You can mix and match the offerings to suit your tastes. It's a really great way to try different wines even if you're not sure you want to buy an entire case. I highly recommend watching their social and signing up for their email to see what events are upcoming. They also create wine grab bags with the leftover case offerings. I understood and planned to swing by again later, so continued speaking to the lady. They provided bottled water and snacks before, and the tasting included 4 different Ghirardelli chocolate square flavors to go with multiple wines, including red, white, rosé, and dessert varieties, and from sweet to not. The class leader and his assistant were friendly and very knowledgeable, and gave an informative and fun presentation, with input from attendees. The only drawback was not having any clear direction or signage to get to the classroom, and a couple of attendees had to be "rescued" from the many intersecting rows in the large facility!
