Stood there forever so went over to drive thru window... then stood at the screen again for some time ... everything we ordered was not put in correctly. I didn't get my food and it wasn't on the ticket anymore either so it was taken off and not added back on after all the changes made to adding the items we simply ordered. The slush my daughter ordered was incorrect. We got my slush but then no sprite with chicken meal. So missing sprite. Got onions rings and not fries. Food wasn't the best. I am understanding the 2 stars this place has. The chili cheese dogs were fine and what you'd expect but the $5 shake I ordered that is supposed to have bananas in it..... had banana flavor. I flushed it down the sink. I'm so freaking irked and will NEVER go to a Sonic again bc the chili cheese dogs aren't amazing with the fake cheese. And the district management has decided they won't carry fresh bananas anymore, and the service was painfully slow and all I saw coming out of the place were drinks!!! Ordered on app and went to pick it up. No stalls open to input number and there isn't any dining in available. I'm stuck having to go through the always ridiculously slow drive-thru which defeats the purpose of the app and the damn tip I left. The food is up to Sonic standard at this location. However, the Sonic experience is lacking. The only way to guarantee service is to use the drive through, however that's not why I like to visit Sonic. It's the whole experience, the car hop brining your order to you curbside. At this Sonic, the equipment is old and unreliable. From the signs and buttons not working, right down to the car hops' headsets. I pulled in today and sat in my stall for 32 minutes, pushing the red button several times and seeing the promise of "we'll be with you soon" on the stall kiosk. After half an hour I climbed out of the car and was able to link up with the manager. He genuinely apologized, and reported that they are having communication trouble with many of their stalls. I suggested that they mark the bad stalls out of order, so no further customers have my same aggravating experience. He took my order right there, and the car hop who brought the food to me also reported that their headsets "cut out all the time, making it impossible to communicate sometimes". And that their equipment was "decades old". Everyone was courteous to me during this visit, and the burger and fries were good, but ownership/management would do well to invest money in upgrading communication equipment at this location. You come to Sonic for the experience, not just the food. Issues such as these ruin that experience. read more

Apparently the owner of this sonic doesn't read the yelp review. My son and I got in the drive through and sat for more than 20 minutes with one car in front of us. The person got the order all messed up right from the start here we go. I ordered 2 small oreo blast and 1 medium the small are 4 something and the medium is 5 something after 4 times trying to correct the order the kid inside said $26 and turned off the mic and speaker saying 26 dollars? I pulled to the window and he continued with the 26 dollars so I asked how could 2 drinks costing 4 a piece and 1 for 5 be 26 he told me I ordered 3 medium drinks which I said no I didn't he wanted to argue the point all in all the manager said that the headphones and mic are not the greatest but still wanted me to buy the 3 medium drinks like it was my fault rather than just fix it. What has become of being the consumer when you have to buy what they think you ordered knowing full well their equipment is crap. We'lol never go back to that sonic and all my friends in the area will be staying away as well. read more

Giving this place only 1 - 2 stars and that's before I even taste the food. I'm currently sitting in the drive thru with only 1 car in front of me. Whomever is taking orders told the car in front of me to please hold, 10 mins later, we are all still holding on. I'm sure they are short staffed, but so is everywhere else.
