We ordered to go the 4 corners meat lovers and a medium pepperoni. Overall, it was good but could have used more cheese. This was our first experience with Jet's. read more

First time customer based off our neighbor's recommendation. We got an 8 corner half cheese half pepperoni with turbo crust and an 8 corner sausage and bacon with a Cajun butter crust. Absolutely delicious and the spice worked perfectly with the toppings. Kids loved the half and half. It was an excellent amount of food for a reasonable price. 10/10 will order again. Just wish they had green olives like Marcos read more

Pizza was amazing. Definitely gonna be my place from now on Edit: I've ordered from here many times and loved it every time. Incredible pizza. read more

Everytime I go has been great. Just wish they had a south jackson location. Pizza is generous on toppings and all tastes fresh.

Well started back ordering from jets on oil wells and they have a new delivery guys and I must say wasn't missing anything and my order was hot and he was very funny and nice maybe some of them to take notes but what I really appreciated was never heard of this but he even had a couple of dog treats for my fur babies and I thought was very thoughtful. So I'll definitely be ordering from them again so thank you Eric the food was hot and my family enjoyed it read more

Service was terrible! Ordered online. Got there to pick it up. When I walked in, guy bringing order to table saw me come in. However, it was five minutes before anyone came to counter. The girl told me it was just coming out. Waited another 15 minutes to finally get pizza. Definitely won't be back. read more

My new favorite pizza chain. Something about the crispy cheese around the crust so addicting. Amazing flavor, buttery crust. Cheesy bread a must everytime. You won't regret it. Worth the price. read more

I travel A LOT for work and typically have something delivered to the hotel the night I get in town. Tried Chinese and Mexican food but both places were too close to closing for delivery. I called Jet's and a pleasant voice answered and was SUPER helpful. Delivery was quick and painless, with the delivery guy wearing a mask. My pepperoni and jalapeño pizza was terrific! The los pizza was still hot, cheese was super melty and there were extra pepperonis!!! They added extra plates, chili peppers and parmesan cheese packets without me even asking for them. When I come back through Jackson, this is where I'm getting my pizza. read more

Food was good but I had to listen to a political rant about Trump and cursing. I came for pizza not listening to politics. Im sick of hearing politics every where I go. Cursing is super unprofessional especially when a toddler is a portable recorder. read more

Its the nearest pizza restaurant to our house. We pickup @ 1 a week. It is a little pricier than most. It does deliver the pizza hot. Jet, Dominos and Little Caesar's can deliver hot but some (John's, Hut, Marcos) have not been able to do that. Delivery is prompt and hot except on busy nights and when the local ball fields are packed. There is a delivery fee over and above the cost of the pizza similar to dominos. The pizza is the best in the area. I usually get the Jet 10. The wings are the largest in the area (very similar to the major wing restaurants). The wings are very large and the flavors are better than most I usually get the sweet heat Asian like chili. The salads are outstanding. Be warned the large is huge. They have the best ranch dressing and a unique (for the area) Mediterranean dressing. I was told they use Hidden Valley Ranch dressing by a worker. It is actually the best dressing out there. You can buy ranch in a large (like a ketchup type) squeeze bottle at 4.00 to 4.50, ant it is worth every penny to have really good dressing for your homemade salads too! Their interesting gimic is flavored pizza crust. I usually get the buttered flavor. However, I also like the combo of flavors called the "turbo crust". There is a self service sit-in area if you want to eat there, but I would check. The latest Pandemic COVID-19 has stopped sit in areas. They supply plates and utensil plus packets of pepper and cheese are there upon request. read more

Absolutely the best thin crust pizza on the planet! The pizza is always excellent! Delivery or carry out you can't go wrong with Jets. read more

Words cannot describe how much I despise the pizza from here. Some how it manages to spray grease down your throat when you bite into a slice, when after 5 seconds of chewing, it gets so dry that it turns your mouth into a desert. The definition of eating sand. As a wise man once said, "your scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, that they didn't stop to ask whether or not they should." I will never come to jets ever again. read more

Jet's Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Jackson, Tennessee

Tried Jets after a few years of ordering other places. Love pizza and my daughter will literally eat any pizza. Was so greasy. Not pleased at all and would not order again. read more

Something has happened to Jet's on Oil Well. Neither the pizza nor the service are what they used to be. Yesterday, I tried to pick up my pizza, but their card reader wasn't working. I'm a regular customer and they can even pull up my orders on their computer. But because of their problem, they wouldn't let me take my pizza with the promise of coming back later to pay. So, instead of taking a chance that I might not pay, they ended up throwing my pizza away, losing a customer, and losing the money anyway? What kind of business sense does that make? In today's market, service is nearly everything. Without good customer service a business can't survive in 2021. Bye bye Jet's. Been good knowing you until recently. read more

This is the second time we've gotten this pizza wings and salad while traveling and staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. The food is excellent and the customer service is superb! Delivered on time and the food was perfect! The delivery person was so super nice! read more

Very poor service and cold food. Placed an order for delivery on a Wednesday at 4:46pm, pizza FINALLY arrived at 6:22pm. Our apartment is 0.5 miles from the restaurant. I was put on hold and disconnected by the person answering the phone twice. When the pizza and wings we ordered arrived they were cold even though drived assured the "should" be warm and the wings were BURNED. If I wanted a pizza and wings I had to heat, I would have gone to Kroger and paid less for the same quality food. Very poor experience, do not recommend. read more

Probably the BEST pizza I've had in a LONG while!! It's was fresh, hot, and very tasty!!! Online ordering was easy, and was delivered quickly!! Would definitely order again!! read more

I love jets in any city I go to but to add a tip on when delivery was already $3.50 and I stay down the street literally! I'm calling and getting a full refund and never giving my card information to y'all skimmers again it's not that hard out here to put your own tip down it's STEALING! The nerve! read more

Don't let the bad reviews fool ya. Pizza was delivered ahead of time and was piping hot. (On a Saturday night at 6:30!) Turbo stix were delicious. Pizza tastes a lot like Little Ceaser's but definitely better. read more

I love this wonderful place ask for Brandy or Brice or Dakota I love them and their menu best pizza in USA!!!! Top shelf next to sicilian!!!

I have been a client for 3 years and I order delivery all the time. William and the staff have always been great and always take care of me. I highly recommend Jets on Oil Well. read more

I loved it with the old ownership but now.... I had forgot why I had not been back for so long but was reminded when for the second time in a row my Greek salad had no beets on it. And when that's about the only thing it comes with I believe you should tell the customer that YOU ARE OUT OF FREAKING BEETS! Now I'm afraid to order a cheese pizza because I might get home with just a crust and pizza sauce (with No CHEESE!) or just some crust and cheese with no pizza sauce or I might get home with a pepperoni pizza without pepperoni's. But to just blow me off and tell me you're out of beets after the fact! Beets are not a fresh produce that can go bad and you have delivery problems with. You could keep a warehouse full of beets in your shop. It's clear you are cutting down on food cost and hope LOSERS who take the horrible service that Jackson TN. restaurants have to offer will just keep coming back for Horrible Service. The salads have also gotten smaller than they use to be. You are dead to me Jets. read more

Don't let the good review fool you. Always have issues trying to order from the app. Today, won't take the same credit card always used. Same results online as well. Actually called the store, person that answered the phone was barely audible, obviously did not care about my (the customer) problem, then WOULD NOT take my order, told me to call another location. I just deleted their app, just posted to my friends on Facebook to never buy from them again and just ordered my lunch from their competition. Yes Jets, you have competition in Jackson and they just earned a lot of new customers. read more

Best Deep Dish pizza by far! Great staff and great owners! They have dine-in and delivery. If you're doing the Keto thing they have a low carb cauliflower pizza that is . Give these guys a call or stop in for a great experience. read more

Let me star off by saying, I'm not one to write many reviews on anything. However, my experience here was worthy of making note. I ordered there the 1st week they were open, and my payment was butchered badly. When I brought this to their attn, no one there knew how to perform a refund. OK. They said they will make special note of it on my receipt and make sure I have an $8 credit on my next order. Cool. So I decide to cash in that credit tonight, the guys name was J!*. Well, he proceded to mock me and ask why I am just now "cashing in" a credit given to me 3 months ago. OK. Well, sir, I just now have decided to re-try your est. among the 50 other pizza joints in Jackson. To my shock, he stated, "There is no way that happened". UMMMM....Ok, keep cool...it's just pizza....sigh. After giving my side once again, he used the "L'r" word. Ok. I'm done. I can get the same thing at Little Ceasars for 1/2 price w no hastles. Thanks JET's, I'll never be back. Your pizza is overpriced for this market anyways. I'll be shocked if you last 1-2 years. 2 stars is for the pizza, which was ok. I mean, I did try to call back, eh? Call Snappy Tomato, I think you'll be much happier w the service/quality/price. read more

I ordered one of their "boats" delivery and it was cold in the middle. I called to complain and was called a liar. I decided to give them another chance a week later because they do have good food, I just figured I'd stay away from the boats. I order and sub delivery and when it got to me, there was a huge black hair in the sub that was actually bitten in to. When I called to complain this time I spoke with the owner. Again I was called a liar. He was rude and unwilling to work with me. He had a very smug attitude. After going by there twice to try to talk to him (which I never did because kept avoiding me) and posting my story on Facebook, he called the police on me. They served me with a no trespassing order and said that I was slandering online. All I wanted was my food remade and he refused. I'm personally boycotting this place and I hope you do the same. read more

Totally un-trust worthy company. Very poor service- misleading pricing. I could not get the pizza ordered online because it had it 1/2 and 1/2, so I called and ordered the pizza. I was told my total was $20 and some change but when they went to pick it up the cost was $27 and some change. I called the manager and was told the online orders have nothing to do with them. I would have probably been charged more if I could have ordered it online. Let me tell you I will never pay $27 for 2 small pizza's (8 slices total) for any pizza!! I will not be back. read more

Didn't know there was a jets in Jackson. Then one night an hour and 5 minutes after my Pizza Hut online order, I called Pizza Hut .25 mile away from my hotel. They claimed they knocked on my hotel door 3 times and called me and then left (I had no missed calls and never left my room....I was starving and literally sitting on the bed waiting for my pizza). I called jets told them what happened and they had a pizza at my door in 17 minutes. A much better pizza I might add. Also I'm uncertain of the guys name who delivered it, but he was a spectacular employee and showed super customer service. He made a delivery to the Comfort Suites at 7:30 pm on November 8, 2018. He deserves a bonus! Or at least some praise! read more

We ordered pizza for an event at our church last night and the kids loved the pizza. Usually the kids will get a piece of pizza and take a bit and throw the rest away but last night the kids ate the entire piece. We had zero waste!! Thank you for making such a great pizza. Not sure about the bad reviews here. Pizza is very good and service has always met my expectations. They have some strange pizza topping combos that are actually really good. Really like their Hawaiian bbq pizza. Fresh ingredients and good crust. Not much more to say. Look past the 1 and 2 star reviews and give them a try. read more

My experience here has been all over the map. Lately it has become unacceptable. Two weeks ago I placed a phone order, showed up to pick it up. No pizza. They said they could see where I called but nobody put in the order. Really? Unacceptable. Today I went in for a couple pepperoni slices and a drink. They said they would have to make it. That's fine, but take down the flashing neon on the door saying "slices". This location has become a real disappointment. I still think Jets has the best pizza but this has become a very poorly run establishment. read more

Placed a delivery order over the phone at 4pm on a Thursday. Was told a 45 minutes before order would be delivered. After and hour and 20 minutes, the delivery man called me acting as if he couldn't find my address-- it was not pulling up on his map he said to me. I live in a neighborhood that has been here since the 80s, don't lie. He acted like it "came up" while on the phone. He never apologized for the delay. Ever. The $6 side salad I ordered had the "bagged lettuce" smell and I didn't eat it. For $30 for a salad and one *cold* pizza, uhmm... no thanks. Will not be back. Ever. read more

I've been very pleased with jets! The 4 corner deep dish is excellent. Customer service has been good. Keep up the good service!

I love this place! I'm a fan of thin pizza, so it's right up my alley. It's always ready on time, they always get my order exactly right and it's always delicious! I do wish they offered a smaller salad, but the salads they do have are always fresh. They have lunch specials which makes it even more affordable. I have no complaints and highly recommend. read more

Best pizza around ! Good customer service ! Stopped in our way from Michigan! Met the owner !

They will get your order wrong so many times you lose count, and when you call back to give them the chance to make it right, they ARGUE with you and will not do anything about their mistake. This has happened more than once. I have never in my life had such horrible service nor have I ever been to write a review on a restaurant before. read more

We live out of town , but anytime we come to Jackson we always order pizza from Jets. They have the best pizza in town ( we've tried them all ) . The staff is always nice and helpful , and one of the owners is always there. Their deep dish is what they are known for and it is GREAT !!!! My husband loves their wings ! My girls love their cinnamon bread dessert. If you live in Jackson or passing through stop at Jets pizza , you will not be dissapointed !!! read more

On two different occasions my order has been delivered wrong. After calling to have my order replaced, they insisted that they would send the corrected order. I never received a correct order....either time. I suggest NOT ordering from this restaurant. This is the second time they have messed up this order at the same address and I have wasted my money. Also they very clearly used canned vegetables, and their crust is chewy. Go with Domino's or Marco's instead. read more
