There is no way to cancel the order in the app, and when I questioned the employee, she stated as long as they didn't confirm the order I would not be charged. Guess what, she confirmed the order after I drove off and now it looks like I picked up this order, my bank has been charged and a receipt as sent to my email. Contacted support, but come on BK, make it where the order can be canceled by restaurant. Worse BK I've been to since Panama City Beach. Have no idea how this one is still open. I got the regular bbq sauce on the side just in case I did not like it. They also offer a hot spicy one. Well the ribs were so tender they wanted to fall off the bone.
