Alien Treats is absolutely awesome! Best milkshakes and banana splits I've ever had!! They have numerous video games and board games for families to play for free!! A must try whenever in Georgia. + Service is great and friendly.

The Roswell Incident with no whipped cream.

This place is amazing! They have every topping you have ever thought of and never thought of. They have free games. Their prices beat most premier shake places. Finally it is the best shake I have ever had!!! We come here as often as we can but sadly live 45 minutes away. If you want to support a small business that deserves the recognition then this is the place!!! They also have a wide variety of freeze dried candy if that's your thing.

I want to especially thank the young photographer, Valeria, who was going around offering photos! She did a great job capturing our toddler smiling against the colorful backdrop. We weren't sure we would purchase a picture, but the photo came out too perfect to resist! Thank you, Valeria, for capturing this priceless memory! You're very talented and we so appreciated it!

The biggest issue was the customer service. The staff came across as uninterested, RUDE, dismissive and unmotivated. It felt like taking orders or even serving drinks was a chore rather than their job. That lack of energy really impacted the overall experience. I will say, they do a great job celebrating birthdays. The team is coordinated, upbeat, and really brings excitement with their dancing and presentation, which made the birthday guest feel special. As for the food, it was just okay--nothing memorable. The drinks are visually appealing, as expected, but the overall experience falls short of being flavorful just sweet. I did try the pink hot chocolate. It was different. More like a crème.

My wife and I stopped by on a Saturday for a tour of the candy making facility, where we learned a lot about how the chocolates and other candies are made, and we were even able to design and enjoy our own custom chocolate bar. This place has everything that a fan of sweets and fun can enjoy - retro candy, a colorful environment, and enthusiastic staff. From our tour with Joy, our complimentary sea salt caramel from Barbara, everybody on staff provided a joyous afternoon. The tour is highly recommended, where you'll get to see how the product is made, and even get to see one of the original Golden tickets from the original Wonka movie. Pricing for the tour is very reasonable, and it's a great way to spend an afternoon. Parking was easy right around the corner from the front entrance. If you're in the Jacksonville area, this is a fun event for people of all ages!

It felt like a lot of Indians with no clear chief. The tour starts in the chocolate room, gotta love that! Chocolate covered chips, cookies, marshmallows and fudge all around. The restaurant was filled with dirty tables, the bar was in disarray. The food portions looked small however at least it kept coming out! The owners family has been in the candy business for years and he still works there everyday, that's awesome! :)) I'm glad we checked it out. Thank you Sweet Petes! You can trust me, I am a candy eating American. ;D

After finishing a holiday tour in one of the classic motor cars with family, we stayed behind briefly to grab a few sweets before closing. We ordered a small, straightforward purchase, totaling $53 after a $5 tip: * 2 Snowman Nutter Butters * 1 Giant Buckeye * 2 Reindeer Rods * 0.25 lb chocolate fudge (pre-cut square) * 2 Ribbon Candy (3 oz) * 1 Mini Buckeyes bag Despite the small order and the fact that we were polite and efficient, the customer service was shockingly bad. From the start, the employee rolled her eyes when I began ordering. She cut me off and said, "No, just walk over here with me." With every single item, she sighed, huffed, rolled her eyes, and asked "Anything else?" with increasing irritation--as if ordering candy in a candy store was an unreasonable burden. The worst moment came when I asked for one piece of chocolate fudge. Since the fudge was already pre-cut, I didn't know your internal terminology. Instead of simply clarifying, I was met with a sarcastic "One square or what?" Yes--one square. One piece. One item. That shouldn't be a problem. The sweets themselves were very good. Unfortunately, the customer service completely ruined the experience. What's most disappointing is that I already submitted this feedback through your receipt-based survey system and invited management to contact me. No one ever did. That tells me this behavior is either accepted or ignored. I love Jekyll Island and visit often. Sadly, I will never return to this store--not even to stand under the awning to get out of the rain. Great candy doesn't excuse treating paying customers like they're in the way.
