Wow, it took a LOT of incomptence to mess up a two burger order of standard menu items. I wasted over a half hour sitting and waiting for the wrong burger to brought to me, then had to have an argument with the staff about what was on a #5 burger. Stood there outside at the screen to order to eat outside at the table. Stood there forever so went over to drive thru window... then stood at the screen again for some time ... everything we ordered was not put in correctly. I didn't get my food and it wasn't on the ticket anymore either so it was taken off and not added back on after all the changes made to adding the items we simply ordered. The slush my daughter ordered was incorrect. We got my slush but then no sprite with chicken meal. So missing sprite. Got onions rings and not fries. Food wasn't the best. No staff... after a little rush someone in training just dipped out and left, not sure if he was off but they needed help. Very disappointed as we don't have a sonic back at home. Not very clean, tables outside were dirty. Only for a couple napkins in the bag. 0/10, in training or not. read more

Not a lot to say, it's a Sonic but the people here are always friendly, the food is as expected but there's one big negative. A lot of their ordering stations just don't work. The screens are either blank and others the ability to pay with a card are nonfunctional. read more

Ordered on app and went to pick it up. No stalls open to input number and there isn't any dining in available. I'm stuck having to go through the always ridiculously slow drive-thru which defeats the purpose of the app and the damn tip I left. The shake I got tasted like spoiled milk and the grape slushi was all syrupy. If I had the inclination I'd buy the place, fire everyone, then hire people that actually give a damn. I am understanding the 2 stars this place has. The chili cheese dogs were fine and what you'd expect but the $5 shake I ordered that is supposed to have bananas in it..... had banana flavor. I flushed it down the sink. I'm so freaking irked and will NEVER go to a Sonic again bc the chili cheese dogs aren't amazing with the fake cheese. And the district management has decided they won't carry fresh bananas anymore, and the service was painfully slow and all I saw coming out of the place were drinks!!! The food is up to Sonic standard at this location. However, the Sonic experience is lacking. The only way to guarantee service is to use the drive through, however that's not why I like to visit Sonic. It's the whole experience, the car hop brining your order to you curbside. At this Sonic, the equipment is old and unreliable. From the signs and buttons not working, right down to the car hops' headsets. I pulled in today and sat in my stall for 32 minutes, pushing the red button several times and seeing the promise of "we'll be with you soon" on the stall kiosk. After half an hour I climbed out of the car and was able to link up with the manager. He genuinely apologized, and reported that they are having communication trouble with many of their stalls. I suggested that they mark the bad stalls out of order, so no further customers have my same aggravating experience. He took my order right there, and the car hop who brought the food to me also reported that their headsets "cut out all the time, making it impossible to communicate sometimes". And that their equipment was "decades old". Everyone was courteous to me during this visit, and the burger and fries were good, but ownership/management would do well to invest money in upgrading communication equipment at this location. You come to Sonic for the experience, not just the food. Issues such as these ruin that experience. read more

Giving this place only 1 - 2 stars and that's before I even taste the food. I'm currently sitting in the drive thru with only 1 car in front of me. Whomever is taking orders told the car in front of me to please hold, 10 mins later, we are all still holding on. I'm sure they are short staffed, but so is everywhere else. I have now found hair in my shakes and or food twice now and will probably never go to a sonic again despite my otherwise good experience with the South Blue Angel Sonic. Shame. TL;DR Service: 8/10 Polite Staff. Plus. Speed: 8/10 Wait no more than 4-5 minutes from fresh order. Food is warm. Food: 7/10 Chain food, nothing special but doesn't taste bad. But...Hair in food..HAIR IN FOOD. This is a big no no, I have had it happen twice now and at first wrote it off as I had already eaten my sandwhich when I saw the hair amongst the crumbs on the wrapper, aggravated but I couldn't do anything by then, (Note: different color and length hair to mine).Now I see a hair while eating an Oreo Shake. Can probably be fixed by proper use of hair nets or good head hygiene of employees. Things like this can happen by accident, but this is twice in a week now. Shame that they weren't doing this already. I worked fast food before, it's not that hard to do this stuff properly. Apparently the owner of this sonic doesn't read the yelp review. My son and I got in the drive through and sat for more than 20 minutes with one car in front of us. The person got the order all messed up right from the start here we go. I ordered 2 small oreo blast and 1 medium the small are 4 something and the medium is 5 something after 4 times trying to correct the order the kid inside said $26 and turned off the mic and speaker saying 26 dollars? I pulled to the window and he continued with the 26 dollars so I asked how could 2 drinks costing 4 a piece and 1 for 5 be 26 he told me I ordered 3 medium drinks which I said no I didn't he wanted to argue the point all in all the manager said that the headphones and mic are not the greatest but still wanted me to buy the 3 medium drinks like it was my fault rather than just fix it. What has become of being the consumer when you have to buy what they think you ordered knowing full well their equipment is crap. We'lol never go back to that sonic and all my friends in the area will be staying away as well. read more

Worst experience I've had. I get off work late every night and go here my fair share but dang was this experience awful. From the moment I was ordering they were rushing me and didn't let me finish my order apparently cause I was still talking when she told me my total. My order of course came out wrong.
