Appx 5 the next day, I called back and spoke to somone else that didn't know what I was talking about. I then verbally described what I wanted and then she found my email and we went over details and I ordered for pick up on 5-6. I was told my cake would be ready any time after 10:30am and I said I should be there by 11. Appx 10:45 as I was about to pull up to the place, they called to say it wouldn't be ready until 11:30 which was putting me in a crunch setting up my mom's 80th surprise BD party. They called back at 11:15 to say it was ready. The lady working the counter wasn't friendly at all then stated they had someone quit and she didn't normally work the front. I quickly got my cake and hurried to get set up for the party. When we finally cut the cake, I was very disappointed to see that the strawberry filling wasn't the normal strawberry filling but more like strawberry frosting. Today, I saw an ad pop up for them on my FB page so I commented that I was disappointed that the filling was a frosting, not the usual filling (which if you just google strawberry filling, you will see exactly what I wanted). Someone replied back that they used white chocolate whipped something and strawberries (which there wasn't a hint of strawberries at all in the cake), not frosting. Before I could respond back, my comment with their reply was deleted. I guess they couldn't handle someone not liking their cake. It was definitely a waste of my money, and I would never recommend them to anyone.
