Food, service, and everything about this was wrong...I door dashed this food, the dasher had nothing to do with my food. I ordered an all American bacon sonic smasher, instead what I got was a double cheese burger in which was sloppy and rushed and no bacon to be found. I ordered chicken bites....dumped in the bag literally dumped. I ordered a sprite, that's water...I wanted jalapeño ranch and buffalo sauce and that wasn't in my order, my friend ordered no mustard, the burger had mustard, this place is sloppy and rushed everything and they don't care. Period. Point. Blank. Not to mention there was a fly in the bag with my dumped out chicken bites now this could either be the dasher or simply from the place it couldn't fly so it was just all over my food, I'm not gonna point fingers on that part cuz idk. Ordered 2 Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream Slushies got them home and the syrup on bottom was so nasty they must have forgot the sugar in it, the drinks weren't pink and barely had any strawberries. I chatted online with customer service, they were going to put my info to the manager at the Murray Kentucky location. Never received a call!!! I quit a few years ago eating their food because it started tasting like crap, but would still go for their skakes. Now the shakes suck too!!! tl; dr Cut me off mid order. Didn't even let me order a drink. Messed up 25% of the order they let me place. Expected a tip for such excellent service. Full version: I tried to order from sonic tonight. I say tried because even though half their bays were empty they cut me off mid order not even allowing me to order a drink. Then after I got home they messed up 1 of the 4 things they graciously allowed me to order. So if you don't want to be allowed to place your order, you don't like to drink fluid with your meals, and you want to have a 25% failure rate on the items they allowed you to order, then Murray's sonic is for you. If you like being treated like you're at least vaguely human then choose any other of the good fast food places in Murray. read more

My husband and I bought a number two meal and the ice tea was just a cup full of ice pretty much. When I asked to get a refill, they wouldn't do it and said they always fill the cups to the top full of ice. And if I wanted more tea, I would have to pay for it again. I didn't pay for a cup of ice, I paid for a cup of tea. I'm very disappointed in that. they have an I don't care attitude. And because of that, we won't be coming back. you just lost a customer. read more

Poor quality and food amount. Came here for lunch got the spicy steak and bacon grilled cheese. There near to no steak or bacon. For a $5 sandwich you would think you would get more than a couple slivers of sliced steak, and a slice of bacon. Got my money back thankfully. Stopped at this Sonic for a few drinks... the lady on the speaker was extremely rude when we gave her our order. A few minutes later she had never put our order in so we pushed the button again and asked if they got our order. She (being the same person) said no they must have not put it in so I asked for her name and she refused to give it to us. We always use the app but the app wasn't working at this location. would NOT recommend. aside from the the fact that the food always takes forever, the service is awful. our order was wrong, half our food came out cold, and the rest was so burnt it could not be eaten. we told an employee that our food was wrong, and they went and got the manager. the manager was AWFUL. The lady taking orders over the speaker is rude and needs to get out of customer service. She was quick and rude to me over the speaker. I just got an order at your drive in. My carhop was Shelby. My total was $5.17. I handed her $6.07. She never looked what I handed her but started to walk away. I called after her & told her I gave her more than what I owed. She then thanked me & started walking away again. I again called out & told her she owed me some change. She then gave me .80 change. After I drove away I started calculating because I thought that didn't sound right. I should have gotten .90 back. Im not worried about the .10 but what I am saying if your going to have someone in that position they need to know what they're doing and do their job correctly. read more

I am actually at this sonic as I type we jus had the worst experience! The girl who took our order spoke in such a belittling tone acted as if we were inconvenienced her with our order we did not even get everything we wanted meaning this sonic jus lost money because of this!!!!
