We were just passing through town on our way home from the beach when we ate here, so we were super tired and just wanting to get home. The food came out really fast--faster than normal for Sonic--and everything was just how we wanted it. My husband is a food snob when it comes to how he wants everything prepared, and they did it right, so he was thrilled about that (me too, because I didn't have to hear about it!). The waitress was kind and efficient and got everything taken care of quickly. We were in and out in five minutes, which I really appreciate from a fast food restaurant. Placed an online order, waited 20 minutes after it was expected to be ready. Walked up to the door and could not get help, told the server they need to do better because 6 other people got orders and we were waiting on a simple sandwich and 2 drinks. After the comment the server got loud and raising her voice then the manager came out and started yelling and called me a white honky cracker, threatened to come out fight me and then when we left we drove around to the exit all for them to throw a drink at our vehicle. We got home and the food was cold, the drinks were not right and wrong sizes. I have given this place multiple chances to do better but this store cannot be helped. I will keep making the 20 minute drive to another city and get proper service and quality food. read more

We left after picking up our order and had to go back because they left out my grandson's pretzel sticks. When we got home to eat our burgers both sonic burgers had no beef patty. I guess vegan burgers are on the menu now. read more

The staff is very rude including Katelyn and Christen the managers on dirty. The food was awful cold tater tots, foot long chili dogs prepared wrong and milkshakes half full overcharged on order and fills drinks full of ice with barely and drink in cup. Don't deserve one star read more

I just moved to Millbrook and have been to this location twice and both times the wait has been atrocious. By no fault of them employees who are running around like mad men trying their best. I waited 13 minutes just for someone to come on the intercom. Then you have to wait another twenty minutes for your food. This is NOT an employee issue. It's whoever schedules so few people to work when traffic gets this high. I feel sorry for those who try to eat here. I feel even worse for those who work here. If I'm going to wait thirty minutes I'm going to a sit down restaurant. Not fast food. I'd save time by driving to Prattville's sonic than waiting here. The app also doesn't show this location as an option to order at despite having ads for the app up so you can't "skip the wait." The positives is that the food is fresh and hot and the employees are always working very hard. The food quality and quantity is great. They are also quick to respond in trying to fix issues with food. That being said I will not be coming back. read more

We had to wait 48 minuets-1 hour just for two blasts but when they came back they said "we are out of cookie dough". Then we waited a few more minuets. They did not even ask us what we wanted to replace it. I do not recommend this sonic place and am never going there again. read more

Majority of the staff here really disrespectful they have really bad attitude . Went today with my boyfriend and he asked him for blue raspberry slushy as the girl in the intercom proceeded to tell him that that they were out of the blue raspberry and then all we heard was watermelon and green apple so he said OK all of it I will have a watermelon then in which she got an attitude and said And I yelled at home I just said w and I yelled at home I just said we out of watermelon and green apple. As to which I told him you know what will just go somewhere else until the girl on the intercom honey you need to work on your attitude and we left by far the worst service I've ever had at a sonic which sucks because I love the pretzels read more

Attempted to eat here today. Burger was cold, cheese wasn't even melted. Had so much mustard, ketchup etc it was all over the wrapper. Onion rings had more batter than onions. It all went in the trash, waste of money. Won't be back! Waited 20 minutes for food. read more

Yeah, I'm done going to this location. Every time I go through the drive through, I get a dirty look from whichever girl is at the window, and they say nothing. The most recent time I went through the drive through, she just stared at me, gave me my order, then after I said "thank you" she shut the window as she gave me a super ugly look. That's absolutely pathetic. If you are that miserable working somewhere, just quit. They need to just replace everyone at that location. We stop here because I luv there Cherry Cokes and Cherry Sprites we also get shakes and almost every time after waiting too long .One of the drinks is wrong. I'm just completely confused as to why drink orders are so hard to get right. My strawberry shake was not even mixed it looked like vanilla with a few swirls of strawberry. If I could give this location zero stars, I would. My husband and I just went through the drive through and had to wait 20 minutes for our food. (wings & cheese fries). None of the wings were labeled so we had to guess which flavors were which. We waited the longest on our "cheese" fries because they were cooking. Whatever they were cooking it in must have been broken because the cheese was barely melted. By the time they got to us (half full fry containers) they were so cold that I had to tear the fries apart that had cheese on them. And lastly, with 3 orders of wings (6 piece) there were NO sauces. Whatsoever. We live less than half a mile from this location and go to it simply out of convenience. Not anymore. We will take the extra 15 minutes and drive to next location. This isn't the first time something like this has happened but each time we give them the benefit of the doubt and return. If you want cold food, messed up orders, and long waits this location of sonic is definitely the place for you. read more
