    Dry cold burger patty
    BreAnn F.

Do not order food from this sonic location. This location will get a zero rating from us. We ordered $70 worth of food and drinks and it was mostly inedible. The tots, fries, onion rings and mozzarella sticks were all cold and soggy. The burger Patties were cold and dry. Wings were hardly sauced and cold. Afraid to get food poisoning.

Is the circus in town? Is it the Fourth of July? New Year's Eve?…read more Sure, they serve ice cream, and they have unique flavors, and the ice cream is delicious. But you can get really good ice cream almost anywhere. Heck, go to almost any grocery store and you can get Ben and Jerry's which still makes great ice cream with unique flavors. But how many ice cream shops have a zillion people either eating ice cream or standing in line or dancing to live music? None that I have seen before. This place is an absolute scene. By the way, the dancing was swing dancing, which isn't something you just decide to do (it takes a very long time to get good). Now, there are two lines. First, there is the interior line (inside the main fence) that is really, really long but you get more flavor options. The second exterior line is just really long (as opposed to really, really long) and is outside the gate with fewer flavor options. We went for the exterior line and it moved along nicely. Sure, you can get great ice cream almost anywhere but this place is a unique place. You can enjoy the live music and dancing while you wait in the longer than average lines. The atmosphere is pure joy. I would return again and again.

Come for the vibe, but not necessarily for the bestest ice cream you'll ever have.

Ayyyy man, so look…read more I'm in Colorado for the first time. Not really knowing what's what, where's where who's who. Just left Denver and now I'm in Lafayette. Y'all got a crazy city in Lafeyette first of all, I know the median income gotta be like $200,000 because some of these properties is ridiculous. Might just be moving out here next but that's a different story. So it's like 21:06 (9:06pm ) and my sweet tooth itchin. I'm like hol on baby imma feed you just gimme a second. So I'm on Apple Maps (google maps is for old people) and I'm searching everything. Juice, smoothies, ice cream. Closed. Closed. Closed. Closed. Damn. Sweet tooth starting to ache. I'm like gimme a sec I got you! So I see this cow-a-bunga place. Had like 7 reviews, people gassing it up and it's 5 minutes away from Winona Lake Reservoir where I just finished my Post Brewery Co. dinner (good but not good enough for a review, tbh the cheddar biscuits were dry and the brussel sprouts overcooked but ion like to be negative with my yelp so imma leave it at that. Just needed you to know how bad I needed some sweet stuff). Anyway, I'm with my friend and I'm like yo should we do it and she's like absolutely. So we go. So we walk in. Two people behind the counter, boy and a girl. Coulda been brother and sister, real good chemistry here and the vibes had me feeling part of the cowabunga family from the jump. Love it already. So we looking at the flavors and we're like damn... what do we even get. All types of crazy names. Some like funky donkey or something. Death by chocolate. Don't know what Pralines are but they had that too. So I'm trying all these flavors, some guy in the bowling alley next door told me to get the Bing Cherry (not Bingo cherry like I thought it said). I'm like aight, it's cool, but I'm the kinda guy who asks to take the cherry off the milkshake so I couldn't commit to scoops of this thing. And then I see it. Pink Cadillac. The name, so daring and luxurious. I asked, "what is this?" "Strawberry and Oreo." My favorite dairy combination. Y'all. When I tell you my life done changed. This is the best ice cream I've tasted in a while. I wanna go back, and I also never want to see it again so it can't ever ruin the memory of my first time having it. All the flavors are cool. But pink Cadillac?? This place should be a mandatory visit for anybody in Colorado. Really the United States. I would fly here specifically for this ice cream. And I'm lactose intolerant y'all, I can't just be putting anything in this stomach. Nah. This hit different. I would like to especially thank Sebastian and Kylie (I think her name was Kylie) for making this experience like no other. Y'all really out here changing peoples lives one scoop at a time. I know y'all scooped a bit extra on our cones. That thing was huge. Just know you're appreciated for that. When I have kids, I hope y'all can come cater their birthday parties. 0-18, every single year. No matter where I'm at. Thank you, Pink Cadillac. And thank you, Cow-a-bunga.

It doesn't matter if you're a big fruit person or chocolate person (or general snack person really). This paleteria has you covered. Me, I'm all about chocolate and warm pastries, so of course I went for the churros con nieve (even got to make the churros caramel). I almost cried into these churros, they were so good. It does take a few minutes for the churros (I appreciated they gave me a heads up before I placed the order), but it was 110% worth it. I paired these delicious crispy caramel filled cinnamon heaven puffs with the horchata ice cream, and it was unreal. I couldn't stop after that, so I also added on a scoop of Nutella ice cream (no regrets). It was the best. On top of the awesome food items is the awesome staff. They made great suggestions, answered a bunch of our questions, and could make so many different things (all of which were amazing). The decor is also so bright and fun, and there are a couple tables in case you don't want that precious ice cream to melt before you get home. Can't wait to go back and eat my way through the whole menu. And then do it all over again.

The variety of flavors was one of the first things that stood out to me. There were so many fun, unique, creative, and adventurous options that it was honestly difficult to choose. It's clear that a lot of thought goes into offering flavors that are both classic and exciting, and there's truly something for everyone. What made this visit unforgettable, though, was the exceptional service from Brennan. I genuinely cannot say enough good things about him. From the very first interaction, he greeted me with an incredible amount of enthusiasm, kindness, and positivity. Every single word he spoke was filled with genuine warmth, and it was obvious that he truly enjoys what he does. It's rare to come across someone who puts so much heart into their work, but Brennan absolutely does. He was patient while I looked through all the different flavors, answered every question with a smile, and made recommendations that showed he really knew the menu. He never rushed me, and he made the entire experience feel personal rather than just another transaction. His positive attitude was contagious, and he somehow managed to make a simple trip for ice cream one of the highlights of my day. You can immediately tell that Brennan takes pride in providing outstanding customer service. His professionalism, friendly personality, and genuine passion for helping customers set an incredibly high standard. It's the kind of service that makes people want to come back again and again. Employees like Brennan are hard to find, and he represents the business in the best possible way. I also want to mention again how amazing the flavor selection was. Every option looked delicious, and the creativity behind the menu made the experience even more enjoyable. Whether you're looking for something familiar or something completely different, there's no shortage of incredible choices. I would like to reiterate just how wonderful Brennan was throughout my visit. He was absolutely lovely to talk with, incredibly respectful, upbeat, and genuinely made everyone around him feel welcome. His energy, enthusiasm, and positive attitude transformed what could have been an ordinary stop for ice cream into an exceptional experience. It's obvious that he cares deeply about both his job and the customers he serves, and that level of dedication deserves recognition. If you're thinking about stopping by, do it. The ice cream is fantastic, the flavors are creative and delicious, and if you're lucky enough to be helped by Brennan, you're in for some of the best customer service you could ask for. He is truly an outstanding employee and a wonderful person, and he deserves every bit of recognition for the care, effort, and positivity he brings to every customer interaction.
