*crunch* an orange hued leaf crumbles under my right foot. It was an autumn evening, roughly 65 degrees out and slight cloud coverage. I hadn't had a bowel movement in days and I needed some Sonic to blow the devil out my backdoor. I pulled up to the sound of loud trap music and 22 inch chrome rims. I couldn't figure out what I wanted so I went with the classic double cheeseburger with mayo. A quarter-hour passes and a nice young man approaches my sports utility vehicle. He greets me with a smile, revealing a low quality gold "grille." I tipped the gentleman and rolled the window up to get some privacy for my meal. I was severely disappointed with how wet the tomato slice was. It really bogged down the whole burger and caused quite a fuss. So burger rating= 4.7. On to the cheese tots. Nice crisp. Cheese had pretty good coverage. The one thing that disappointed me was the sweetness of the ketchup. Just the sweetness of the ketchup reduces the score down to a 6.7. All in all, it was OK. Not great. Not bad. Friendly service, interesting music. I heard the word "Aye!" blasting through all the customers' radios. I kind of liked it. Now for the perfect ending. I set out on this gastronomic journey in search for a "blow-out" food for my colon. As I sit hear typing my last words, the sound of a loud splash rings through my bathroom as the 3 day old demon leaves my body and water from the toilet hits my gooch. Thank you, Sonic. I waited thirty minutes for cold food. The service girl was rude and overwhelmed saying "we are trying! There are only three people in there." But I can't understand how it took 30 minutes to deliver cold food. I have ran food for McDonald's before and I know she just forgot about it. Sonic is the old Fifties style hamburger stand. You can get out of your car and order inside, but the main feature of Sonic is the order from your vehicle style. Think car-hop or the girls is roller skates taking your order from the window. But no roller skates here unfortunately. Now you pull up, park in a spot, the menu is right there outside your driver's window. Push the button when you're ready and place your order when they answer. In a little while someone will come out to your car with your order and you pay them right there. The food is OK. I know Tia had a bad experience, but I've found they are on average OK. The burgers are pretty good and so are the shakes. The fries are good, not great. Overall Sonic is pretty good. read more

Every single time I have ever tried to order ice cream from this particular sonic, they tell me their ice cream machine is down. They are very unprofessional and don't like to work. It's really sketchy and I would never order food from this place again because I feel like someone probably will spit in it because they don't want to work. I don't even know how the sonic is still open. It could just be their night crew because that's the only time I've ever tried to order. I stopped by here yesterday to get a chili dog and fries with a strawberry slush. The slush was excellent. It had real strawberries and just the right amount of "slush" (not too icey). The rest was horrible. My hot dog was not cooked all the way. It tasted as if they boiled it for about 30 seconds in old hot dog water and took it out. The fries reaked of grease. When I bit into the french fry the only thing I tasted was pure cooking oil!! Disgusting!! So I took the fries and patted them with a napkin and nothing but grease oozed out of them. Oh, my - where do I begin. . . I've been enjoying Sonic restaurants for a long time. This has to be the worst location I've ever seen. What makes it even worse is that it may be the only Sonic location that I wasn't satisfied with. After waiting more than 15 minutes for the girl to take my order over the phone, she informed me rudely that I was ordering too fast. I know I'm not I'm Ohio anymore, but it shouldn't be too difficult to pretty the corn dog and tater tot buttons, and add two shakes. So, it was clear to see where the first weak link was. Then, the kid (Laroy) that delivered our food obviously couldn't read the receipt to verify our order. I don't mean that as a joke - I mean he didn't have the ability to read the receipt. My experience with this one hasn't changed that much especially with my last 2 recent visits. The reason I've stopped going there in the first place, because there wasn't no good management and they was too slow on you'd out orders. I decided recently to try them again on Thurs., since I've seen that they've approved on how quickly they bring out the orders, so I'd ordered onion rings which they said they're out. So I went to them again today and give them another chance. So I wanted onion rings and at first the person that took the orders at first said , yes, and then the next thing she said they were out. How you can you say yes and the next say, they're out. That's the second time recently back to back that I'd heard that they said they're out of onion rings which it really sounds like either somebody didn't do no advanced inventory ordering or somebody didn't want to cook the onion rings or both. So I cancelled my orders all together and took my service somewhere else. Also this is the last time coming there period. read more

We went to the "faster" Sonic to get $1 hot dogs this past Thursday . It took 20 minutes from the time our screen said your order will be delivered in 20 seconds. Overall all of the Sonics we have been to in Montgomery have been ridiculously slow for no apparent reason. They won't be getting any more of our business. read more

On 7/22/16 I pulled into 4 non-functioning bays before I left to get a drink somewhere else (there is not a drive they at this location). When looking around, there are hand written notes on about 4 or 5 bays that say "out of order". On two bays I pulled into, there was not a sign but the payment terminal was blank and no one responded when I pushed the button.
