You say hot dog she says what do you want on your burger. After 10 minutes of not getting anything right we just left never to return. I went to sonic after work around 9:20 pulled up and they said their kitchen is closed. They don't close for another hour and twenty minutes. All the had was drinks and ice cream. That's ridiculous. read more

Waited at the drive in part for a good 15 minutes without anyone answering when I pushed the red button. I backed out and got in the drive through line and got to order as soon as I pulled up to the speaker but I am now watching the car 3 cars ahead of me argue with someone about their order. Apparently it was way off. This place could be managed better. read more

This is the closest Sonic to me and a hit it a couple times a week. This is the slowest Sonic I've ever been to. There can be no one in stalls and one person in front of you in drive thru and you have to wait 8 minutes for a drink. I wish the owner would spend some time working here. read more

Our order was not correct when we received it. We swapped our meal around,ourselves and corrected their error. But when we started to eat our meal, EVERYTHING was cold. The boom box meal.....both hamburgers cold, hot dogs cold, onion rings cold, and tater tots cold. We told them our food was cold and another person came and took our order back to replace it. Another employee comes out and informs us that she can not replace one of the hotdogs because it was half eaten. My husband took 2 bites. So we asked for our money back. Avoid this Sonic! My husband and I have tried to give them multiple chances and each time we are disappointed. The last time we waited in a spot with our 'Red light activated' for over 15 minutes. Tonight the same thing happened so we decided to go through the drive through after seeing the car beside us receive their food (they were placing their order when we pulled up and our light hadn't even been acknowledged yet). We were disappointed yet again when we placed our order and found out that they were out of the very item we wanted. Tonight my boyfriend and I had gone out for the evening on a double date. After our initial activities we wanted to go to Sonic for some milkshakes. We arrived at 11pm. We pull in and figure out what we want. However, when he pressed the button a VERY rude woman quickly answered and exclaimed they were closed. She didn't attempt to provide any further explanation and sounded very excited to leave work early. Clearly my boyfriend was upset and simply left, but I called them five minutes later and explained what had just occurred. To which the woman on the phone told us that they had not had a customer within two hours, therefore their General Manager told them to close for the night. People expect places like this to be open at the stated times. It shouldn't matter if business slows down for a bit. They should've just sent any extra people home and remained open. It was extremely disappointing and very frustrating with how rude and insincere the people we talked to were. read more

My fiancé and I was waiting at the drive thru screen for a while and nobody greeted us to order our food. So we thought that the machine was broken and proceeded at the window and a man looked at us and laughed while walking out the building. Then he went back inside the building and ALL the co workers kept talking and nobody greeted us. This is the absolute worse service I ever received. read more

My brother and I came to get dinner and a shake. The establishment was medium busy- half the stalls were free. After hitting the button and seeing the "press the button to start your order" flash 5 more times, totaling about 30 minutes, I called the store. They then found the time and took our order about 5 minutes later. The shake machine was broken. About 20 minutes later, we received our food by a rude waitress. 55 minutes for "fast food"... won't return. read more

Why do you guys close at 10:24pm when the online says it closes at 12am? Literally I was waiting in line to order and my friends got to order and I didn't? I was literally right after them. Plus they are so freakn rude about all this! And they charged my friends for a limeade and gave her a sprite and we can't even complain about it because they locked to doors. Horrible service, when I got my tea it had no flavor? When I said something to the 15 yr old working the window she turn to a guy and ask him if he put the flavor in it and he said yes then she looks at me. I said I don't care it had no peach flavor. He yells I will just make her another one, then I watch him closely do not to end with spit. She then practically throws it at me. Sooo rude. I wish I could give a zero in service. I waiting so long in line, half of the employees were on smoke break why the line is all the way to the entrance. Took at least 3-5 minutes for me to be acknowledged on the speaker and 10-15 to make it to the window when there was only 2 other cars in front of me. They have work to do.
