So inconsistent! Spending too much money on crap food is never okay. It's usually cold unless it's fried. Except for the fries and tots. Those are typically always cold. Everything they must make in advance and let it sit there. The only time it's decent is right at lunch time or maybe right when they open for breakfast. The manager/owner won't make things right. I had a major issue back in May and it's still unresolved. It sucks when there's just a select few places to go in a small town. read more

We had a trailer so I got out to order at the middle. It took forever for someone to finally come over and tell me that the button had to be pressed a certain way in order to get someone to place our order. Once we got our order, my husband had ordered a cherry/and the flavoring was not as it should've been. It was a slight pink versus dark and just tasted OK not great. read more

*Attention* very slow I pushed the button and waited 15 minutes for service that never came and it was not busy they must be short staffed. Came back on a different day and got my order taken after waiting 17 minutes on a non busy day again for Sonic, when I had more time. Food was cold when I got it and thrown together poorly. I do not recommend eating here and it needs to undergo a major over haul from management and employees. Definitely lacked professionalism and the title to be classified as a fast food chain. read more

The staff is very friendly. The speed of the service, one of the slowest I have seen. 5 cars in the place and it took 15 mins to answer the call button. This is not a staff issue, it's a management issue. read more

Bit into my sandwich and it was missing cheese went back and they took the old sandwich and took bacon and egg out and then made new bread and just broke up the already ate upon now cold bacon back into the sandwich and then put the egg with a bit out of it and sent it back out ! I would have sent it back again but this whole thing took over 20 min and I had to be at work . read more

I've been to this location three times during a family vacation trip and they've supposedly been out of ice cream twice now, with a week between visits. Sauces were also ordered and never received, and then told they were out of ranch.. don't know what to believe. My dad's red bull slush tasted like watered down cherry, no where close to what he ordered. Won't be stopping by the Muleshoe Sonic again, only Little field or Clovis, NM. read more

Went here one day for lunch and ordered about $60 worth of food to feed my family. One of my daughters has a gluten allergy but really wanted a burger so I ordered her one with no bun. After awhile they brought my food out. I was checking the order while they were getting me a drink carrier. The container that they put her burger in was turned sideways in the bag and two bowls (no lid) were used to hold it. The bowls slipped apart and all the food landed in my lap. I asked them to remake it because of they way that it was packaged it was now all over my lap. They refused to do it because the food was "already in my possession". I work and live here and I will never go to this Sonic again. This is the 4th time they have screwed up service with me. Even with the limited amount of food choices...never again. read more

This West Texas staple reminds me of the stables... After coming here a few days ago I asked to go to the restroom. The carhop told me to go inside and there is a restroom in the back. Once I walked in the stench overcame me and I realized what this store was really about. With countless health code violations and Basic sanitary being overlooked I realize that there is no way I could eat at this restaurant. Love the drinks and carhops are friendly . Slow service but works with minimal staff for a small city

Well it takes a lot to get me to come out of my shell and write a poor poor review such as I am about to do herein. This place is by far the worst fast food drive thru I have ever experienced in my lifetime. This place most definitely deserves to be visited by the States Health Dept. The staff is so rude, it's unbecoming. They treat their customers like "SHIT" and this is NOT cool in my book. Nor in societies book I would suspect. Always, always, always,....my Orders are done up wrong and opposite of what I ask for. But yet they would still charge you full price for something you ordered but that was never even received. I am highly offended of this place. I'm more highly offended that the owner allows these type's of malfeasances. I am an Army Veteran, 100% Service Connected, so I would have some time on my hands as you could imagine. Even if the owner doesn't know what's been going down in that kitchen of theirs, they are still at fault. You can't just purchase a company and leave it to younger personnel whom cannot be trusted. I've even gotten physically sick after having eaten at this Sonic drive thru. It takes so long to get the orders completed and every time they are conducting their orders via those TelePrompt / touch screen devices....it seems like it's always a challenge for THEM in doing so. But when the food finally comes out on its way....the orders are all wrong. I have 2 other witnesses that were with me to attest to these malfeasances. Hence the name fast food....this place is lacking thereof on a huge scale. So this place does NOT deserve to be labeled as a fast food joint. Their food is already pre made and pre packaged which is all processed which means this food will get you to becoming obese sooner rather than later. The taste also signifies being processed it's disgusting to say the least bit. In fact, I'll be contacting the BBB as well as the Federal Governments Health Dept to report these malfeasances. People....please....if you are looking for a quick hamburger fix....this place is the exact opposite of GOOD. It's poor, rude, slow, disgusting both mentally as well as physically. This place is so bad...it deserves NO Stars in my book. However, the 1 Star you see that's indicated by myself, was caused forcefully by how Yelps reviews are ran.
