The workers at this location need an attitude adjustment. One visit, I was ordering and I heard a sigh from the intercom like I was annoying them by simply placing an order. Then, another visit, I had to wait at least 15 minutes to place an order even though the drive through, nor a lot of other stations were active. Also was missing my fries at one point. Their fries are good, but popcorn chicken taste like rocks. Sonic is good, just would not recommend this location. read more

This sonic is terrible. I'm not sure why I still go here but hopefully today is my last. Went specifically to get the "Shark Week" drinks for my kids. Funny thing is you can't get those specific drinks half price for happy hour which is fine then. Ended up with no gummy Sharks in the drinks. So I basically just paid extra for coconut slushes lol. This place is a joke. I keep giving it a chance and it just keeps disappointing. I have never had a correct order. Their chicken strips are a joke. Tonight my 3 chicken strips were so small they looked like nuggets. They also seemed like they were cooked earlier in the night and reheated. I asked for fries and got tots. My gravy was disgusting, brown instead of white and only half full cup. Apparently it's the same gravy they used all day and scraped the bottom of the barrel for mine. The last time I came. I pressed the red button and sat for 7 minutes before they finally took my order. Someone better manage this place better or it will be out of business. The workers and management at this location are clueless. Messed up order, then tried to send me on my way with half of my food. When I asked for the rest of my food, the response wasn't even polite. She said 'I gave you what they gave me'. I don't even want to talk to the manager at that store. I need a regional to understand how bad this was. read more

Explained my order over the intercom of the item that I didn't receive. Waited ten minutes only to call back again to inform another person of what I did not receive and she had a slight attitude. Why get upset with customers that spend their money? It's not the customers fault that their order is incorrect and time is valuable. read more

Last two times after 7pm we've used the drive thru... It took 7mins to get a response from girls "headgear" Finally after from time we was at drive thru to time our order was done.. 23 mins!! Seriously the worst Sonic I've ever stopped at. We got out to order while sitting at the tables. That station didn't work and no one made any effort to take our order. We picked the closest open stall to order from but it didn't work either. We decided to go through the drive through. It took over 30 minutes sitting in the drive through to get to the stall, order and get out food. When it came out, it was wrong and tasted awful. Absolutely abysmal!! read more
