I was wondering if I was going to actually see any improvement because after the procedure, the areas looked exactly the same; however, it has now been about 3 weeks and I can say that I am starting to see the improvement in those areas. Therefore I am very pleased to say I am pleased with the way my body is transforming. TOTAL RIP OFF. I met with the customer service team before my scheduled meet up with DR. Morse, very uneducated on the procedures and very FAKE. They could care less about the patients all they care about is the money and it was VERY APPARENT. I wasted over $6,000 and my time on this poorly run business. I had NO results after my liposuction area and it's been a year out. So disappointed in the customer service and with the staff in general. Overall I am very happy. The initial consultation process, explanation of the costs and procedures, and scheduling of the appointments went very smoothly. The day of my procedure came and everything went like clockwork. Dr. Dawson was great throughout. He really gets into every area. The one surprise I had was the almost unbearable amount of pain I experienced during the procedure. As he went over all of the areas, I'd estimate that for 15% of the areas, it felt as though my skin was being ripped away from my body, especially around the belly button area. I did have prior surgery in that area and I believe the pain was due to existing scar tissue. My recovery has also been very painful. I also discovered that I am allergic to Arnica Cream and didn't realize that when I put it on after surgery, that was causing the unbearable itching I was experiencing. It's been two weeks now and the pain is to the point where I can function at about 70% but I still have a way to to. Again, I am VERY happy with the results so far but was not expecting the level of pain during and after. read more

I'm 12 weeks Post Op and I highly recommend SB and Dr. Morse who is the surgeon who performed my lipo on my abdominal area. I'm still healing and remodeling, but so far my results are amazing! I've lost seven and a half inches at my waist and counting. Liposuction is not a means to lose weight although I've lost some since the surgery. Now that I'm not sure and warm weather is in sight, I can resume my gym routine! The staff from consultation, front desk, the awesome nursing staff, and the doctor of course, guided me through the process. Looking at past reviews at this location, I must have lucked out and gone at a period where the clinic was not very busy because I was called back on time for all of my appointments. My original surgery was rescheduled due to error but I had the whole week off so it worked out. The staff kept me informed of all changes. I felt very comfortable on the day of the surgery because I knew what to expect both pre-op and post-op. The procedure itself took about 3 hours to suck out some back fat and fat in the abdominal and waist areas. I'm looking forward to my 6 month and 12 month progress. At this point, a lot of the swelling has subsided, my clothes fit a lot better and I have a waistline again!! I can once again wear form fitting tops and dresses that I had stopped wearing due to my excessive belly fat that made me look 5 months pregnant. Please do not fall for the marketing campaign which is the only thing this company focuses on! I feel like such an idiot for falling for such deceptive marketing. It's over 10K and they outright lie about the recovery time, it's weeks before you can resume normal activities without a lot of pain. When I went back for my follow up appointment the nurse (apparently you won't see the doctor again) said my swelling was more than usual but should be okay if I wear my compression garment which I had been wearing. Speaking of this garment don't you think at least two should be provided since you're supposed to wear it continuously the first week and at least 12 hours/day after that? The staff is very unprofessional, while waiting for the nurse for my follow up I could hear the front desk trash talking about a patient. Said patient's chart was sitting on their desk and when I signed in so I could see her name....Ever hear of HIPAA? read more

Two things...(1) I am VERY pleased with the professionalism, respect, and knowledge of the surgeon (Dr. Morse), his assistant (April) as well as my follow-up nurse (Natasha). My consultant (Sarah) was very friendly, very informational, and very personal. Everything that i was told to expect as far as the procedure was true. (2) I am extremely please with the results of my surgery. I give Dr. Morse credit for this because of his years of experience. I thank April for keeping me calm and laughing. I thank Natasha for her kindness and knowledge, and i thank Sarah for keeping me on track from day one regarding everything. I am size 14-16 but was still charged well above estimated pricing I learned $2600 per section. Your singular abdomen is two fees. Overall my experience was very good. I had the laser liposuction back in May 2018 and I can definitely see a difference in my waistline as well as my upper and lower abs. The onl7y issue I had was with the first garment I received after I was done with the band. The first garment ripped on the thread of the steam under the bra area after only a week of having it and the company Mirena was giving me trouble replacing however, the nurse Angie was very helpful in getting me a replacement garment after about a month. I wish I had checked the Sono Bello reviews before I scheduled my appointment. I scheduled my appointment thinking I could take a long lunch since I was told the consultation would only take 1/2 hour. My appointment was at the Tyson's Corner site. I was very impressed with the office at first. After watching HGTV for over an hour, I finally asked the receptionist how much longer I would have to wait. I told her that I had never waited this long for a scheduled appointment. She assured me that I would be called soon. Even after she went back to check with the consultant and probably told her that I was frustrated, I waited another 15-20 minutes. My total wait time was 1 hour, 35 minutes. I told the consultant nicely that I was frustrated. She smiled and brushed me off, then said I had called the call center and they double booked me. She was not very professional, as she seemed to be too friendly (almost fake) and she called me a pet name "Mama" 3xs. I should have told her to call me by my name, and add a Ms. to it. After she shared before and after photos with me and gave me estimated prices, I still considered following-up. Now since I have read the reviews, thought about the unprofessional way that I was treated, and thought about the consultant saying "Good-bye Mama," I have decided that I won't go back. I ended up going home instead of back to work because I was there for over 2 hours and had to drive in rush hour traffic. Also my office would be closed for business. I called my office receptionist to let her know that I would not be returning back to work. This visit was a waste of my time and money and for me, a possible foreshadowing of the service I would receive...poor. PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE MAKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH DR. ARMIN MOSHYEDI AT SONO BELLO IN YSONS CORNER VIRGINIA!!! Approximately 7 minutes into my plastic surgery procedure and after injecting my right side with some kind of numbing agent, Dr. Armin Moshyedi abrupted walked out of the surgical room! On Thursday, August 1, 2019, I prepared for Sono Bello to perform a procedure on my front and lower abs and waste (the cost was over $6,000). When I arrived for my procedure, I was given heavy medication that put me to sleep and by the time the nurse woke me, I was still dizzy. I was taken into a second room (still dazed) and Dr. Armin Moshyedi began pressing on my abdominal area. Because I was not being told what was happening, I assumed that the liposuction procedure had begun and I could feel the pressure on my abdominal. I told Dr. Armn Moshyedi that I could feel the pain (believing that it was the actual liposuction) and Dr. Armin Moshyedi walked out of the surgery abruptly. He injected an agent in me that left me swollen and numb. He treated me less than an animal. Please help me to make sure that this doctor never does this to anyone else. I have not heard from any nurse and the swelling and numbness has just started to subside. I have already begun seeking legal assistance because this doctor, in my opinion, is a monster that injected my body with a foreign agent and abruptly abandoned to operation. I was hesitant in my decision to undergo any type of body altering (contouring) procedure because of the many preconceived risks. However, I must say the staff at this location completely removed any doubts and/or fears I had prior to having my liposuction procedure completed. I have never considered any type of "plastic surgery." Unfortunately, at age 53, and 2 children, I just couldn't lose the tummy. I saw an advertisement for Sono Bello, which offered a free consultation. I had no intention on getting any procedure done, as I knew I couldn't afford it. After meeting with a consultant, she had me convinced. It wasn't any type of sales pressure; she just gave such detailed information, I knew I wanted to go through with the procedure. I financed part of the procedure, and she helped me with that, as well. It was so easy. I had the Trisculpt procedure done; my upper abdomen, lower abdomen, and the love handles. Dr. Pittman performed the procedure; he was absolutely amazing. He even called me, twice, to see how I was doing after the procedure. What doctor does that??!!! There was only mild discomfort after; I had the procedure on a Saturday, and returned to work Monday. All I can say is that this was the best decision I could have made.
