It's sad when it's hard for a McDonald's is no longer keeping up with standards. I decided to give this McDonald's another chance and they didn't even make it up to the bar. When you order a simple egg McMuffin and get Green Eggs is it really the staff or manager to blame. It's now the District Manager fault for hiring the wrong people and lack of training on their part. Went to McDonald's at 10pm the cashier in the drive through horrible attitude, messed up my order, waited 20 minutes for a mocha frappe and didn't even get it. I had to get a refund, they should fire him on the spot. Worst service I have ever received in my life. read more

This place was very clean. The staff was very helpful. The food was hot. They did mix up our order, but it was an easy mistake. They ran out of pumpkin pie containers and used the apple pie. Do we got the wrong pie. Not a big deal and was immediately corrected. They ran out of ketchup in the dispense container and immediately got us a handful of packets. What I really liked about this place was the fact that they have a bunch of elderly and disabled people hired. This makes me happy because people in these societal standards have enough on their plate besides having to try and find money to live with their extra expenses. Not only were the employees super friendly, but so were the customers! My toddler got stuck in the play area because he was afraid. This is the worst McDonald's in the state of Texas. It took an hour to get our food from when we got in line. From the time we ordered our food it took 30 minutes to get our cold food. They had about four people working and not one of them had urgency to get our food out. I will never stop this McDonald's in Hereford ever again. Horrible. read more

I wanna think this location for wearing masks and gloves and offering credit card swiping through the window. I'm a cancer patient on chemotherapy and it is extremely hard for me to be out when so many are not respectful of their community and practicing PPE and safe distancing. It's a McDonalds so expectations remain the same. However, the owners have been around a while and are very polite and aim for a good experience. Food is what you'd expect from a McDonalds franchise. Location is convenient and hours are long enough to be helpful when in need of something quick. McDonalds all day breakfast menu certainly helps drive up the variety and includes a nice play place for the kids. In fact, McDonalds is the only fast food joint in Hereford with a play place that rivals the parks! Service is average and during busy times lines get very long, but a decent McDonalds for that quick need! read more

So I visited this McDonald's probably 30 minutes ago. I got a Sausage Mcgriddle add cheese. And when I opened the sandwich, there was no sausage. Horrible!!!!! Wouldn't take my order! They took three other cars on the other drive their lane. I had to pull up to the window to get my order in. Then I specifically asked for Buffalo sauce did they give me at least one? NO they gave me about 30 barbecues. Oh and the cherry on top.....they forgot both of my kids fries!!!!! This is not a one time mistake either. Every time I come to this McDonald's they forget something or you have to wait so long because they are so slow. Management needs to be looked at. Great morning crew! They are fast, they are accurate, they are very friendly. The evening crew is a bit more of a chance. Make sure to check your order before you leave! The restaurant is not as clean as it could be, that goes for the bathrooms too. The renovations look great. But wow. The demand of customers cannot be handled by the staff. Extremely bad customer service. This McDs is new and clean and the ladies serving were happy and friendly - it could have been a 5 star experience except they didn't have sliced apples which they didn't tell me about until after I paid for them. They do have a self ordering kiosk which I enjoyed. read more

I drove up this morning and ordered 2 cheeseburgers, 4 cheeseburgers with extra onions and 2 large fries. When I get to the window and pay I noticed on the receipt she had my order wrong. She had 2 cheeseburgers onion only, 4 cheeseburger and 2 large fries. I requested to speak to the manager. Someone who couldn't hardly speak english came to the window. Being that I am bilingual I spoke to her in Spanish hoping she could better comprehend. She tells me that she's going to fix my order, which she did not. She brings the same wrong order. I notice this after I got home. I called again and spoke to someone who again alleged she was the manager, Margie Aguilar, however her skills did NOT exemplify in any way managerial skills. Her excuse, was "well we have so many people". I advise they need to active listen as people pay for this food and alot of us have special needs and allergies to food, thus they need to except diligence.
