Most painful ordering experience of my life. Maybe it was the employees first day, but entire process was a struggle and had to repeat each item at least 3 times and they still missed an item. Food was all smashed into bags and after delivering to us, walked away with all the sauces we'd confirmed during ordering on their tray as I tried to ask if we could have them. Sat in the drive thru for over 15 minutes and still no one came on the speaker to take our order. A worker even was walking into the restaurant and we asked for her help. She did NOT help us. Employees were kind and respectful but this building needs a deeeeep cleaning. Feels like uncles shed that serves food from time to time. At some point it's so much thats it's probably best to have a professional crew come in to clean. Like mentioned in other comment ice is tan not clear. Water issue is spread throughout most of LA but a franchise like this should be able to hold standards with properly filtering all water coming from main city lines read more

Nasty and Terrible Employees! I will not be back after the experience that I had today. I went around 11ish for just a simple drink and waited over 25 minutes. When someone finally brought it out the ice had already melted and it tasted like watered down sprite with tea mixed in. I noticed they remodeled so I decided to stop by on the way back to Starkville. I never write reviews for fast food, there's only been one other time where I've even considered it. Everyone was so nice, both the girl that took my order and the guy that brought out my food. Recently became under new management & it is amazing!! Not only is the food & service outstanding, they are also supporting the community. They brought sausage and biscuits to the school for 3rd graders & ice cream for 4th grade to celebrate how great they have been doing in school! It's an okay Sonic. Don't order the very sweet tea or the sausage breakfast burrito. The carhops are friendly. I bought a bag of ice here once. Some of did not get used and melted in the bag. I noticed that the melted ice had a very light brown tint to it. Pros: Friendly staff Reasonable timing on food delivery Good location Good coffee Cons: Some of the food items are, often, not well prepared. Food is always cold and tasteless. Drinks are watered down. Everything fried tastes the same and tastes like the grease needs changing. If you order a sandwich without mayo or in any way different than the norm, they mess the entire order up and never get it right. Last time I ate there, I developed food poisoning. We have tried to eat at this Sonic about three times. The first time, we had to leave because it was taking too long to get our order. The second time, the server gave us the wrong change back and we were shorted a couple of dollars. We tried again this morning, using the drive through. We were asked to pull to the side to wait for our food to be cooked. It was not a complicated order. We waited about 20 minutes and when our food came out, it was cold. The SuperSonic breakfast burrito tasted so bad I couldn't eat it. And my water tastes like poop smells. After sitting on 55N for over an hour due to an 18 wheeler catching fire, me and my toddler were starving. I ordered cheese sticks and got her a kids cheeseburger. The burger was disgustingly messy. There was way too much ketchup and mustard on it and it was smeared all over the wrapper. I had to wipe it off just to hand it to her. Sloppy! My cheese sticks were old and not even melted in the middle. Their customer service sucked too. What happened to service with a smile. Ugh. read more

Very slow. Ordered two ultimate meat and cheese burritos and I'm not entirely sure what I got. A bunch of egg with watery cheese. Figured anybody could make a mistake so I went back that evening for dinner. They got my order and my sons order wrong in addition the total was $23 and change. Gave the young lady $30 and she gave me the change back and kept the $7 after using a calculator to figure the change. I just let her have the $7 smh. read more
