Worst Sonic in the entire state of Colorado. Please do not give this horrible establishment any business. There was no one in the drive-through line and no one in all of the stalls. When I pulled up to the store it took them 10 minutes to respond to the button call. A child who apparently worked there came outside and said they were so busy they could no longer take orders. Ok to update my experience. I came back here thinking something might have changed. Nope.. they've added even more dumbed down staff than before. I pull into a stall to order food. I press the button and the guy literally answers through the speaker at this, "broken stall," and tells me it's not working. I mean really? You couldn't have taken my order? I told him that he should put up a sign and to tell people. That must have been an inconvenience because he just told me, "well it's broken." Went through the drive thru and ordered jalapeno cheeseburger with tots. Waited longer than usual time in driver thru; I thought ok, food will be fresh. WRONG!! I'm a fan of Sonic Drive-In's, but this particular location has been consistently awful for a long time so I had to write a review; 1. They are often incredibly slow at getting orders out, and they get orders out in the wrong order (even in the drive through, we've had 4 cars served behind us before we got our 2-item order). 2. Too many times has our food been cooked poorly - corndogs overcooked, cold cheese sticks, etc. I recommend skipping this location and finding the next nearest Sonic. read more

I think most sonics have pretty awful customer service but this is the worst. Always getting orders wrong- finally took time one day to call sonic customer service (wow the customer service line is pathetic- don't even respond when you talk to them and they don't care at all what you have to tell them...) they told me the manager of this sonic would be in touch within 48 hours. I then received an email apologizing for the wrong order and to call her -Tabitha (manager?) or email back so she could make things right. Attempts to email back but my emails were 'undeliverable' and returned to my inbox. Tried calling no answer- left a voicemail never heard back. Tried calling 8 times maybe within the past 10 days -no answer 2nd voicemail left. Still haven't heard back. What a pathetic manager and business. read more

I agree with the previous review about "consistently terrible service." I haven't had a good experience here, and much prefer to go to a different Sonic location nearby. This one is always slow, for starters. On my most recent visit, I got the wrong side with my meal. My meal was the chicken strip meal, which comes with gravy. The gravy was as runny as paint thinner (this isn't normal. It's supposed to be thick). There was a hair in my food. They were also out of ketchup. How does a fast food joint run out of ketchup? Bad experience. I did, however, get a refund for my meal, but it certainly doesn't make it all okay. I'll be avoiding this location and visiting another in the future. read more

This place is horrible we waited 20 minutes two cars in front of us for our order than when we got to the window we waited 5 minutes than they handed us a shake that was sitting there since we ordered I could see it since we were in line I asked the girl to remake it as it had been sitting there for 20 minutes she shut the window said oh my God. I should have known better just by reading reviews from other customers. Clearly, management doesn't care to fix the issues when it comes to detailing with a production line and time management. Consistently terrible service. Last time we went was on July 4, and when I was ordering the girl said "okay is that all?" Then turned off the speaker before I could answer. I had to go up to the door and went inside. Inside the kitchen was disgusting. I told the girl that I was not done ordering yet and she gave me a weird look and just said "what was on your order". Then after waiting over 20 minutes for a few hotdogs and tots I pushed the button again to see what was going on. The guy answered about five minutes later and when I asked there our food was he replied 'don't worry about it, I'll be right out with it.' To top it off it was all cold like it had just been sitting there. Manager not reachable, she emailed me back once and I have since never been able to reach her on a shift. This particular Sonic saved the day for us. We visited 3 Sonic locations prior to finding this one, looking for an Orange Ice Cream Slush...my intense pregnancy craving! This has to be one of the SLOWEST locations I have ever been to! I probably would not be so upset for the slow service if my orders ever came out RIGHT. But they don't seem to know what is supposed to be on the sandwiches when they are preparing them or they cannot read their tickets, or maybe both! I ordered an Asiago Chicken club, it was missing the cheese, and bacon... and had a TON of lettuce that had started to turn bad (mis-colored ends). Sonic tends to normally be my favorite of the fast food chains, but this particular store is easily the worst I've ever been to. Actually, it's probably the worst fast-food place that I've ever been to period. I live right next to it and so I gave them several opportunities, but they get the order wrong more often than they get it right. Seriously, the only order that they got right was when I ordered a chocolate shake and tots, because there really aren't many ways you can get that wrong. The last time I went, it took 20 minutes for a breakfast order with no substitutions or the like, and they STILL managed to get it wrong. While I was waiting, it seemed pretty clear that they hadn't cleaned the outside dining area in a long time. A good number of their drive-in stalls (and one of the ones in outside dining) have signs on them saying that the ordering mechanism is out of order, and it has been this way since I moved in several months ago. Gave this location too many chances. As a former sonic employee I can understand long wait times, so while it is inconvenient that's not why I'm disappointed. A couple weeks ago I tried to order a vanilla cream Dr Pepper and they said they can't make those anymore? If you can make shakes, I guarantee you can make these... all you need is a scoop of the cream that goes into the shake machine. I made tons of these when I worked at sonic. Additionally, I came in yesterday and all I ordered was a cherry limeade, and they didn't put any lime or cherry in it... just giving me an overpriced cherry sprite. I've never been to this sonic but my dad and I went to get some drinks I got a large cranberry lime aid and my dad got a medium ocean water. My lime aid barely has any Ice in it and there is no lime. And it just taste watered down. My dads ocean water has wayy to much blue coconut syrup and barley any ice as well. I also didn't eat a receipt and as someone who has worked at a sonic before I know a lime should be in my drink, ice should be at least halfway full and maybe one or two pumps of syrup compared to the 4-5 pumps they put in.
