I'm sad to see the other poor reviews, but I had a great experience here today. I was planning on going to Mr Wash in Fairfax because I had a coupon, but was in the area & came here instead. I will say the signs say "9.99 wash" (but weekdays only). So on a Saturday I got a really good wash for $28. They also vacuumed inside, washed the grills, the hubcaps, & put tire wet on. I really appreciate the attention paid to the windows and doors. They cleaned inside the doors, which really needed done. The service was fast & you can watch your car going through the wash. Overall, I felt it was a really good value for the price. read more

I should have checked Yelp before I spent $36 on my half ass wash. $36 is for the deluxe wash that includes a dashboard shining. See the photos of my interior below. The lines at Whitehorse of whatever it's called are very long but worth it if you want a 100% clean car. I'm done with this place. Love this place! I stumbled upon this car wash while visiting a friend out in Woodbridge. From time to time, I have to drive down 95 south. This place has been a life saver especially considering the horrible winter we have had. I have had to wash my car 2-3 times a week. SMH. Sonic is quick and cheap. They do a great job of cleaning your car. The best part is that they are extremely fast. If you are in the area, I highly recommend you use them for a quick wash. read more

I'm not one to get my car washed religiously; however, I've given this place a try roughly 2-3 times. Each time has been sub par. I've bought both of my vehicles here a 2015 and a 2013. I thought they rushed through my Silverado because of the size on a busy day so i decided to bring my Malibu here as well. Just too give them the benefit of the doubt. Well today i left just as disappointed and decided to give a review. I really don't like writing bad reviews but ok I've visited too many times with no change in quality of service. I purchased the $21 wash. They have one cheaper at 16.00 and also two more that are more expensive. I ordered the silver package so that i could get it washed and vacuumed well. I must admit the outside was relatively clean and the floors we vacuumed decent enough, but i feel i shouldn't have to pay $49.99 (highest wash) plus tip for you to wipe off my dashboard or get the crumbs in my cup holder. I could have ran it through an auto wash (essentially what they do) and vacuumed it myself if i wanted a poor job. They didn't vacuum the seats or the door area by the seats., Wipe off my dash board or wood grain, windows were marginally cleaned. I would have gladly taken slightly slower service for a better job. Bottom line: Pros: Affordable Quick Clean Inside waiting area Vending Items to purchase for car Cons: Sloppy Poor Service Quantity vs Quality Sub Par washing/Vacuum I will not be returning. $31 dollars later ($21 for the service + $10 tip) I still have to go and vacuum my car. read more

First, this ISN'T a professional detailer's shop, so if you're expecting to have your carpets shampooed and your leather and chrome polished for $20 bucks, you've come to the wrong place. It's a drive through car wash - don't expect them to remove the 10 years of dirt and grime you've let build up on your neglected wheel wells. But, for that magical $20, you can buy yourself a pretty damn good cleanup for the whip, tire shine, vacuumed interiors, and a hand dry. I've signed up for their wash program - $40 for unlimited car washes all month *1 every 24 hours so I'm really buying 30 car washes for 40 bucks - an awesome deal come winter when the salt builds up every 3 hours of driving. read more

Don't take your car here. They are dishonest, incompetent and devoid of any knowledge of what customer service is. I took my car in to be washed on 11/29/19 and they didn't put the car in neutral almost causing it to jump the tracks and damage my car. Employees stood there watching and laughing. One of the supervisors blamed me for not telling them the seat belt needed to be hooked up to put the car in neutral. The car had been there two times before and they seemed to know this. The Korean owner would not apologize or admit any incompetence among his employees, or give me a discount. There lack knowledge might have been plausible had it been some type of exotic car but it was a Honda Accord. Don't trust your car to this business. read more

I refuse to wash my own car, so I bring it here. I started coming to this location over a decade ago through different owners. I think I like these Sonic people the best because my car is looking good. I paid for the Gold wash the other day at $26. I noticed that they had less workers outside, maybe because the weather is changing. It seemed like they did a better job. I'm a fan. read more

There service is absolutely terrible, they always in a rush and don't take there time to clean your car but they want you to pay all that money, there's a lot of car wash in the area that does a way better job. And they have a nasty attitude to there customers also. read more

I've used this place a few times over the past year. I'm pretty particular with my car and prefer to wash it by hand whenever possible, but during the winter months, it's just too cold outside. I'd feel more comfortably using car washes if I knew how often they clean their wash and drying cloths. The first time I came here was because I found a deal for 50% off the Gold Car Wash package. The did a quick vacuum inside the front driver and passenger side, but don't think they washed the rubber floor mats like it said in the description of service. I not sure if the Gold Wash is worth the price since I can't tell a difference with all the extra's included. The last couple times, I've been getting just the basic wash to clean off the salt from road after a snow storm. They do a decent job by my standards. The guys drying the car afterwards work pretty hard from what I can tell. I've been to a couple other car washes in the area and many times have to end up drying the car afterwards myself to avoid water stains/streaks. Overall service was pretty quick, but I guess that could come at the cost of not being too detailed. One thing that annoys me more than anything is having my car come out damaged/scratched. I can say that I HAVEN"T had any issues with this place, so I'll be returning. read more

Got the platinun wash and was pleasantly surprised. They touched almost everything other than the rear floor mats - but they were not in need of anything other than a vaccum. $36. Worth it every 4 months or so, I think. New edit: Initially I had 4 stars here after only one visit. This is edit is on September 22 2015. My second visit was sub par. Very sub par. The vacuuming was done in a blind rush. Unacceptable for the price I pay. read more

I had to point out spots that were still dirty and water spots. Then they got an attitude when I did that! And lastly, they messed up my gear boot! Never going here again. I have been a monthly customer of Sonic since 2012. I liked the service and the fact that no items from my car were ever missing. About one-month ago, the employee who got the cars through the car wash lines left. This new person is rude. I have 2-cars that I get cleaned multiple times a month for $39.95 and $34.95 per month. On several occasions, the new employee has allowed men who stand outside of their autos to get in line ahead of me. I mentioned this to the new car wash person and he ignored me. I had the same experience today, 12/22, where this guy does not understand deal and protocol. I cancelled my monthly charges and will never return to this establishment. read more

Impolite and impersonal service at check in. I have the gold membership but get treated like dirt. Not sure if it is the language barrier, but every time I pull in, I say "clean car club gold please" and "thank you" the ticket guy will then give me a grunt and a look like I just ran over his dog. Price is good, wash comes out great after the towel dry. I will keep this service until I find a better place. If you don't care about customer service and want a clean car at an awesome price, this is your place. If you like to be treated with respect look elsewhere. I will say, however, the girls at the cash register are very nice. It's just the first check in dude that sucks. The gimick here is they sell you car wash booklets, then when enough of the booklets are out they change the name and don't honor the old booklets past about a month. You come back to use another ticket out of your book only to have them say "Sorry but that is no good any more". I won't go back to that car wash again. read more

If you don't have a special going in take the sign inside. That was the only reason I went there. Just brought my Honda Civic in for some TLC and purchased the "Super Klean" option ($75) to get the job done. I had some hopes after checking their website and not seeing this option; thinking "this should really give me what I need". Unfortunately I was let down a bit. They missed some simple left over water marks on my windshield, missed some corners of the carpet and the backseat still needed some touch ups with the vacuum cleaner. Probably not going back and will be going for a more detailed service next time. read more

I think this car wash is overpriced for the quality of work received. I noticed my cup holders were still filthy and the seats were not vacuumed all that great. I'm use to going to car washes where they ask you what type of air freshener would you like in your car especially if you're paying for a platinum package however I had to pay an additional 3 bucks for an air freshener. In closing I appreciate the convenience of the location. It was right next door to the oil change place. read more

Went there for the first time today for detailing. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!. First of all they don;t list what they will do for the detailing or whats included which is basically a way to scam your money. I paid $75 for the super kleen detailing. After about 30 minutes they called me out to check my car. WORST DETAILING EVER. Literally all they did was wipe down the inside and vacuum. I could've done that myself in under $10 dollars. They also didn't shampoo the carpets and I could still see some dirt under the carpets of my car. I complained to manager and he explained its $10 extra to shampoo the carpets. Are you kidding me? I thought $75 is more than enough to cover that cost. $75 is a lot of money and I feel I didn't get my money's worth which is why I am cautioning any future patron from detailing here. read more

I got my car washed here for the first time, and I will NEVER go here again. It was by my house, so I figured I would give it a shot. That was a huge mistake. I have all weather mats and they literally took them out and shook the debris off of it and put the mats back in. Didn't clean the mats or anything. Then, they half ass cleaned my rims and left dirt streaks on them. My backseat still had crumbs by the mats. It looks like they spot vacuumed. It looks like they didn't even wipe the inside of my car. What a waste of $26. I could've gone and got the car washed at a gas station for less than half the price. read more

I would not recommend taking your car here to get it washed. For $26, they did not wipe the inside of the car, they did a horrible job vacuuming the inside of the car. They basic put it through the automatic car wash and pretended to vacuum and wipe out the inside. I could have taken it to a drive through car wash and had the same job for less money. When I spoke with the manager the only thing he did was revacuum the car. If you want a good car wash and good value for your dollar go somewhere else. If you want shoddy work and poor customer service this is your place. read more

after pulling up to the car wash and purchasing the 36.00 car wash i went to get in my car and my window adjuster was missing from my door panel. i then searched for the piece myself...went back inside and spoke with the cashier who just directed me back outside to look for someone in a "a blue or grey shirt" i spoke to the manager and told him about the piece when he began to argue with me about how they don't wipe my door or do anything with the doors...i reread the description of my purchased car wash which stated door panel dusting...he then said oh yes but not hard and basically called me lair.about the missing piece. worst customer service ever!!! didn't offer refund, a coupon or just apologize. i will never return there for that simple fact!! of not valuing my car or my business.. there are plenty of other car washes i even had to wipe stuff off the hood and pick up crumbs they missed.. sloppy and zero customer service.!! read more

this place seemed to do a good job but, i watched 3 people work and dry 2 trucks before me spotlesss and 2 people halfass my car, still left it wet with clear road grime on it, i did not tip them bc i had to grab a rag and finish the job myself.. maybe it was just me... im not upset enough to not try them again but i will be watching closely next time! read more
