Came here twice on our week vacation. Great food! Great car service. The girls were working so hard, literally running orders back and forth. The people taking the orders had terrible customer service skills. They couldn't be bothered to enunciate or speak clearly, even though we are already speaking through a machine. They kept saying they didn't have items that were very clearly advertised... so maybe take the advertisements down if that's the case. Services was great! All the employees were very helpful and professional. I love that the have a priva and enclosed area with tables and screen to order and a playground which I thought it was pretty cool. Great vibe overall at this location. I would definitely be back. Got food poisoning from the popcorn chicken, I know that's what it was bc I didn't eat anything else before my symptoms started. Wasn't even worth it they were hard and disgusting and I didn't even finish them. They should be failed by a health inspector. read more

i went to sonic with my family Friday April 15th at 11:00 I left around 11:20 Due to them not getting our orders right and still not getting right. I found hair in my food. I ended up wit's the wrong drink twice. I heard arguing in the back I know those kids weren't raised in a good home but don't bring your unprofessional ass to work if you don't want to work you want to fight and start potty argument. I love stopping by this place! If you go between 2-4 they have happy hour. All their drinks are half off. One if my favorite drinks is the "Cool Breeze". It is not advertised on the menu. If you have children they have a nice huge playground. Lots of organizations sponsor volleyball events in the summer. read more

Well, let me start by saying I'm a northener. That being said, I don't get sonic often. Whenever I come to Rocky Mount to visit fam, I visit sonic at LEAST 3 times, even if I'm only there for a weekend..It's THAT serious. I mean there's nothing spectacular about this sonic, it seems clean, servers are fast and nice. Fine by me! read more

For a Sonic, this really is as good as it gets! Plenty of stalls to order from, a playground for the kids, outdoor seating if you would rather not eat in your car, and the service was incredibly fast with super hot food being served. This will be our new fast food stop on our many drives home to SC! read more

This is by far the best Sonic in the country! So many great memories of playing sand volleyball until very late. It was wonderful! And the playground is right there so you can play as your child is on the playground (if they are old enough). The location is convenient as well. read more
