Ok, so a Sonic attached to a gas station with a drive-thru and a handful of carhop spots. It's not my favorite Sonic set up, for sure, and they were so busy we actually went in to check to be sure our order had been accepted. But, while it took a loooong time to get our order, it was hot and fresh and all the options were checked off - no cheese? Check. Add onion? Check. Drink made just right? Check! So why did I give this one 5 stars? The attitude - I could see the young lady behind the counter was doing her best to keep from drowning, and doing it with a smile, which is tough, I know. We always come here for a treat while camping in their "backyard". The food and drinks (shakes n ice creams) have always been good. The staff is always friendly. This evening we were shocked to go inside and not have a human to place your order but one of their parking signs sitting on the counter! We aren't sure why?? Covid? Understaffed?? They had a lot of people working behind the counter; in fact, too many in that small area imo. If it's Covid then it was useless since they come out w/o a mask or gloves to give you the food . While the in the middle of Covid (last year) they made us walkers/bike riders order from the parking spot, and wait for them to humanly deliver the food. ‍‍ I would give more stars if they remove the stupid way of ordering (not every thing is on that menu) I give a lot of credit to the works. read more

This is the absolute worst Sonic location I have ever been to. The waits are always way longer than necessary, the food is almost always sub-par, and they fail to follow basic instructions on leaving off certain ingredients. I could understand of things were more challenging due to dealing with COVID, but these issues go way back before the virus. I used to go to this Sonic all the time when it opened but quit going a few months ago because the service was so slow and the food was subpar but I've had to sit in traffic twice in the last 2 weeks on 445 and decided to swing in there and try my luck and both times the service fast and friendly and the food was delicious, as it should be. Very disappointed in the taste and quality of food today. I have not eaten at a sonic in over 6 months. I have not eaten out since covid isolation. This was my one cheat meal for the week and I chose to stop in and order a double bacon cheese burger, med fries and milk shake today instead of driving to five guys or cooking burgers in. I regret it. The burger was chard, dry and the bacon tasted burned. Opening up the burger there was barely any lettuce and the mayo was all over the side without care. The fries tasted like the oil was rancid and needed to be changed. Called to let the manager know. She apologized but did not offer any compensation or interest in changing or looking into things. I suggested that she check up on the kitchen and who was working. That there definitely was a quality issue and I would not be eating here in the future. read more

Wait times are always too long for fast food and usually after waiting, orders still don't come out correctly. Staff has no sense of urgency and most of them need a course in customer service. This location is convenient for me but I'm still waiting for the management and staff to catch up. I would be a regular customer if someone would fix these issues. read more

Our order has been wrong the last several times we ordered. We just ordered a mini strawberry cheesecake shake and got a large strawberry shake with chocolate syrup in it. We also got a hot fudge Sunday and the staff "cleverly" stuck 3 cherry stems in the whip cream with no cherry attached. Stems with no cherries... real funny. Last time we ordered they gave us the wrong size as well and the chocolate Oreo shake had chocolate in it, but I guess they forgot to mix it because there was an inch or chocolate syrup sitting on the bottom.
