The line can't move if you can't check us out! Our ice cream was melting while we were waiting to get checked out. Not the girls fault unless they know better. Management should train to keep the line moving, have one person help the customer all the way down to the register and then go back to helping other customers. It's a lot faster and more efficient. The gentleman who took my order was really nice and patient even though I had done zero planning on what I was going to order prior to my arrival and I just ordered based on vibes. When I got to the window I realized I forgot to order one of my kids a drink and the lady who was paying me out was so kind and helpful with adding that onto the order. I did have to pull around to the front to wait but the wait wasn't too long when you consider the amount of food I ordered, but most importantly the order was accurate and the food was fresh. While I can't review the inside of the establishment because I didn't go inside, the drive thru was ran really efficiently and all 3 of the employees I interacted with were really friendly and nice and the food was great!

We told them it was our first time and they helped us make our choices, by informing us of their items. I got the ghost pepper cheese burger with a side of cheese curds and my wife got the classic cheese burger with fries. It took less than 10 minutes to receive our food after we ordered. Everything was fresh, even the fries so it was all very hot, nothing that had been precooked sitting under a heat lamp. The ghost pepper cheese burger was phenomenal! The cheese curds were very good too and I felt the size I got (regular) was the perfect size. My wife ordered the classic cheese burger. She said hers was good, but not 5 star good. Her only complaint was that the meat did not have enough seasoning. She said a little more salt would have made it a 5 ‍. Overall, I loved this place and can't wait to go back for more.
