This was one of the best McDonald's I have been to. All people working were very kind and polite. Restroom was very clean and so was the restaurant. Food was fresh and hot and just what we ordered. Outside the restaurant was kinda stinky but not much can be done about that. read more

normally wouldn't leave reviews but I've been on the road for 24 hours in based on how I was just treated by the poor service at this location I feel it's necessary to share with the public. I went through the drive-through to order something for me and my son, and what should've been simple turned into a nightmare. After getting my order wrong three different times, and me having to go inside and finally be stern with somebody the manager told me that I had attitude. (Duh) and that if I didn't leave, I was gonna get the cops called on me.... I proceeded to tell her to go ahead and call because I'm not doing anything illegal simply demanding what I paid for.. the entire kitchen was in disbelief of our disagreement, and completely rude to me. Honestly, you should be sued by the disrespect and humility that they try to manipulate their issues upon me. Get the order right in there wouldn't be an issue. read more

Slowest McDonald's ever. They stand around and don't acknowledge customers who are at the counter obviously seeking service unless you shout at them. I only stop here for coffee in my way to Lubbock but they mess up my simple order everytime. I ask them for a small black coffee add tell them to add some ice so I don't burn myself. End up burning my hand every time anyway because they forget the ice and when I correct them they proceed to tell me to add ice myself. When I do the coffee lid always kicks back and I get scalding coffee onto my skin. read more

Went to McDonalds in Muleshoe at 11:02 pm and they told me they were closed. Thing is, they don't close until 12:00 am. What a joke. If this is how you run an establishment just get out and call it a day. There is no reason... NO reason to turn down service to anyone. Thanks for nothing. read more

Its as McDonald's. Slow but dependable. Doesn't make mistakes on orders like others do

If I could give this place a lower rating I totally would. The service was absolutely terrible. We placed our order and the woman kept ignoring us, skipping parts of our order then eventually just stopped speaking. Next thing we knew there was another man asking for our order as if we had just pulled up to the window and gave attitude when we tried to fix our order. They didn't carry a few of the things we wanted so we had to settle. The food tastes subpar and they took long to give us the food at the window. The worst part is they weren't even slightly apologetic about how our service was. I know this is a fast food place and I shouldn't expect much, but this is by far the absolute McDonald's I have ever been to. DO NOT GO HERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! read more

Not too clean. Both the restrooms and the restaurant are dirty, even compared to other McDonalds.

Stopped in for a drink and fries. We wanted some tea and the tea urn was out. I had just asked for tea at the counter when an employee came out to ask which urn was out of tea. They had fresh tea out in no time. Now that's what I call customer service! Thank you to the employees for caring about your customer. read more

BEST MCDONALD'S EXPERIENCE EVER! I've read the other reviews on this McD's and I honestly believe there is a new manager that has since taken over. I've been to this McD's for breakfast and lunch multiple times and we've ALWAYS experienced fast and positive service. The food is fresh and the workers were friendly, and our orders are always accurately delivered to us. I'm very happy with this McD's and how the new Manager has been changing the quality and service culture for the better. How is it that all my experiences here have been so amazing? Drive through took for freakin ever, only gave me 1 sweet & sour when i asked for 2....

Both tea's were empty, both catsup dispensers were empty, Sprite, Coke, & Dr Pepper were carbonated water only, napkin dispensers were empty, 3 of the workers were in the back chatting. They should have been cleaning and restocking everything. Worst McD's I've ever been in. read more

This is the slowest McDonald's I have ever visited. The bathrooms are filthy. The dining area is dirty and they do not keep the condiments well stocked. The employees are lazy and rude. Although there are limited restaurant choices in Muleshoe, I will not be going back to this particular McDonald's. read more
