When I politely asked an employee to move her gas vehicle from the charging station so other electric vehicles could charge she would not move her car. Then went to her car and she freaked out before I could do anything her manager came out and doubled down on that her employee can block others from charging. At that moment another family charging at the station confronted the manager that this is BAD BEHAVIOR. She wouldn't listen to the two of us about being considerate to all patrons. I have never had a food order so wrong. Awful experience. Ordered cinnamon toast sticks with hot coffee & a limeade. Received toaster sandwich, iced coffee, and sprite. Then she argued with me saying "you could've said something" - had to pay for the cinnamon toast sticks & received a lukewarm coffee replacement. I give this team a 4 star for several reasons, they work hard to keep up with demanding individuals who do not recognize this is a busy intersection in the Permian Basin oilfield. The team tries very hard to get things out in a timely manner. It is nonstop from opening to closing. With a big truck stop on two sides people from everywhere come. Everything I have ordered here has been correct, from shakes, to burgers and other items I have no complaints. Those unhappy here just are not looking at the big picture of traffic and rude individuals who come by. I have nothing but Thank You and big smiles when served. Tip these guys, they walk many steps in a day to bring your order. The inside team works very hard to get it correct for you. We are human and make mistakes. Just be polite and they have no problem fixing it. They have done orders for my whole crew on a rig and it was correct. I will continue to go. Traffic can be a hassle getting out but that is Pecos at the overpass. read more

Definitely the worst customer service iv ever received anywhere. 1st started at drive thru when they took over 5 minutes to take my order. Then pull up to window and the guy at the window doesn't repeat my order total or doesn't say anything at all to me. I say thank you when he gives my card back still get nothing. Im then given my sweet tea that is hot and has absolutely no ice. I say thank you for the tea and I get nothing back. We had just came into town after driving 12 hours and wanted a quick snack so we stopped at sonic where there were no other cars, after waiting 15 minutes from someone to take our order we ordered cheese tater-tots, cheese onion rings and a large drink we received our order about 20 minutes later!
