If I could give a zero I would! Did a pick up order and the pizza was cold and not edible and they forgot to include the breadsticks. Took 20 minutes on the phone with a call center and can't even speak to someone in the store. Do better! read more

I ordered from pizza hut on carriage house and there is no refund in the world that can take away from my frustration. I tried to order a few weeks ago and the employee (the big light skinned man) was very rude. This time I ordered online. I ordered on pizzahut.com. I ordered at 8ish, it said my order would be delivered at 8:55. checked my camera and nothing was there so I called. The rude employee said doordash left with my order 15 minutes ago. I DID NOT ORDER FROM DOORDASH. I gave my husband the phone and he told my husband he was unable to reach door dash. Also we do have a car so my husband offered to come get our food. It was 9:15, they close at 10 and told us they were not cooking any more food. They told him they would refund our money. A few minutes later.......I got back $32, I paid $37 (I was tipping the driver that never came). I called back and low and behold, RUDE AGAIN. I love Pizza hut, but this has got to be the worst pizza I've ever gotten at any location. I ordered my pizza online and went to pick it up and it took me telling the guy 4 times that I wanted parmesan cheese and crushed red peppers before he ever acknowledged me or made the effort to get it. I can deal with some bad service if the food is good but this pizza was hardly edible. Never again at this location! read more

Absolutely horrible location. Waited over an hour for my pizza at a hotel .25 mile away. After an hour I called. They said "we came to your room and knocked 3 times and called you" I had no missed calls and I never left my hotel room. No way possible they knocked unless they tapped the door with one finger. They didn't have the front desk call my room or anything. I will never again have anything to do with this location. I called Jets immediately afterwards and told them what happened, they had a pizza at my door in 17 minutes and gave me a discount off my next order for no reason other than to be nice. ORDER JETS. I ordered a couple of pizza's from this location and after 1 hour, when we called to check on why they had not been delivered, we were told that they don't deliver to our address. No phone call, nothing. Apparently this pizza hut is run by a moron that does not care about his customers or customer service. STAY away from this one. read more

I called this location at 11:35pm and asked what time the location closed. The guy on the phone said midnight. I asked then if I could place a delivery order but the guy on the other end said "no" because it was after 11:30pm. I'm upset because I'm staying at a hotel with no car and arrived late. There was nowhere within walking distance to get food which was why I called Pizza Hut. I just don't understand why this location is open until midnight if they cut off orders at 11:30pm. There is a 30 minute window where this location is essentially not doing business. It just doesn't make sense to me. I will NEVER recommend this location to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Great food, fast delivery service they just seem to have a problem figuring out exactly where their delivery area is.

I don't know how this place remains open with all the free pizzas they give away to fix orders. It's ridiculous. They need a better system in identifying their pizzas. It doesn't seem hard to use a sticker, large font for the name and phone number. I came to pick it up and my order had left the store for delivery to another customer. So I had to wait until they remade my pizzas. While waiting there for approximately 30 min, the staff struggled with other people's orders in trying to locate pizzas. I checked my order and they had put the wrong sauce on my pizza so I hadda sit and wait for that one to be remade. When I checked to ensure that one was right, they had not put the seasonings on the side of the crust and the tops of the crust was white where it was way undercooked. I live 20 minutes away so I was going to reheat anyway, but still. I took the half baked pie home without the seasonings that was on the original order. I think corporate needs to compare the number of pizzas made to sales in this store and then perhaps find new management and TRAIN their employees to give a sh**. read more
