Hey, Lukas Liquors was way better to begin with, let's just state that fact. Now we have a generic version of that full of employees chasing you around the store bothering you while you're trying to look at the booze. Then there's the boxes. I buy four bottles of whisky, easily $150 price range. I drive from two hours away to get here. I want a box to put my round bottles in so they won't roll around in the back of the car. They protect these boxes like they're gold. Borderline rude. It's against store policy, I've been told. On this visit, the guy said I could have a box. He selects a tiny little box without dividers and tries to cram four bottles of whisky on top of each other. Come on. Being a wise a$$ he says, "there we let you have a box". I urge corporate to address this issue. The only reason I came, was because I was in the area and wanted a rare bottle. A Total Wine rep may reply to this review stating: they hope they can do better next time. Don't reply unless you can fix the box issue. I'm spending money. I'm a customer. Give me a carton with partitions to get home. They're lying all over the front of the store. Train your employees so they at least know the store policy.

He also found a pack of new imported marzen. The cider single section, however, was about half empty, and really disappointed me. I did find two to buy, at least.

We stop for a drink (or two) and sometimes make an evening of it because the music and atmosphere are so good. So imagine our surprise when we stopped in and ordered two drinks (Gin and Soda and an Old Fashion). The soda had very little Hendricks, and the Old Fashion was a short pour. They remade the Gin and Soda, but the result was the same. We will be back again because this place is too cool to leave after one challenging experience. We expect a bounce-back performance. The drinks aren't cheap, so expectations are high (and should be) as well. I'll let you know what happens on the next trip, and please understand that I still think this is an absolutely necessary stop-in spot!

I just got done eating and all of my guests were very disappointed if food was all dry and it probably been reheated doubt very seriously it was fresh most of it singing Frozen and won't be warmed up. The rest rooms were dirty the service was bad and in fact I wish I'd never been there this is the second time I've been there and it's the same story every time I would not recommend it to my dog. Looks like it would be a good place has lots of Award for best breakfast but I guess it's all relevant dependent on who's the one judging I guess so the trash can in back was the one that was judging you because it was horrible read more

Service is always quick and polite. We use the drive thru during happy hour and always get through really quickly with our favorite drinks and friendly service from the window staff. Also when we us the drive up for food orders the wait staff that brings the food out to the car are always friendly. The food is delicious and the drinks are superb. read more

Around 10:30 a very nice young man came to our vehicle with coffees and all the trimmings. He said they knew we were experiencing difficulties, and the coffees were on the house. It shows you that there are still very kind people out there today. For this kindness, we rate them a 5! I gave him a hug, and asked him to pass it on to his co-worker. Also, don't skip the homemade ranch. It was excellent. The real standout, though, was the staff. They were cheerful, helpful, and incredibly fast. The place was packed because of the fair, but everyone was hustling and keeping things running smoothly. I pride myself on leaving honest reviews, so I do have to mention the one downside: the flies. There were quite a few inside. I'm sure the heat and the fair/rodeo traffic made it worse, but it was definitely noticeable and annoying while eating. Overall, the food was good, the service was excellent, and I'd happily come back. Next time, I'll skip the charbroiled burger simply because I've learned that flavor isn't for me.
