I worked at a Sonic when I was i highschool for a couple years. This place does pretty well pushing food out even on really busy times like happy hour. Food is consistent as other sonic chains and the Ice Cream blasts are always on point. Suggestions- Order the texas toaster bacon cheese burer with a Large Onion ring.Or any burger on texas toast bun. If your feeling frisky try one of their 600k different drink combinations. I ordered the triple smasher with bacon, lettuce, and mustard. Only received a double smasher with no mustard or bacon. The unicorn slush was good though. read more

Stopped by shortly after 9 pm for a quick snack on the way home. Decided what we wanted and hit the red button for service. Screen showed a line saying "we'll be with you shortly". After about 15-20 minutes the screen went back to saying "press red button for service" Where IS the service? Drive thru sure had plenty, but no where else did. If you don't want people to use the drive up stalls after a certain time for safety or stafding reasons, then maybe consider putting something like that up on your menu board screens? Would make it ALOT more clear to customers. read more

Service is horrible. They have no clue. I stopped coming a year ago because the ice cream was always broken and service was bad. I got an email with 1/2 off blasts so I thought I'd give a try. Promo code doesn't work in the app and I was told at the drive through that they couldn't ring it up. It says in the email to use code or mention at the drive through. Pics attached read more

This sonic never fails to surprise me. Got a soda float today. You know soda and ice cream. When I received it started drinking it i realized that there wasn't only ice cream in it. There was also ICE CUBES. Ice cubes in a soda float. This places proves that fast food works deserve 15+ dollars an hour. Out standing!!!! read more

This place sucks!! Do not eat here unless you want you want your money stolen. The lady at the window who had a horrible attitude decided she was doing such a good job that she deserved a tip so she ILLEGALLY rounded up the bill and gave her self at 80 cent tip. Who knows how many people she's stolen money from. I know it's not a lot of money but if you do that to every customer it adds up. Not to mention that it's highly illegal. Also the food wasn't cooked well at all and they didn't take of any of the items on our burgers that we requested. Another note is they are lazy af. They're only doing drive thru rn cause of "COVID" even tho no other restaurant is worried about it. I think they're just lazy and use COVID as an excuse to not walk out to your car. There's a reason they're all fat and work at sonic read more

Sonics in Brunswick sets the bar for bad food. They win. Entire area could use a steam cleaning.

Iv been twice since moving to the area, the first I got the chili cheese foot long with tater tots, the chili cheese dog was good but the tater tots tasted old and fried in dirty fryer oil. Tonight we decided to give it another shot, I got the same thing and the chili dog was super good but again the fries and tater tots tasted like old fryer oil and Tots tasted old. We did have to wait a bit for our food and was hopped we'd at least have fresh fries/tots but unfortunately we didn't. read more

Wish I could give a lower rating. Waited 10min just for them to ask for my order. But they were happy to take my money, but not to make my food taking another 20 minutes read more

Literally hit and miss on this one, some of the people that work here do not actually use their brain. When asking for everything on a hot dog the young lady had no idea what that meant and started ringing up random things. The milkshake was made completely brick hard, you couldn't get it through a straw. Someone needs to switch this place around and train the employees better. I've worked at a sonic and know bad management, this is ridiculous. read more

I've been all over the country and this by far is the worst sonic location I've ever been to. I've been here multiple times and order the same thing every time and somehow they have NEVER gotten my order right even once. On top of that they are constantly running out of things and even when you are the only person here it sometimes takes 10 plus minutes just to ask for your order. read more

Potentially the worst Sonic in the country. It's either broke, they're out of it, or they just never answer. If you manage to actually place your order and they are capable of making it, be prepared to wait for a very long time to get your food. A change in management is probably long overdue as this place has gotten progressively worse over the years. read more

I've tried this location multiple times. This last time was the last straw. I ordered a double cheeseburger combo with fries a root beer and a vanilla shake with oreos. I ordered using the mobile app and said I wanted to pick it up asap. I get to the location and park in a stall, and check in with the app. I wait for over 15 min for the food. The stall screen indicated the food was on the way. I wait a fe more minutes and nothing. I had to walk up to the door and interrupt someone's break just to get my food. I was in a hurry to leave since it took so long, and didn't realize until I got to work that my fries weren't even lukewarm, they were cold. They felt and tasted like they were sitting there for a while and the container wasn't even full. I called after I got to work, and said I wanted to file a complaint. I told the person that answered what happened, and all he said was sorry ma'am, I try to watch all the orders when they come in. What kind of answer is that. No offer to remake the fries, nothing. I just hung up since it was clear nothing would get done. This isn't the first time I've waited for an extended period of time only to walk to the door to get my food, but it will be the last. I'm not going back. Getting fast food shouldn't take so long and if it is make sure it's nice and hot. I also shouldn't have to walk up to an establishment that promotes not having to get out of your car. If you want to wait a while even when you submit an order ahead by all means, stop here. If you need something quick go somewhere else. read more

Friendly staff, the food we order was correct and good on top of that. We are about to move here and haven't had sonic in a long time so it was very enjoyable. My husband ordered the Frito Burrito and it was a decent size for the price and really good! read more

This is probably the worst Sonic we've ever visited, but unfortunately is the only one in the area. The employees are EXTREMELY nice most of the time, but the quality of the food and speed of the service are both terrible. Every time I order fries, they are super soggy and old! Even if I just order a drink, it takes them forever to bring it out. Someone in the area also posted pictures about roaches being in their food, however I'm unsure of how true that is... But I definitely don't doubt it one bit! read more

This place is horrible . the food is never hot the wait time is nuts . you can call and ask for a manager but they don't seem to ever have one on duty and if they are there it's some snot nose teen who says they can't do nothing about it . I asked for upper management and was told she will be there the next day 9-5 I call and of course nothing is done about it . I got an offer to replace my food so I go back and it's just as cold and old as before . I dont know what happend here it used to be a favorite spot for lunch now it's a stay away place even if I wanted a half price shake they won't have it read more

SONIC has got to be the absolute worst place on the plant. Me and Tristen Floyd go up there pull in to a spot hit a button 21 minutes later with ZERO acknowledgement I say screw this go to the drive through 13 mins later with ZERO acknowledgement I pull right up to the window they come over to the window and I ask them are y'all closed she replies NO. So I say well I sat at the stall for 21 minutes with ZERO acknowledgement the the drive through for 13 with ZERP acknowledgement she said I am sorry those close at 8:30 but the drive though closes at 10 what can I get you so Tristen tells her a shake and she says oh I'm not trying to be rude but we have no ice cream just food. My husband and I use the Sonic app and we rarely order anything more than 2 drinks and it takes them AGES to bring them out. Like 10 minutes or so. For TWO DRINKS. It's ridiculous. I worked at a Sonic for a while during high school and the orders that were made priorities were the orders with drinks only. Have them out in like 3 minutes or less. Come on guys, it's not that hard. There were no other customers there either! And it's not closed, but it should be because it appears that NO ONE WORKS HERE. read more

Seems like 1 out of 2 times I go to this place they are either out of something or something is broke. Must have the worst management ever.

I have entirely given up on this place. Every time I go I have issues. The wait is always long. If I order tots, fries, or onion rings they are almost always overcooked. And the ice cream machine has been broken more than it has been working! One time they told me they could make milkshakes, but they could not make blasts. That made no sense at all considering the main ingredient of both is ice cream. Another time I waited about half an hour for our food at a table with my kids. There were a considerable number of employees inside and I saw half of them standing around doing nothing. There were other customers that had obviously waited a long time the same as me. They were fed up so came to the door to get their food. One guy had to come BACK because he had ordered a root beer float - but they gave it to him without the ice cream! And then they messed up my order as well and had to go back and correct it. I will never, ever go to this Sonic again. That experience was the final straw for me. The Sonic corporation needs to fire the entire management of this location and start over. read more

Damn this place. Inconsistent food orders, slow service. Employees have been nice, but don't we expect at least that much?? I like the brand but this place hasn't satisfied me in the year I have lived here. And why should they change anything for the better we keep going, hoping it will get better... but it won't and we are the ones to suffer. I'll be back soon... crying into my #1 ... pity me. read more

As good as the food is it's not worth the 20-30 wait that it takes the lazy, good for nothing staff to get an order taken. I showed up at a stall, pressed the button and 27 minutes later I finally got my order taken. The guy in the stall next to mine had the same issue. If I didn't thoroughly enjoy the food from here I would not come back. The staff is also rude and act like I am wasting their time when I don't even bother them with having to give change or wait for a credit card payment. That's what the app is for. Other Sonics crews are respectful and care about their customer service. This sonic has a very, very long way to go with that. It's only getting one star because I can't give it an independent review on the food. And I would give it's staff much lower than one star. read more

my boyfriend ordered food from here off the app & we waited more than 15 minutes to get the food then went to the drive thru to try to get our food & no one was even inside. the hours said it was open till 10pm we went there at 7pm. i would not recommend this place at all!!! read more

Very disappointing!! We went there for happy hour for drinks and we were charged way over half price for every drink!! They charge for every flavor and double charge for small slushies. Sonic is usually A good place to eat. But I went there today and I had 2 separate orders and explain to the lady taking my order that I had 2 separate orders. The orders went well until I went to pay for it. There were no instructions on how to pay with 2 cards and so I asked the nice lady how I would do this and she explained I then went ahead and put my card in and it flashed red now that usually that means no or bad and so therefore I put my card in again and it said thank you and it said someone will be right out with your order. The food came out moderately fast but when I asked to refund so I can pay in a different way he said I couldn't. I am very ANGRY. read more

I have been to this location several times during their " happy hour'. Every time I go there is a problem with their ice cream machine. I find it interesting that during the times you have menu items half off your machine never works. I am starting to feel like I am at Mc Donalds because their machine never works either. Whoever owns this loctions needs to do something about this problem because from the reviews you guys are going to loose alot of business. Currently sitting at your location now for the 4th time and was just told the same problem. So done. read more
