The sandwich was fresh, packed with flavor, and topped with a savory white cheddar sauce on a seeded roll. Everything tasted high quality and well executed. A week later, the special was extended, so we went back and ordered it again on April 29th. Unfortunately, the sandwich was noticeably different the second time around. The consistency and texture of the steak had changed and felt more like frozen pre-sliced beef compared to the fresher, more consistent steak from our first visit. Even comparing the photos side-by-side, the difference is pretty noticeable. It was a bit of a letdown after such a strong first impression, but hopefully the restaurant can find a happy medium if they decide to bring this special back again.
