Most painful ordering experience of my life. Maybe it was the employees first day, but entire process was a struggle and had to repeat each item at least 3 times and they still missed an item. Food was all smashed into bags and after delivering to us, walked away with all the sauces we'd confirmed during ordering on their tray as I tried to ask if we could have them. I watched them look at the sauces and just continue walking away. read more

Sat in the drive thru for over 15 minutes and still no one came on the speaker to take our order. A worker even was walking into the restaurant and we asked for her help. She did NOT help us. What has the world come to. This was absolutely horrible customer Service! I have NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE IT! read more

Horrible experience they had me sitting for 30 minutes and then when I finally gave them my order they told me they were out of everything I ordered. I got there at 9pm they close at 10 not sure what the issue was. Horrible Horrible service never going back! read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE. i ordered 2 sweet teas only got 1. I also ordered a small tator tot. never got it. called back on the speaker and waited 15 more minutes for a SMALL tot. read more

Turned the lights out 12 minutes before closing time, while customers waiting to place orders.

Employees were kind and respectful but this building needs a deeeeep cleaning. Feels like uncles shed that serves food from time to time. At some point it's so much thats it's probably best to have a professional crew come in to clean. Like mentioned in other comment ice is tan not clear. Water issue is spread throughout most of LA but a franchise like this should be able to hold standards with properly filtering all water coming from main city lines read more

I asked for a bacon breakfast burrito, NOT a JUNIOR bacon breakfast burrito. Didn't realize what they gave me until I got home. Ruined my morning tbh. read more

They was very unorganized and gave me the wrong order twice. Then they took a whole hour just to give me a milkshake and a pretzel twice. Winona Sonic, Ray, DO BETTER! read more

The current group of employees are nice and conscientious, I hope they stay awhile. I use the drive thru now. read more

Nasty and Terrible Employees! I will not be back after the experience that I had today. I went around 11ish for just a simple drink and waited over 25 minutes. When someone finally brought it out the ice had already melted and it tasted like watered down sprite with tea mixed in. This isn't the first time I have had an awful experience with this Sonic, I won't be back because of the rude employees and awful manager who work there. read more

Bad reviews, but I have no complaints. Young lady at the drive-through was very pleasant and professional. I had just a "Blast," But it was good and reasonably fast. read more

I noticed they remodeled so I decided to stop by on the way back to Starkville. I never write reviews for fast food, there's only been one other time where I've even considered it. Everyone was so nice, both the girl that took my order and the guy that brought out my food. I don't know if everyone was just in a good mood or if there is new management, but I was impressed. read more

Recently became under new management & it is amazing!! Not only is the food & service outstanding, they are also supporting the community. They brought sausage and biscuits to the school for 3rd graders & ice cream for 4th grade to celebrate how great they have been doing in school! They are really changing the Sonic atmosphere & I will fully support them! read more

Somewhat rude to my fiancé and I as we ordered. But said "merry Christmas" to the cars on both sides. We are white. They were black. Just an observation. Will racism ever end? read more

It's an okay Sonic. Don't order the very sweet tea or the sausage breakfast burrito. The carhops are friendly. I bought a bag of ice here once. Some of did not get used and melted in the bag. I noticed that the melted ice had a very light brown tint to it. Pros: Friendly staff Reasonable timing on food delivery Good location Good coffee Cons: Some of the food items are, often, not well prepared. The ice was slightly cleaner then I would have expected. read more

Stopped here on our way home from LA. Horrible sonic. Taking the order was a joke...had to repeat it 3 times. When taking out money and handing our bags out the server would stick his hand out the window and look away. I could've ignored all of that BUT my food was equally disappointing!! The bun was stale and my tater tots looked like hash browns. read more

Horrible. I ordered ice cream. They said their ice cream machine was broken then gave ice cream to the car beside us. I guess it was because i was ordering over 3 ice creams. read more

Sad excuse for a Sonic. Took over 10 min to bring a burrito & water. Then the burrito was legit a sausage patty and an attempt at scrambled eggs.. maybe a new chef that has no training?? I don't know but don't waste your time going here if you're in a hurry. They don't put the fast in fast food for sure!! read more

Food is always cold and tasteless. Drinks are watered down. Everything fried tastes the same and tastes like the grease needs changing. If you order a sandwich without mayo or in any way different than the norm, they mess the entire order up and never get it right. Last time I ate there, I developed food poisoning. Never, ever again! read more

We have tried to eat at this Sonic about three times. The first time, we had to leave because it was taking too long to get our order. The second time, the server gave us the wrong change back and we were shorted a couple of dollars. We tried again this morning, using the drive through. We were asked to pull to the side to wait for our food to be cooked. It was not a complicated order. We waited about 20 minutes and when our food came out, it was cold. The SuperSonic breakfast burrito tasted so bad I couldn't eat it. And my water tastes like poop smells. We saw three cars drive off without their orders while we waited, presumably because of the wait. DON'T GO!! read more

Served old food and when asked for money back manager said I kept food too long. 38 minutes total including getting & paying for food, drive time & all the other things # bless d food wash hands . Really sonic read more

After sitting on 55N for over an hour due to an 18 wheeler catching fire, me and my toddler were starving. I ordered cheese sticks and got her a kids cheeseburger. The burger was disgustingly messy. There was way too much ketchup and mustard on it and it was smeared all over the wrapper. I had to wipe it off just to hand it to her. Sloppy! My cheese sticks were old and not even melted in the middle. Their customer service sucked too. What happened to service with a smile. Ugh. read more

Very slow, incorrect orders but somewhat kind. Order an Ocean Water, was "corrected" to Blue Coconut and ended up with a blue water-- literally water dyed blue. read more

You will definitely wait on your food for a extended period of time and in the end your order may not even be correct. Visited here many times and it's honestly like gambling to determine the quality of service you will find here. Food is good half the time and rarely ever has everything been A+ quality. read more

Slowest Sonic experience ever. Granted, it was at the start of Happy Hour (2:15pm), but we waited approximately 15 minutes for our food. One of our group had to wait 5 minutes just to order. You do Sonic because you don't want to stick around. This was too long. read more

Very slow. Ordered two ultimate meat and cheese burritos and I'm not entirely sure what I got. A bunch of egg with watery cheese. Figured anybody could make a mistake so I went back that evening for dinner. They got my order and my sons order wrong in addition the total was $23 and change. Gave the young lady $30 and she gave me the change back and kept the $7 after using a calculator to figure the change. I just let her have the $7 smh. read more

They are good about half of the time. Place needs better management and better workers.

One of the best Sonic's that I have eaten at. Food was really good. Bathrooms were clean.
