Unfortunately, their service has declined. I waited over 30 minutes for my breakfast order I placed online. The cook's excuse was their front help wasn't there and the manager hasn't shown up (this was about 7:30am). There was a parking lot full of unhappy customers. I finally received my order 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. This happened again today, however, this is time I never received my food after one hour and there was a line of orders coming out of the order machine. Again, not enough staff. I called corporate in order to get a refund and file a complaint. Please for the sake of your customers and repeat business, don't open your restaurant and close the online ordering until you are fully staffed. read more

Slowest Sonic I have ever visited. First time I thought it was an outlier and blew it off. Both times I went through the "drive through window" which is just another way for the carhop to deliver. Very weird setup. I waited almost 15 minutes for a Route 44 drink the first time. Now I finally got my footlong and a drink in around 12 minutes. Food was good but service was leisurely. read more

I have given this Sonic several tries over the past couple of years. I have yet to receive even mediocre service. I tend to give a business the benefit of the doubt, ( making excuses for the poor product or service) and won't give up on them. But today, July 23,2022, is the last time for this location. Sonic encourages the customers to use their "app" to order. I usually don't but I had to give it a try. BIG mistake. The app was easy to use or navigate and place your order. However the pickup was a disaster. I followed the app's directions and I checked in at the stall #4 . The scheduled pickup time was 12:55pm. I checked in a minute or two prior. The screen said, my order was on its way and ----- was delivering it. After 15 minutes of waiting I pushed the call button to inquire where my order was and the employee asked what I had ordered and after relaying my order the employee said it was on its way. When the employee arrived 5 minutes later I asked if ordering on the app always takes this long the employee said sometimes. The employee said the order was ready at the right time they were busy and it was sitting under a heat lamp. I had no words! The food was cold and soggy and the frozen drinks were melted. Did not get an apology or at least can we remake it for you. I Do Not recommend this Sonic!!!!!! I sat forever at the drive through. Only waiting on a drink, grilled cheese and a bacon and egg sandwich. Watched her wait on people behind me and around me at the drive through. Then when she once again waited on the car behind me with a bigger order before bothering with me or explain why it was taking so long as if I was not there. 2nd time to this location. The first time a couple of months ago it was early lunch and we ordered burgers, the meat was dry and black you could tell it had been reheated. Today we ordered burgers as well and they were promptly brought out hot and fresh. (hence the 3 star rating) However I do have to say I was sticker shocked with the price of over 24.00 for 2 Super Sonic Jalapeño cheeseburger meals (1 upgraded to a large drink and onion rings) and a side cheeseburger for 3 of us. Not including we tipped the car hop (paid waitress wage 4.25) so felt compelled. This Sonic is newly built maybe the reason so price so high but I felt cheated. read more

I ordered 5 corn dogs and made sure to ask for lots of mustard and a few ketchups... they gave me 2 mustard packets and 10+ ketchups as well as only 2 napkins. I pressed the button once more and asked for more mustard and napkins, the person talking sounded annoyed and I waited for over 5 minutes before walking to the front. They handed me a bunch of napkins and only 2 mustards. They were not busy just bad service, also the corn dogs were overcooked. First time at this location and will not be returning. read more
