His attitude was haughty and condescending and he just didn't care that he was speaking down to me in a very impolite manner. If this is who Sonobello of Belaire, TX wants to represent the first impression to their potential clients, then I would not trust the company to have the best interest of potential new clientele. I had my procedure done in April off last year(2024). I'm here to research other clients experiences bc I am not totally happy with mine. I'm not pleased with my upper and lower abdominals. My stomach is still big; not as big as before, yet it's not the results I was looking for compared to the amount of money I paid and compared to the many before and after pics of others I have seen. In addition, my stomach is lumpy. I expressed this to my surgeon on my final/ 6th month visit. She explained that the fat I'm seeing is visceral fat beneath my muscles. I had a virtual consultation in Tx with Sharolette I Virtual Consult Specialist, on 12/12/2022, Sharolette told me she would send my quote the same day(12/22/2022) and never did, until I emailed her and advised her that she never sent me my quote. I had further questions about my quote that I got after I had to request it from her, I sent her text messages and emails and was told that she never received my my messages., even though my emails say they were sent. She never called me back after I sent several messages and emails asking her to call me. Here is One of her responses to not calling he back, that I copy and pasted from my email " Sent from Yahoo Mail for iPhone On Tuesday, December 13, 2022, 5:28 PM, Sharolette wrote Hello Shameka! I do apologize for the delay! I didn't receive any messages from you! I am available now if you are free or we can schedule a time tomorrow! What would you like to discuss?" She emailed me, and still to date(12/30/2022), has never called me pertaining my quote. She has yet to follow up with me regarding my quote. She tells you she is going to do something (ex: call you, send your quote, etc), and doesn't. She either is not going to do it at all or it will be a delay as she says. I have a very high tolerance for pain. I have a ton of tattoos, but that procedure hurt like hell. I did my research, and it was supposed to be painless. I don't know what happened. I was crying during the entire procedure and shaking. The doctor never stopped or gave me a break. I sooo wanted to quit several times in the middle of the procedure. I will NEVER go back for anything else with Sono Bello, and I will NEVER recommend this procedure to anyone. PLEASE DONT DO IT!!!!!... Follow up as of today 07/21/2023 Friday. Seems like my body absorbed the lidocaine that was given to me much quicker than other people. So I felt everything after it wore off. It was incredibly painful. I know it's rare, but this is something that should be a warning to patients before getting the procedure done. And nobody told me this could happen. I was under the impression it was supposed to be painless, according to the research I did beforehand. I went in for consultation for Sono Bello Houston, I did not meet Dr. until pre-op and procedure was scheduled the following day. Decided not to proceed based on a variety of factors. They are now refusing to give me my deposit and I have hired an attorney. Contract states five day cancellation but a reasonable decision can not be made until you meet doctor, in my case, that was the day prior. I felt rushed, told procedure would not address my concerns and logically it caused me to not want to proceed. I decided to cancel and find a more appropriate procedure and setting. They are not considerate and this is purely a business. There was little care expressed by the doctor. I am now fighting to get my money returned. Please be careful. So I just got surgery done on Saturday the facility was great everyone was genuinely sweet while I was there I had did a few videos of reviews so that I would remember while I was on the medication right before surgery to get relaxed. I was awake the whole time the medication did relax Me it did not knock me out but I was totally relax it did feel like I was a little drunk and My surgery went great. I got my back bra row my upper and lower abs my waist and e/x done. it's been two days .the surgery was about 2 hours but prep time is about 2 hours . Just making sure the medicine starts to really relax you .the first day I came home ,right when I came home it was still numb.once I got home I started to start to feel the pain I try to be strong and not take any narcotic for the pain. and just take Tylenol extra strength and that was painful I do suggest to take the stronger stuff first the prescribed me narco which that stuff knocks me out. theni lower dose down.i had some Tylenol 3 so I took that to lower dose I am already starting to drive around by the second day I already was able to take my bandages off I was bruised that much but I already can start to see my Waist forming .the tiny holes the spot of entry's are almost completely dry. am still swollen only in the area that they cut me for e/c it is bruised in that area ,but everywhere else it's just tender and sore. Dr atun was who preform the surgery and Andrew was my nurse and they were the bomb. At first I was going to only do bra back roll front bra roll upper and lower abs. But when I asked for the doc advice . He said ok stand up I will give. You my advice . And he said had a look and was able to tell me his advice and it was exactly what I was thinking. So I ended up. Doing back bra roll waist upper and lower abs with e/x to tighten all my loose skin. I had have 3 kids and the loose skin has been bothering me . I'm not very big my weight is 126 and 5 ft tall. so I just wanted a sculpt of my body . And this was the perfect Decision for me. Iv lost so far 2 in under bra , 2 inch in waist and my hips are still swollen so I'm 1/2 inch bigger from the e/x incisions . In the beginning reading all the reviews there are good ones and bad ones but you really have to take everything into consideration and what your results you want to have .also you have to be comfortable with the way that you are now with extra contouring help. From the moment I had my consultation I was so excited. Thd day of my procedure I was so nervous, but my nurse was sweet and she told me what to expect. I was awake, but very relaxed. I am posting this because I wish I had known these things before I got involved with this company. First, if something comes up in your life and for whatever reason you have to cancel and you have already paid some if not all of your procedure. They keep 1000 of that no matter what. Second, if you have to reschedule because life happens there is a 10% fee. So if my procedure was 10,000 then to reschedule would be 1000. Lastly, I went into their office to cancel and request a refund the women was very nice and told me she would submit it that day and it would take 7-10 business days. That was two weeks ago and I finally found out that they actually submitted it 5 days later then she said she would. This does not mean the people were rude. When I had my consultation with him, he gave me great upfront answers and I didn't feel like he was trying to sale me a dream. He gave realistic answers that I felt comfortable with. Right before my procedure, he asked me if I had any questions and answered what small questions I had. During the procedure, he was a man of minimal words, but he got the job done and now I am on to recovery. My one week post-op appt was nothing short of amazing with Adrien. She was awesome, down to earth and gave me realistic answers about what I was experiencing since the surgery. I was complaining about my compression garment being too tight and she assessed that it was too small and gave me another size without hesitation. She was out the door and back with a new one before I could even say anything.
