Then went to her car and she freaked out before I could do anything her manager came out and doubled down on that her employee can block others from charging. At that moment another family charging at the station confronted the manager that this is BAD BEHAVIOR. She wouldn't listen to the two of us about being considerate to all patrons. I will NEVER eat here, if a manager is allowing bad behavior on this level. Just imagine what they are doing to YOUR FOOD!!!!! BEWARE

Later, when we ordered to-go, there was confusion about the discount. The manager ultimately did give the military discount, but she was rude and dismissive throughout the interaction and said, "we don't give military discounts," in a harsh tone before reversing it. She did not greet customers or create a welcoming atmosphere, which made the experience uncomfortable. This was especially disappointing because I remember the previous manager, Elsa, who was always incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming and made every visit enjoyable. We were visiting from Dallas and had looked forward to coming back to this location. The food is still excellent, but the customer service from current management does not reflect the same standard.
